The contact support is terrible. The person took the payment and didn't even drop us at assigned destination but in between somewhere and also told us to push the car as it got stuck then asked us to pay him more. When contacted indrive they just say sorry for inconvenience and then they don't even reply back even when u send them proof as well of what happened

As a Passenger you can offer/set ride charges and is changeable BUT 1- you can not set the minimum ride charges that is already define/set by the App. 2-you can not set the shortest rout on your own on map,the App automatically set the rout that often automatically set minimum charges a little high too by the App. 3- In addition to it when oil and gas prices decreases ,the drivers then do not decrease fears So in that case the App developer should allow passengers to set minimum fear charges.

This app must be the most irritating app for the rider. It needs to be top up after every single ride and sometimes when you don't take a ride. Moreover, it pop ups over other apps with its annoying sound also when I'm offline and when I turn off it's notifications.

The new inapp calling feature is creating bad experience both for passengers and drivers,it's difficult to connect call on both sides,taking too much time,some times in low signal areas,resulting in ride cancel and bad experience for both parties. It can be useful if 2nd option of direct call on cell numbers remain available,so if inapp call not connecting,2nd option of direct call should be available results in better ride experience, avoiding any ride cancellations

Most pathetic aap. Unfortunately I don't have another option otherwise I would have deleted it long time ago. They don't tell you that toll/parking fees are not included in the fare hence it's the responsibility of the passenger to pay it. Drivers are charging 3 times the actual value (parking fee) and there is no check and balance. Customer support is useless.

no option to schedule,and book for a particular date time .... no option for various destination, various stops and haults. for example 1) if I want to go to a place ,pick up some one and then return in the same car,there is no option 2)if I want to first go to some place at baguihati and from there to Airport,there is no option.

App has no en-route feature, It separate kilometer and meter by comma instead of decimal point which looks so dumb moreover it shows the Ride requests on the list which has been already accepted by the rider or the request no longer exists. This app lets passenger bargain about fare which is total burden if passenger travels further more distance from the drop off location drivers don't get even a single extra penny. No matter how far the pick up point drivers don't get extra pick up bonus.

Indeed a good app. But recently changes are some How not good . In previous versions passenger and driver can directly contact with each other by calling on mobile number. Which is very helpfull in those area where internet is not stable. But now we are restricted to contact through indrive calling which is very hectic. Especially when internet is not stable... plz do some changes

I've been using the inDrive app for a while now, and while it has some great features, there are a few issues that I've encountered in Driver mode: 1. Fake Orders: Ride requests appear multiple times, showing "order already accepted" when clicked. 2. Support Issue: No way to contact support team; Support and FAQ links on navigation bar lead to FAQ page. 3. No Driver Compensation: No compensation for passengers cancelling orders just before reaching the pickup location. Waste of time and fuel.

Worst Service ever - worli sea was the longest route with toll charges extra but still the route was taken in the trafic free night & toll was charged extra. Don't waste time with support all of the say different things - you might waste weeks for an improper final reply. I won't waste time again emailing - you must have access to my chats - go ahead & resolve my issue. If this review is here that means the support team cannot resolve the issue.

It is the worst app ever. As a driver we have to add the funds in the wallet for city to city ride they took the service payment in advance as soon as the booking is accepted and if for some reason we cancels the booking we don't get the refund of the amount and also if the customer cancels the booking as mentioned we should get the refund sometime we get but in the period of 24 hours and sometimes we don't get it. And also they blocks our account if 2 or more customer cancels the booking. Worst

Concept of the app is really good but the application has lots of glitches and very much biased towards customers and not at all driver friendly. Support team is too lethargic and has no idea how to solve simple issues. Drivers are really getting harassed with intercity rides when a passenger cancels it whimsically and the poor driver has to pay penalty with one day block over the top. Why it's always the driver has to suffer without any fault and the customer gets away without any penalties.

I'm having problems with the location feature. On the dashboard, the distance seems too short. But when we start the ride, the distance shown is almost twice as much, and sometimes it's even three times as much. I really liked the option to see the route while driving, so please bring it back. I'm not happy with the development plans for Indrive. Please hire better developers and quality assurance testers.

Issues logging into account. Maybe a server error or something, but it's becoming frequent nowadays. I noticed the changes in the interface, and I must say that it is really annoying. Why change it from the old interface where you can see the history of previous requests in your area and also a breakdown of the price based on per kilometres and per minute? Now, it just shows the price with no breakdown. Return ride history and fare breakdown. And waiting time compensation for drivers as well.

I once ran into a problem. I contact customer care for resolution. But their customer care service was very bad. No solution was come from them. Moreover, some bad drivers have been registered in their apps, whose usage is very bad. I have already faced such problem twice. They didn't take any step after contacting Customer Care about such an incident. Moreover, one of the features of these drivers is that they give customers a 1 star rating at the end of the ride. A lot of improvement pending.

UPDATE: I couldn't add another comment and had to edit. The app features have improved , however there is no one on the other side to receive complaints. I've emailed indriver to contact a driver because I wanted to ask if he found my waller with Iad and driver's licence. The support feature on the app doesnt work and neither is anyone responding to the support email provided. I fret to think what can happen when one is in danger. The support feature is mere window dressing.

The recent update has made some very bad changes: I can't save any location, which is really annoying as I need to book rides from the same location. Sometimes even when it's suggesting the location I need the ride to, it still doesn't work. I used to book a second ride after the first ride is picked up. Now I can't seem to do that as well. The GUI has improved but the previous one wasn't that bad. The en route option is gone. Would like if you can make changes soon

As a driver, I suggest to show ride with pickup of maximum 2 km distance. In Kolkata it shows whole city pickup. It shows 5, 6, even 7 km pickup. So long distance pickup crowed the page and I miss short distance pickup. Any passenger never choose long distance rider. And second suggestion, pls update the app. It shows the rides repeatedly which is already accepted by other rider.
