This app is very slow to load. Worst responsive application even after having good internet connection. After clicking on ratings it just simply shows loading animation, again and again you have to use back navigation then again click on ratings then only it shows the review screen and when Flipkart opens through Google it still shows loading animation.

Overall a good app... But the only thing which i don't like in Flipkart app & not in other apps like (MYNTRA, AMAZON, AJIO & MEESHO etc) only in Flipkart app. When i run the app find something going through it & then get back to the previous page The previous page gets stuck in loading get hang or freeze every single time when i use the app, its so frustrating feels like uninstalling the app, but the deals & offers gets me calm. I hv done logout/login process many times, keep the app updated

It was great shopping app before, but it's become so much irritating now. Most of the time it runs very slow, and takes alot of time to just load the product. It need to redevelop and redesign the aap. App is too slow nowadays. Always showing so much rush in offers. It is very irritating and frustrating.please do something to approve app.

I have been trying to place an order for a laptop for the last month. The first time the order got delayed and later automatically cancelled. So I placed a new order and the same thing happens again. This is the worst experience if a customer has to wait for more than a month and still not get the product delivered. There is no way to escalate this issue either and always get the same standard response from the customer support end.

Recent issue spoils an excellent app. 1 have been using this platform and the aap for a very long time and never had any issues and it stillis such a great app. Recently, about a week or so, I keep getting "there is a techni al error please retry" message at payment options page. One time it worked after several tries. Now, itis frustrating. so, if the order cannot be completed, there is no use for the app. Please fix this.

The platform is good but the app is pathetic. It takes too much time in loading. It is the slowest app. Most of the times it will make u feel like leaving the app and switch to some other platform to purchase the product. It kills ur valuable time in searching the product. It is a request to the company to make the app faster so that its customer can save their time and get enjoyment in seaching all the products smoothly.

Have been facing too much delay in loading the products/contents of the app for a couple of months. Feel like the app recently got some issues. It's running very very slowly to load the contents while navigating through products to products and their sizes. Very dissatisfied of its poor performance. Taking the patience of the user and time as well. Couldn't able to do easy online shopping through Flipkart nowadays unlike before. Please have a look into it and work on the delay in loading pages

The app is having issues when I open any thing like any product, wishlist, cart etc. Or even exit any page or open any pic it keeps on loading and loading and takes so much time to be opened. I either have to wait for it to open or have to restart the app but the problem still continues. Tried to uninstall and re installed it but it didn't get solved even my app is updated, tried change network and wifi but it's still having same problem

The Flipkart app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a vast product selection. Search and filter options work well, and payment options are convenient. However, the app can be slow and unresponsive at times, and order tracking issues arise. Some products are often out of stock or have long delivery times. Overall, it's a decent option for online shopping

Iam using Flipkart from last many years.. very much satisfied with the offers and service provided. But noticed a bug from last few months. Initially I thought it's my phone complaint or app updation issues. But it's actually application issue - once we select back option to see other products while browsing in the page, it is just buffering and taking very long time to get the details. That's very lag and highly disappointing. Please fix the issue.

This is a worst app. I had been a loyal customer for last 6 years. Recently I have been charged money on every product I wish to return. I don't know what this company is upto but I think online shopping is all about convenient purchases & return but I am having the worst experience ever with Flipkart. I highly recommend everyone to switch to any other online shopping app but don't ever become a consistent customer of this app. They don't value their customers.

Almost stopped using this app after vigorously using this platform for a long 5 years. Some reasons: now it's full of casual seller, how doesn't updated the name, size chart, information properly. Most of the time they send products which are different from their description. Have received Xerox copies instead of actual books for for several times, and for their faults if you return some items they says that my returns are high and they charges me additional return fees, that's enough!

I have been using Flipkart for years, but the app interface is so irritating, it doesn't work at all, everytime i shift from one to two or three searches or even ordering something, the interface doesn't works at all, except for doing that circle thing, loading and loading All i can do close the app and restarting all whatever. This isn't helping.

It's frustrating, it shows pay later amount available but it cannot be used and this is happening since 2 years and I am raising complaints but nobody seems to care. The issue never gets resolved and they even don't have proper reason. Earlier it was good but now it's totally frustrating, since then I have stopped using and am going to uninstall as well.

1.The users must be given full authority to keep or delete recent searches. It's a basic feature that every other apps have. 2. I don't want the recent searches that is shown on the search bar which is annoying. **I'm so dissapointed that am not going to order anything from flipkart until these two issues get fixed.** *Damaged products are sent by sellers very often which is a big issue for distant buyers like us. *No premium products available in musical instruments catagory.

The layout of the app is bad.. whenever I open a product, the photo is out of alignment in the preview and while selecting the options in that product, the options go out of the phone screen layout. This is a big red flag and makes one loose trust in the brand when they cannot manage a basic optimization

Now a days the Application is not good. It is keep on loading for longer time than the normal when hit the back button from the product page. While trying to change the delivery address using Change button, it is not popping up immediately and some blank screen. After trying for some time, it pops up to select the address. The slowness observed while using both mobile and wifi network. I thought due to network issue. However, when I checked with my colleagues, they are also confirming the same.

Nowadays, Flipkart is not that smooth as it was before. 7 out of 10 times whenever I try to search for products it displays network error or so. Also it shows a blank page, unable to do anything; it is quite frustrating for the user, ever after clearing the data, I am unable to log in, it has been stuck in the blue interface for a long time.

For last few months, the performance of the app has gone down the drain. It's always getting hung... Then most of the time please retry messages will pop up while trying to do anything. This is becoming quite frustrating. Initially I thought it was my phone's performance issue but other platforms are working just fine. Now when I'm trying to save any item in the wishlist then it says API error has occurred.
