Doesn't work, stuck on screen with top 2/3 of screen with drone and the bottom third white screen. Edit: To resolve this, for Android phones, the setting "remove animations" must be turned off.

Couldn't find location even though it could to find address, don't bother looking for a help number like that say they have it's not there. UI is nice but poor functionality.

My house is avaliable on the app but when I had to pick 'spot' for delivery closest was my neighbours 3 doors away. He came out to see what the LOUD noise was I apologised but really cool, nicely packaged. 4 stars cause my driveway wasn't a option which is weird as it's a open spot..... look forward to using again.

The drone was fast and set down the product gently on our drive way. The app has some opportunity around placing the order (it was harder to get the app to process the order than expected). Overall, a lot of promise for quick smaller items delivery

Overall a fun little gimic app... but helpful if your lazy or unable to go out for whatever reason. Its all fun until you need support for one thing or another. I ordered a single item and as of writing this been waiting for 2 hours for its arrival and its over an hour late. Wanted to contact support, help center told.me to call a number on the main screen of the app. Its not there... there is no ph.number ANYWHERE. This is fueled by being Hangry (Angry from hunger).

Very fast and efficient service! My order arrived in less than 5 minutes, and it was very cool to watch. A little limited regarding options, but it was still an awesome experience, and I will continue using the app.

App doesn't work for me. Starts the app and got black screen with Skip button. Press Skip then log into Google account. Similar issue with Alice Smith review dated 7/3/21 where just got drone on top half of the screen and bottom half is white. Updated Feb 2 2022: Problem solved. How? Changed the phone...

I'll admit, I was annoyed by the constant drones over my house which made me search if it was a delivery system, and I found wing. I signed up and tried it, was so good. Easy to use app, pricing seems fair, nice amount of notifications and tracking, fast delivery, gently lowered, packaging was nice and sturdy. Really flawless service in my opinion, and now I know what the drones are for, I don't mind them and will no doubt order alot more in future. Well done Wing *thumbs up*

Can't find my location despite the houses around me being able to be located. Tried on 2 different phones, both android, both without success. Both tried over wifi, 4g and 5g. Perhaps problems on the Android side of things. Used my partners phone, no problem. 2 deliveries successful from her phone.

The concept is great but the app is in desperate need of a rewrite. Incredibly slow onboarding process, frequent crashes, video plays with full sound when starting the app for the first time. If the app improved then this is definitely the future

They keep cancelling my order when using a promo code then it doesn't work anymore because you've already used the code. It's an unreliable delivery service, you're better off just taking a trip to the store.

Useless now. When it works it's great and the kids love watching it come over. Went from having a few vendors available to order from down to only one (despite getting orders previously) Happened last year and had to wait months for it to be fixed. Customer service was not actually helpful so don't bother there either.

Don't get used to the convenience, they'll suddenly cut your area out of their delivery service and you're back to the old, expensive ways. Wing has suddenly decided to stop servicing certain areas that have had it for months or even years. I wish I never used Wing, because it was great, I finally could avoid the big 3 and not spend $40 a meal, and now I can't even access the service.

Similar problem to Alice Smith review 7/3/21, and Jonathan Yee 23 May 2021. Start app, skip animated intro, click on my Google Account (I have several), pauses for a while on a white screen with a reload symbol then displays a screen with a drone in top 1/2 and white at the bottom, and stops. If you wait for a long while it says "Wing needs to know who you are to continue". Touching the "SELECT A USER ACCOUNT" button takes you around the Intro / Choose an email address / "Wing needs to know ..." loop. If you wait a while longer it spontaneously goes back to displaying the plane+white screen again. Clearing app data, uninstalling / reinstalling, granting location permission and switching off WiFi so it used 4G had no effect. Nokia 8.1 / Android 11.

Very unreliable, constantly gets stuck on preparing order and goes way past the time stated, waited over 3 hours for my order and than they cancelled it on me. Had happened twice now and consistent too. Wing has gone downhill, worked great for a while but now it's unreliable and very very inconvenient. Don't waste your time nor money with wing until 12 months time when it's fixed and working properly. Many frustrated customers with it, take down wing, fix it properly then put it back online

It is not easy to identify what the delivery zones are, also you are unable to update your address from the app. I'm sure if you are lucky enough to be within the correct zone, the app and delivery service are fine. However, since you are only delivering to a few areas, it is likely that for large majority of the customers first interaction with your app will be a frustrating one. Sadly, this does not create an overall good impression or user experience of the product or service.

really love the idea of the service. a couple things are missing right now in the app #1 you can't move the delivery site or have more than one option for delivery. it auto picks the spot which happened to be in the middle of a tree on my yard according to their satellite image. luckily the tree had been cut down so it works, but I would much rather have been able to pick a spot in my fenced in back yard #2 - need order queue or save order vs being bounced out if they are too busy
