Their map is all wrong which confuses the customer and the driver. This ultimately leads to disagreement in confirmed location, payment etc. On top of it, they don't give a fixed price when the ride ends, the driver obviously demands the higher payment of the given range. Seriously OLA needs to learn the etiquette of running a travel app smoothly from UBER. You can take a random survey and you will find everyone prefers uber or even rapido as compared to Ola. Uninstalling this app.

I ordered food through the app. After waiting for more than an hour I contacted the restaurant because ola has horrible cutomer care and that was the only option left. The food had been prepared but a delivery partner wasn't assigned. The payment was already done and there was no option to cancel the order. I just had to sit and wait with uncertainty of my order reaching me.

I won't even give a one star to this app. We generally go for ola bookings when we have our trains or flights and the ola drivers after confirming everything, cancelled. This happened thrice consecutively, I was somehow convinced that I'll get a cab to station but they kept cancelling saying boht dur , obviously we are booking ola because it's far. This app has given me so much trauma , why do you keep such drivers who are so unreliable, never using this app again and will never recommend it. 👎

I wish there was an "ola premium" subscription which could disable notifications which involve their stupid promotions. I cannot turn off notifications from the app because it's required when im boarding my cab/auto. At this point it's like I have ola to remind me that im lonely forever and I get no notifications except ola and rapido, thank you so much ola <3 so kind of you.

Very worst Experience!! I use ola everyday, and it's been very unusual that I am being charged the double amount than the amount that is shown. Is it because I started using it daily. I have experienced this more than 5 times till now. When I go to support it gives me some useless coupon it doesn't even get applied. Once or twice charging higher is fine but everytime is not considered. And there is no option to contact customer care. Please provide your service properly.

The service is like a loot and a scam at the same time. Every ride has a discount but each ride they charge additional at the payment time and they don't have a customer service to raise a dispute at realtime. When intimated about the excess charge they provide you a refund but as a voucher and not returned at original source. The funny thing about the voucher is it takes away the discounted price and you now pay excess charge always and pending with ola. Nice customer retention strategy.

The current features that they have is terrible.Doesn't give the option to contact customer support now. Previous we had an option to change the drop location, when by mistake the wrong location gets picked we could change the same. But now the option has been disabled and we don't even get to contact the support team and for the rides for a distance location I was changed Rs. 300 without even travelling and the driver wanted to pay.I was using this app frequently and now iam uninstalling disapp

This app is very disappointing. The drivers are rude, charge more, act as if they know only what is shown on their screen and very tough time to change the destination as ola app many a times automatically picksup the wrong location when we are still trying to type in the exact location... then there is no way of changing the location as well. We end up paying more than expected.Bad behaviour riders also.Rider trying to extra charges after dropping my location.

I wrote the below review in March and since then the review is still the same or I can say that it's still the worst app in the cab/auto/bike booking services. Worst services from past 2 years. Not able to book rides and application is getting worst day by day. A pop up will come while booking the ride stating that the Ola mini is back and it won't go away until and unless we quit or close the application. Uber has much better experience than you guys.

I had booked the ride, the app didn't track my current location correctly due to which the driver arrived at the wrong location. So I have to cancel the ride. There is no option in the support section to describe this issue. The ola team should figure out the issues and fix errors in their application before charging cancellation fees from its users.

Not user-friendly anymore. Initially, the focus was on the customer, but now it has expanded in so many verticals that focus is on more business and not customers. E.g. 1. For the PCMC area, when you book Auto bu default, the payment option is Cash. 2. None of the driver will accept your ride, even when it was initially showing 1 min for an Auto. 3. The app interface is very slow, and you have to wait a lot for getting to next step each time. 4. Absolutely no way to contact customer support.

There is absolutely no way to contact ola for an issue that is not listed on the app. I had a horrible time changing the destination on the app. I was overcharged by the driver even though the amount shown was the same for both the locations. Also, if you book a prime sedan, they often allocate drivers who have CNG kit installed in the boot. No space to keep your luggage.

Recently I had two horrible experiences riding with ola. It automatically updates geolocation feom set destination. When asked about auto change in destination driver asks you to change it and boom, your fare shoots up. And customer care deny that such things happened because it is impossible to (said with beimming confidence). All it does is to charge you for the no fault of yours. Really worst ever customer support. I will be uninstalling Ola pretty soon. Uber is more transparent and bugfree.

It's impossible to raise an issue. Ola only has automated options in the help section. One can never contact customer care. The uber driver's vehicle details weren't matching neither he had a helmet for the passenger. There was no way I could raise a complaint. The final fare is never shown at the end of the trip, I've to go back to the history section to check the fare. Once the ride is confirmed it never notifies about it, no message on home screen. Ola has become a pathetic app!! Weirdest UI!

Very bad customer service, they are unfairly charging me ₹168 as pending dues. I tried opening up the rides history to see what's wrong but the page is completely blank. Even tried opening it on different device. I mailed them, tried calling but no option. No response. Firstly, I don't understand even if someone selects cash as payment option then the driver won't let the passenger go off. So if that's the case how can they charge? Secondly, if someone has card payment then it's paid obviously.

The user interface has become just garbage, it's like it has stopped helping the customer, rather it creates more issues. If you have a problem due to the driver or a ride, you cannot even put your problem forward unless it's one of the pre-set option in the app. The support option does not allow you to input your problem if it's not one of the pre-set options, the app just takes you round and round to the same things without helping you out at all.

The app of late had become very horrible to use. You have to try 10-15 times before the call reaches the driver. And the drivers call never comes. Messages are rarely delivered from either party. So basically you have to stand down on road waiting for the cab and hoping that the Google maps have accurately picked your location and the driver is indeed going to turn up! And the rates are always exorbitant

Did not get any ride after trying for an hour at a very important time!! So, it can't be relied at all!! Also, the app behaves abruptly. If I minimize the app and come back again....I can't see the home screen!! You have to keep searching for a location. Whereas, there is already a vehicle search going on in background which had been requested. Not sure about the flow.

Worst customer experience. They always display lesser estimated value and charge higher fees later on and there is absolutely no way to contact the support person. It just says we have reviewed the information, and the charged fees were accurate. I have always been able to contact the actual support agent for any issues in any other platform, but there is no way here in ola.
