I bought a belt. The images displayed for the product in app are different from one another (like 3 to 4 different belts). It is very confusing to understand what is the actual product. Unfortunately the product delivered is completely different from what images are displayed.it is almost like that for all the belts. Didn't expected this myntra. So careless .

Mytra had stooped down in their service and trust worthiness... delivering the wrong products or canceling the products happened 4 times this month. I am very disappointed for spending time, and they also charge 20rs platform fee for each purchase. Got another product which was of wrong size delivered today ( 25-05-2024). When contacted customer care got the same reply that you can return the product. No point in speding time and money.

Such a horrible experience I'm going through from this app..I shopped so many things through this app..bt this time I got disappointed..I purchased 4 items on 27th May.Due to quality issues I have returned them.Even I have got the messages of initiation of my refund but it has not reflected in the bank account. I'm worried more about because it is said on the app of my device that the refund has been credited instantly. The total amount is 1383.Kindly figure this out..

It has been my favourite platform for years. I just loved the available collections and their exchange services. But my recent experience was really bad. I ordered a ptoduct but due to size issue ,I tried to return the product. But they wouldn't take it,first told me its used product and return it in used category and when i tried that,they said not possible. Feels like cheated. Anyway its better to use other platforms where return is easy and fast.Worst experince,thinking of deleting my acc.

Worst app don't order anything from here on online payment firstly they give damaged products and second they don't refund it. Last time I ordered a top and that was of very bad quality I wanted to return it,this is whole scam they show on app that the agent is out for pickup but you get no SMS plus they will provide you a number which is there another scam that number don't works.. so this is my last order from this worst app i Suggest you guys to order from Flipkart Amazon these are far better

Worst policy of open box verification. The delivery agent will open the box infront of you and not let you try and you have to decide then and there only if you want to keep it or not. Your ordeal will not end there. If you choose to reject the order they will not cancel the order nor let you do so from the app but keep on re attempting delivery every day irritatingand annoying you.. I used to love Myntra but now think it's high to move on to other apps. They are now running new fraud schemes.

I used to love this app but recently i did an online transaction of Rs 592 and the amount got debited but order was not placed and i haven't received the refund amount since a week, everytime i call them, they tell me to wait for another 72 hrs. Myntra your Finance department is too slow. Please don't do online transactions on Myntra, if any issues happen, they don't really want to refund your money.

I have been a regular customer for almost a decade. This organization has lost its charm. Last year, I ordered 80+ products, out of which 72 products were accepted by me after verifying the products post delivery. Only 8 -10 products had some issues, for which I had to initiate exchange/return. Last 2 deliveries, I wanted to return but was unable to do so. My request has been canceled. Myntra wants: All products to be accepted by customers. No -ve reviews. Delivering 3-4 yr old stock prod.

Horrendous app! Delivery date is almost 15-18 days for an order but they pack it the very next day so that we can't have enough time to pay online when choosing COD option. If you pack items so early, why do you take so long to deliver? On top of that, the cancellation of an item that is only packed is said to take a time of 20 mins but in my case they are taking forever. It's been 1 whole hour. They don't even give good enough discounts nowadays.

Worst app, they send fake and wrong products then do not accept returns for wrong products delivered. Despite several emails and calls no action was taken. All they could say was we have checked and we understand but cannot do anything about it. They refused to even share the video proof for right product shipped which they were claiming to have investigated through. And all this after being a regular customer for such a long period. Never buying again.

Myntra has been a top pick by me for its range of products offered and platform flexibility. But since last few months, there are delays in delivery of the orders even after the package has arrived to the nearest delivery center in the city. I've faced this issue 4 times till now and still it's been repeating and it's highly dismaying that the problem has not been solved despite giving negative feedback and contacting the customer care. This is a high concern wrt delivery.

Poor service. Myntra suddenly stopped delivering products at my area pincode calling it unserviceable although all others apps are delivering very well and fine at the same pincode. When I reported the matter via email and customer service, got no help in this regard. They din't accept their mistake and kept saying that the pincode is not serviceable. Myntra needs to improve it's service and work on providing better solutions rather than blaming other factors.

Don't like it. Most of the time delivers used products. Delivery charges even above 500rs order. Much better apps are available with free delivery for 300rs orders. Not at all recommend. And if you compare the price of the same product it is over priced in mintra. You will get the same product 100 to 400 rs cheaper in other apps, same quality same brand. Its charges are much extra compared to other apps available in this competitive matket. So, its a big no to use mintra for shopping.

Had a very bad experience with Myntra. Placed an order and money was debited and not only was the order cancelled with no information or notification but also no information was given about refund until I called customer service today. Their only excuse was "network issue". Extremely disappointed. Will think twice before ordering from this platform again.

It has been my favourite platform for 4 years. I just loved the available collections and their exchange services. But my recent experience was really bad. I placed a return request, and after a struggle of two weeks, I got the refund, but still, they don't know the reason for the pick-up failure. Two days ago, I ordered an item, but they cancelled it from their end without notifying me, and again, they don't know the reason and are not ready to raise a complaint.

Pathetic customer experience, no help from customer support. Inexperienced and rude delivery agents. Order are not delivered on time, refund is not credited on time, coupon codes don't work, super coins are useless, customer support is not trained to deal with customers. The app and service have become terrible lately. I'm deleting the app as soon as my last order is delivered - god knows when.

Terrible user experience. IVR call is not reachable or has confused numbering. Help centre, FAQs, help bot within the app are limited, clunky, and hugely unhelpful. They send wrong products. Faced a calamity with payment (wasted 5 hours of my life). Exchanging/return user journey is full of flaws. Myntra used to be good. Fix your bugs first. You're more focused on introducing new features, less on fixing problems that ruin a customer's overall shopping experience.

Shopping from Myntra for a long time. Undoubtedly the best fashion app in India. However, recently, the app has become too chaotic. There is so much happening on the homepage, so many unnecessary elements on the PDP, so many unnecessary suggestions, badges, placeholders and what not. No need to use every single feature available for an e-commerce app. Don't make it so complicated. Your UI/UX has always been your flex. Please get back to the simple yet engaging and beautiful design🙏🏻
