Now a days I face an issue with this app. I couldn't able to upload photo for returning of product. While initiating return they asked me to add atleast one photo .But the option for adding photo is not given anywhere in this application. Meesho application is performing like a fraudulent manner😡. I lost my money😓. I will not recommended anyone to use this application.

I had ordered bellies from the Meesho app, but instead, I received two pairs of slippers. Then, when I returned the product, the pickup boy took my product but the status update mentioned ‘quality failed’ and the return was canceled. Now, I neither have the product nor did I receive a refund. I spoke to customer care four times, but all they did was apologize say that they are unable to help me. So, how can a customer be satisfied when such scams are happening? It has been a very bad experience

Most of the time having technical issues. Customer care unsupportive . Literally cuts the call on your face when they cannot provide reasonable solution . Delays in return and pickup due to wrong product delivered . No customer friendly policies for missing items. Literally a way to loot people . Responsibility is neither held on seller's part nor on meesho's part. Had a doubt on one package for missing item. Opened it in front of the deliver guy and the items were missing and still no solution

Worst experience. First time I ordered something. And the quality was not satisfactory so I decided to return. But their service is so bad. I have waited for more than a month to get it picked. But the pick up person never came. And they purposefully cancelled my return stating "return has been cancelled as per your request". They are just bunch of scamsters I'm never ever buying from them. I had to bear the loss now. Bunch of stupid worthless people who just want to scam.

Customer service is the worst, they don't rectify the issue even after multiple complaints raised. It seems like there is a glitch in the app which shows that smartcoins credited but when you check the balance it is at zero. This issue is yet to be resolved even after taking this up with the customer service team multiple times.

Meesho provides good offer but i don't know what's wrong with the app. When ever i m trying to buy something "All issue easy returns"/ "only wrong or defective item return" Option is not showing at all. I tried to contact the customer support but they didn't solve my issue. Now I am unable to place order in meesho.

Worst of all. When I first logged in it showed me less price and when I ordered it . Without any intimation they just returned the call. Even no response from the delivery agency no calls nothing. Even I tried to contact them but no response from that side . This is just manipulation. Now the prices are hiked and I need to reorder them . Cheap tricks .

I'm very disappointed from this app, its like a scam literally. They will send nice products in the beginning but after 1-2 orders they started sending products with defects/wrong size/completely different products and so many issues i have faced and I'm so frustrated with this. The ridiculous problem was that i request a product to return but they gave excuse one after another, and after so many attempts, when the last time i put the product in return they didn't come the date of return passed

Although they things very cheap as compared to other app.. however they send any colour they have in hand not the one , that the customer orders... And also for refund and exchange...its like b ready for a WAR...this is very bad. Secondly, why you don't shipped more than one quantities,no matter u order 2..3 quantity but u dilevered only one and the amount will show as calculated for 2 or 3.. please make sure to resolve this matter

Worst experience while returning the product...image different product different..man from shadowfax came for pick up refused to take it back and behaved in an inappropriate manner.. don't know how to talk to women...better to purchase from Amazon, Myntra, flipkart.. though they are charging little bit higher but no such issues like meesho

Worst shopping app for sure!! My experience with the Meesho app has been disappointing, primarily due to the inadequate customer help service. When I received the wrong product, I reached out for assistance but encountered long wait times and unhelpful responses. Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive a refund for the incorrect item. This lack of accountability and support from the company has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience.

One of the most frustrating aspects of using meeshow is its tendency to cancel orders without explanation. Multiple times, I've placed orders through the app only to have them automatically cancelled, leaving me bewildered and inconvenienced. What's worse is that Meeshow provides no reasoning for these cancellations, leaving customers in the dark and questioning the reliability of the service. Also late delivery. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience: do not install the Meeshow app. :)

At least three images of one product should be uploaded this will makes it easier for costomers to choose the product. There will be no confusion about the good 👍😊

Cheapest price and great products. Some products may disappoint at times, but I've mostly had great experience with Meesho. It would be great if products had a detailed description, like dimensions or product material. Also they should add more pictures and videos of all the products for a better product understanding from customers point of view.

Lots of products for very much reasonable price. They offer good quality, quick delivery and very fast return too. Very much satisfy with Mesho..but there are lots of fake things like you add any product to your wishlist, they raise its price..so if you like buy it or don't but never wishlist it. Other fake deals are 9 rs, 49 rs that can never be grabbed

The price is fair and cheap. One can easily buy products here but as a customer I faced a ridiculous issue in the app. And it happened to me 2-3 times. The problem was, when I requested for exchange the product was picked up within 24 hours but the exchanged item was delivered after a week or so, and additionally, a completely different product was delivered. And when I requested to return the pickup guy refuse to take that product.....

The app is really good. The products are very well compared to their prices. They are very affordable and they deliver very quickly. But there are some problems that occurs frequently, like the size option while choosing some cloths isn't appearing some times, or most of the size don't appear even if the size option works. Sometimes it says poor connection and don't show the product. I hope you work on it because I have been facing this problem for several months now.
