Prices shown are false. It'll say something is $3 and when you go to actually order it it'll be almost 3xs the amount (NOT including S&H). The coupons you spend points you earned to get certain % off are incorrect and they have no desire to change them to make it right when they are wrong. Customer service is terrible. Alot of the stuff I ordered I never received and had to ask for $ back. Its good for the ones that are priced right and you actually receive but those are far and few In between

I don't want my phone to vibrate with push notifications. I spent over an hour going through my phone settings and the app settings before concluding that all I can do is block or turn off the notifications entirely. I like getting the notifications but I hate the vibration so much that I've turned off all notifications from this app. I'm annoyed that this is one of very few apps that I use that doesn't allow me to set a ringtone or turn vibration on and off. Update: Thank you for your response. Yes, I can choose which notifications i get. I can not choose how I am notified. I can not choose sound/silent, ringtone, vibrate on/off, etc. Therefore I have blocked all Wish notifications on my phone.

I've spent nearly $1,000 on items from Wish but one order never came, a projector. I chose the 'give them more time' option and the app said it was delayed. I checked and checked and tried and tried with the automated system to no avail. Finally after emailing customer support and going through a different person each time, repeat requests for order number, etc, I was told it was more than 30 days past the expected delivery date so they would not help at all. No refund or credit or reship or anything. Their guarantee means nothing. Shop at your own risk.

I have had mixed results with some items never arriving & others arriving early. Some items were not as advertised & others exceeded my expectations. So all in all I've enjoyed my experiences shopping on Wish. But would be a bit apprehensive buying items that are priced at around standard market pricing. I will stick with the discounted items. Continuing to hope that I Am going to be pleasantly surprised by the quality & deal on the item(s) I receive.

Cheap. Scam. Best example of too good to be true. Full of Bait and Switch, Good products are either out of stock before order or some even after order is complete they become unavailable. Sure, Wish refund the product but what about the shipping? All the orders I have recieved aren't worth the price of shipping much less the product cost. Some orders have just disappeared completely. No delivery. No way to look it up.

Is a good app to buy stuff if you're willing to search through things. The "free" giveaway is BS though. You can be sitting there waiting for it to start and the next thing you know - it's over because supposedly everything was claimed. If you search through the items on the pages you can find plenty of other 'free' items. Just beware of the shipping cost. Sometimes the shipping cost for the free item negates the 'free' part.

Wish has a very simple navigation and friendly UI. It looks nice and sleek, but simple so you don't have to figure anything out, it's straightforward. It easy to sign up, set up, and start shopping! You can make a wishlist, share items with friends, and even see if their price changes too. It's everything I had looked for when I downloaded Wish!

Shipping is a little outrageous. But i guess it evens out with the discount prices. I sometimes use Wish as like a "generic trial run" on certain items. If i like it, i'll consider paying more for the leading/name brand. If i don't, then its not a huge loss. The custoner service is awesome! They take care of any & all issues in a swift & timely fashion. With little to no extra hassles on my end. And i like that.

Updated review: the new add pop ups are awful. They have given me no choice but to delete the app as they have taken over my phone. I'll be in the middle of doing something important and the ad will freeze my phone 20 seconds prior to popping up and there is no option to turn the ads off. As I was a regular purchaser... 😭 Caution, order 1 or 2 sizes larger than your American size. Other than that this app is amazing. Great customer service and tracking items. Super cheap quality items.

Like the app, haven't had any issues using it. Would like more options on filter, to help narrow the results. But it's very easy to use, love the wish list option and the search option works well. The quality of goods varies, as it does with similar sights. The majority of items are represented correctly in the listing, shipping rates are ridiculously inexpensive. The downside is the wait time.***update, got a new phone and the app freezes up every time I attempt to login, unistalling

Has some good deals on some quality merchandise. Some of it is cheaply made so look carefully. Look for stamped jewelry 925 ss, etc. Use the sizing charts. Read the reviews. Those are very helpful. Most merchandise comes on time and some before. The prices are misleading sometimes and only apply to certain sizes. The cost increases depending onsizes. There are late deliveries sometimes. They are good about refunds if you add pictures of the problem merchandise. All in all I'm happy with my buys.

I absolutely love shopping on wish. Most items I get within 2 weeks of ordering. I will say it's not for everyone. It's like gambling, You have to be okay with getting cheap things if that is what you are paying for. I am petite so the sizing on clothes isn't to bad for me. If you are looking for hard to find items like a tapestry of your favorite video game, this is the place to look. I also love the home decor and cheap, useful items like a set of guitar strings and accessories included.

Wish seems to have improved over the years, as I recently ordered from the Wish App, after a couple years hiatus. Items ordered were exactly as described. Packaging was more than adequate, as nothing was broken. All items received were in brand new condition, and the quality was as described on the Wish App. My only complaint is that shipping seems to take a long time, as I did not wish to pay the, in my opinion, exorbitant fee for expedited shipping. The deals are worth the wait.

Some deals, plenty of rip offs. It's for small novelty purchases & nothing serious or big. Shipping times have also improved greatly since lauch, which is good. However, notifications are broken; the options for controlling text messages & push notifications about deals don't work, and there's no customer support to contact for help.

I really like Wish now that they've finally made ONE fee for shipping ALL of your products. It used to be too expensive to pay shipping for EACH thing. I'm still a little irritated about the pricing of certain things. Such as when they say it's only $1.99 for an adorable pair of stretch pants and you go into order it and low and behold, that's only for a size X-SMALL. All of the other sizes are 19.99....ggrrrrrrrr!!!! I mean, for real?!?!? That's so not cool but I guess it is what it is still 🤷

I love this app I order probably to much junk all the time. But after the last update you guys made the pictures change constantly while you are scrolling and it really makes it hard to focus on what your looking for. Kind of gives you a headache, clicking on the pictures to see the other pictures was just fine. I have about 25 things currently coming in the mail. I might have to stop using the app untill the picture rotations stop. Thanks

I thought Wish was going to be a bad experience thanks to all those "When you order from Wish" memes, but I must sayy experience with an order was top notch. A+, Five Stars, and any other high score I can give. I thought for sure the tracking would get lost once my item made it through customs, but I was given a USPS tracking number as soon as my order made it to the US. Great experience for me.

Prices are great . But make sure you read ALL the fine print. And a lot of times they slaughter you on the cost of shipping.... especially if you are getting something at a great deal. Just Shop Smart Update: May 2, 2024 Wish now has flat rate shipping and pretty much most items are applicable to that which is great it really cuts down on the cost. But I also noticed that they're making a lot more logistical errors as well. A lot of being sent the wrong size, wrong color, you get the idea.

can be buyer beware but that has not been my experience. I love shopping on Wish. can find reasonable prices, customer service is excellent, in my experience anyways. I can always find what I'm looking for and shipping times have gotten shorter & more reliable. Lil update on 4/19/2024. Their Customer service model is one of my favorites. Very hard to beat. Very happy with improvements in shipping and shipping times. Good job team!

It all looks good, takes your money really well. But when it comes to delivery - I remove 3 stars - they didn't track the package once the carrier had it - in my case the item never showed up, having to wait an extra 30 days for a refund ! You guys need to make delivery as important as sales - that app is no good if your never get what you paid for, and having to wait a long time to get compensation !
