Cannot collect any voucher. It keeps on saying "Request cannot be completed due to unusual activity detected. (V99)". I tried clearing data/cache, logging out, reinstalling, opening it on desktop—same error. I only have 1 account and I don't have VPN, adblock, or malware either. Literally happened right after my first order. Really bad first experience. I'm going back to Shopee. edit: Lmao 1yr1m later, I tried logging back in to see if it was fixed, nope. Customer service is also useless.

Good selection of stuff, I can almost always find what I need through the app. The app can be buggy though, since the update I can't seem to log in to link to my bank account anymore. Their troubleshooting instructions were useless. Also I do not appreciate the shipping address changing back to default upon checkout even though I specified a different address when adding to cart, had to cancel an order, and now I have to wait for the money to be refunded to reorder. Waste of time.

I did a negative but fair review about 4 years ago, now im doubling down because there is no progress. it seems like lazada is going backwards, their cs relies heavily on AI, I onced asked a return request for an item which i had to cancel because they did not come to the scheduled date but 5 days later, still cluttered with scam products and scammy copycat stores, late/vague tracking (especially LEX PH), i couldnt return a defective product (8k+) because apparently the courier doesnt ship to ch

Very disappointing, LazPayLater just out of nowhere is not available, I've used this feature for a couple of orders now and I even paid in advance for my dues, but now, out of nowhere they say that it's not available on my account? Without any proper explanation on why. I was very happy that I got approved when I activated it but now they just took it away with out any warning.

I used to enjoy Lazada ..still like it as a shopping platform but Lazada has been introducing too many unnecessary 'games' supposedly to earn Laz Coins, vouchers, etc which totally distract from the shopping experience. Now it seems that I have to spend a lot of time to play games to get vouchers, etc... and ended up I don't even want to shop anymore since I won't get the best deal unless I play games... and I get too tired to shop after playing those games ,🙄🙄🙄

Very bad assistance interface. Virtual assistance is useless, and trying tp fond a human representative is impossible. Edit: same as before. LEXPh delivery sucks! Delivery has already failed 2x in a row, with them lying in their reasons saying I want to resched, and that my number is unreachable! Very unprofessional

On Android 10 and below, can collect daily voucher smoothly,but not on Android 11,without the collect voucher on the main home page,need to go to the account and find voucher,every time show temporary out of stock, try again later for the past few months.Clear the cache and data on the app, uninstall and install again, now the can collect the voucheron the main home page again .

I've been using this app for several years now. I find it easy to search and order for a particular item that is not available on physical store. Easy to Use! The best feature of this platform is their LazPayLater which very useful for me. But i think it's best if they go back to the time when there's no charge if you pay a month later. I also love how easy for us to return and get refund for the items that is defective.

My favorite online shopping app. Great delivery and shopping experience compared to their competitors. Ps. I have this weird notification in my app as the returns and cancellation notification count (red circle) does not go away even if I've read all the notifications and don't have pending returns or cancellations. Pls fix this as it's annoying to see it whenever i open the app. It gives me an impression that it is an important notification but then it's actually nothing or a false notif.

Please fix Laz like, the missions in the Video category is bugged, can't do any of the missions and my points are not synced, my points are also not adding up when I exhange the gold bars. Can this be fixed? It has been 3 days already. Customer service is also hard to reach, it's always that ai bot. (Update: Reached customer service, no updates from them even though they said they will fix it in their end. It has been weeks already.)

It's a good app and there are cheap items that can be bought, the only problem is that some of the orders is not arriving at the right time like the five I ordered have not arrived since April 5 so I've been waiting for two months for them to arrive, but until now what I ordered has not reached me (pls take an action for this) cause im really disappointed.

The UI is a mess! Sometimes the product don't have details, like where it is shipped from, among many other details. Like at this very moment, I am trying to buy this one specific item but I can't buy it because I. CANT. FUСКING. SEE. WHERE. IT. IS. FROM. and I also can't see the store itself or any details about the store that's why I can't add more into cart because I CAN'T SEE THE FUСКING STORE! Gosh this app is seriously driving me mad! OVERHAUL YOUR WHOLE UI FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!

Kept on redirected from other apps and will not close down with using the back button alone and have to pop up a small window in the middle of the screen asking me if I wanted to close the freaking app. Too much marketing causes frustration.

So many improvements especially on fast shipping. Plus the returns and refunds, and topping up were never complicated. That's why I always order here especially if it's a large amount. ❤️ Hope it stays the same. EDIT: Their self-arrange returns suddenly changed. I just paid almost 2k for shipment and I only got refunded 150. Never using Lazada again.

The LazLand game fails to load after harvesting. It loads up to 80% and then restarts from 0%, repeating the same process continuously. I have tried with another Android device and observed the same symptom. I'm unable to start planting any new seeds, and I'm unhappy with this situation.

The policies by Lazada are very unfriendly and unsafe towards the buyer. It's a platform without much integrity, provides close to no support nor protection for the buyer. Lots of scams were initiated against me every time deliveries were delayed. Leads to my suspicion towards poor security around my data. I'd recommend finding an alternative platform. Never trust any service that makes it impossible to contact them.

This platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Pricing is very competitive. Delivery due date mostly meets deadline. Lazada is way ahead with its return policy that none of its competitors are able to fulfil - speaking from my experiences with other platforms. Easy and prompt return policies make me buy with confidence without viewing or trying out the physical item/product. Keep it up!

App is OK. It's a little cumbersome for exiting and it has too many distractions for straightforward men's style shopping. The app gives a lot of great discounts though that is not available on the web-only interface.

App sucks! There are tons of annoying, useless, disruptive notifications which is impossible to turn off and they send on a regular basis! It's also impossible to turn off "ask me" feature! I'm not even mentioning stupid watching video stuff! If i wanna watch a video, I'll watch reel or short on social media apps! Developers should copy apps like amazon or hepsiburada and learn how to code a shopping app! Simplicity is the key!

The app sometimes lag on certain pages. The delivery man's attitude was horrendous. The customer service is pretty useless. Deleting account can be quite a hassle. I can't believe it tells me to wait for 40 days to try again! Update: The customer service failed to provide an explanation within 2 weeks for an issue I encountered despite promising to do so. For their terrible management and terrible courier service, I've deleted my account and uninstalled the app.
