The pay after delivery option doesn't work. It only takes credit cards so I put one but it doesn't work. I think its a sham or so, I've contacted on the issue but when I get a reply its about something off topic and has nothing to do with my issue. I really thought the PAD would be amazing because I've had sellers not ship and withhold my funds for MONTHS. Without giving me the option to cancel.

I rather like the website, but I find the app harder to search and designed to incentivize impulse purchases rather than planned searches. This is particularly evident when it comes to discounts being put in your face as you shop. Sometimes it feels a little Las Vegas-like. This is better for the website revenue, but not as good for the customer and muddies the shopping experience. That being said, though both could use improvement in both search and filtering, I will continue to shop:)

Great stuff but the app has a major flaw. When you want to attach anything like a logo file for a hat, it only access the camera folder. No files used for this purpose is in that folder. Update the app to allow user to select different folders where other image files may be. It is super annoying having to email the seller every time I purchase something and need to attach an image file.

Long time user. I used to place orders monthly, but all of the recent app updates makes shopping difficult. I spend more time trying to organize/search for what I'm trying to find than browsing items for sale. Splitting your cart by how items are shipped, moving the "Save" icon away from your finger's range, and having to search twice for items to show up has made me buy less. I'll still get mandatory items, but I'm going to check out competitors to see if their apps are more user friendly.

the only thing which is wrong with this program is the inability to copy and paste your comments after a certain character count, it simply stops working. Haha. and this really sucks when you've typed a really long essay. ❤️ every other single thing about this app and it's services are very beautiful otherwise. The return window was greatly lengthened, and the customer service themselves are amazing. Now, if there was only a way to really use the coins haha. 😘✨🌎

Currently having shipping? Problems. App is OK but prices after a search are useless, vendors will list an accessory and its price rather than the price of the item. Let's say you search for an MP3 player, the results will be some players but also the USB cable for a player at what would be a cheap price for the actual player. It pretty much wastes your time, and gives bad vendors more exposure than honest merchants. Right now, none of that matters if you see the products get returned.

I installed this to purchase a watch. The deal i found was amazing and well worth more than I paid. The app itself did provide useful info, but it is CONFUSING. Every page is a jumbled mess. It's so chaotic I'm not sure if it's a lack of design, a cultural difference or a deliberate attempt to bewilder the user. That said, all of the prices are low, I was able to track my shipment and it arrived sooner than promised. Your threshold for chaos may vary. 🤪

Ali Express has become misleading, greedy, and deceptive, just like Shein. There will be a price advertised as 99 cents and when you go to your cart to pay for it, the cost is triple what the app advertised, and no explanation for the fluctuation in price. We also used to be able to pay for anything using earned coins, now it can only give you "discounts" (which also doesn't do anything to change the price). I basically have nearly $50 USD in coins for no reason now. Do better.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in my life with regards to online shopping! WORST. And, I am a 40+ year IT professional. Unbelieveable. Make sure the order total including your sales tax is correct. I would not TRUST IT!!! And,once you place an order, watch it like a hawk because it might get cancelled and refunded 2 or 3 times after it leaves the warehouse. Buyer beware!!!

The whole experience of using the app if fine and much better than the web interface. Coin collection is a nice feature. Search customizations are not adequate and too many things to click on. Sometimes not enough spec on the product while they are available on other platforms. The app should be streamlined in a better way. One thing I hated the most is the ad or notification that pop up when you open the app. Over all, would you use it again and continue purchasing from Ali Express.

The good parts: there are many unusual products at very good prices, and the chat agents are very friendly. But there are 2 big problems. If you find what you want, keep scrolling, because another seller may off the same item at a better price. There should be an easy way to sort. More important, If your product fails outside the protection window, you lose. Ali does not protect the buyer.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I went to AliExpress due to other platforms cost. Although, the price is right (dirt cheap), the problems with each order isn't worth it. Several orders placed were never delivered, received products that I didn't order for items I did, and orders canceled by the vendors for no reasons. What little I did receive was damaged or didn't match the description.

Bought a few items without any problems except that many stores will falsely advertise specs that their product doesn't have. So you have to be careful. Also got a notification that package was delivered and it wasn't. So be aware that some stores can be dishonest about their delivery and there's nothing you can do about it. Edit: See?? That address just takes me back into the AliExpress app. Nothing special. Still no help. A shining example of how you protect the scammer instead of customers.

Easy to find and compare products. When you order anything it makes it easy to go thru the process from selecting products, paying, tracking, review and feedback. There are also a few games to earn a little off your next purchase. But the games often go hay wire, like I had a few dollars off and the campaign ended that day. About 9PM I got a 'network error' and after that I could not retrieve my coupon.

The purchases can be hit or miss. It is a little confusing at first, when browsing. Some items that are listed are not affiliated with the seller page that you are on. Think of it like eBay. There's some sellers that are legit and others that could be scammers. So always verify the 'store"/seller to make sure you are buying from the seller that you want to buy from.

So far I only made 2 orders. What I learned is it is better than TEMU, as it doesn't constantly ask you to share, but has similar items. The trick is to read the descriptions and find choice items, if they are not choice, they charge extra for shipping. But if you can be patient and read, it's definitely worth it.

Even if you get 1 lemon every 15 or 20 purchases, it's easily worth it with the amount of money you save. That's been my experience. As long as you are diligent with checking reviews and not purchasing items with none or very few reviews, I've had an overall positive experience with the app. If you can get used to the 2-4 week shipping and non-existent tracking in most cases, you'll save a ton of money. The tracking has improved. typically, you won't get tracking updates until it's out for Deli

I've ordered a few things from them, they're always good. Descriptions are accurate but don't read things into it. Shipping is ~4 weeks total. Two tablets got stuck in customs for a month, everything else has been much faster. Everything has been packaged very well, but it comes in a plastic bag which is sometimes a bit worse for the wear. Everything critical or fragile is always heavily sealed in bubble wrap; non-fragile things aren't as well packed, but keychains and such are already durable.

Will not let you upload videos or images to prove you've received a broken or non working item so you can make a return. The app seems to also slow your phone from doing anything if you try to send in your returns. Who knows what the app is doing during that time but it seems to be using allot of processing power. Probably Spyware and malicious.

I'm rather surprised how often I get items in good quality considering the price. When you dig into the ecosystem of the app like the daily coins, it's very easy to save money! Just beware not everything you get will be to expectation -- so don't go buying home electronics or something like that. I've had the most success with toys, trinkets to help with organizing, and bedding.
