Staples keeps sending SEVERAL emails - cant unsubscribe due to being warned its an unsecured site - also, can't reply due to: "The group customer interactions only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list." Can't rate your product, Staples if your site is unsecure🤷

Staples is my go to office supplier. I am solicited often by other companies but Staples makes it so easy to be loyal. I usually keep a running shopping list going so now with the app if I think of something to order and I am not at my desk I can simply add it anytime with the app!

I would have sworn that i used to be able to see order status and delivery tracking information with this app. With that gone, this app is basically useless. When i click on an order I placed, it only tells me what items I've ordered and if i want to reorder them.

App Version 5.4.0.210 / phone Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is running extremely slow. To the point of being basically useless unless you want to spend 10-20 minutes trying to place a simple order. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Nothing helps. Please fix asap.

The app keeps closing because it says there is a bug that needs to be fixed. I have installed and tried on two different devices and it says the same thing.

App opens then closes. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling but it still crashes. Then it gave me an error saying there is a bug and to update it once the developer fixes it.

Used to work perfectly, then after one update it suddenly erased my recent orders. I foolishly updated it again and now it won't work at all. I'm using a Samsung S9+. Maybe stop updating things that are working perfectly to begin with.

This app is trash, I'm lucky if I can get 1 thing in my cart then have to restart my phone to keep getting things in my cart, every month it takes me days to spend a total of $90! If it wasn't for having to use this app for work I would never order anything from staples again

Has not worked for months now. Once the Biz Advantage # is entered, it just spins for eternity and does not load the prompt for a password. I have tried many times with different wifi connections / cellular data and makes no difference.

So far i can not setup my account. Trying to do it on my phone using the instructions from the email. Makes me download and open this app. But you have to have a password to login. No opition to finish the setup at all. Terrible design if i have to use a comptuer to setup the account

I have been a staples advantage member for over two years with two different companies. The app makes things simple. forget to place an order before you left work? thats okay, browse your past purchase history and select your items. it really is a great app & user friendly

The app could use a Search functionality on every page, rather than going to the main page in order to do this. Sometimes, you recall needing an item but must nearly restart the entire process in order to search by name for it. Otherwise, a very helpful app .

I like the app and the possibilities it offers. Could stand a few more improvements. At times the app is slow. But it is still a great tool to get in and get out and staples while keeping your eye on the prize. Looking forward to the next version.

I think this would be great for someone with a lot to order or keep track of, but for me it is easier to just jot a list as I walk through taking inventory. I thought the scan option would benefit me, but it has not found a single item so far, including Staples branded items. Decent enough app, but not for me.

This app has never worked right. Lets me login and then says "general system error". So I'm paying 299 a year for a membership why? Good thing I have an office depot account .

The app is slow and doesn't function well. Constantly freezes and doesn't load the pages.

This app is fine for searching for products and ordering, but from a business standpoint it is somewhat disappointing. I need to track orders on the go and report to different departments, so this app is pretty useless to me as is because order status and tracking information is not an option. Hopefully they will upgrade the app in the near future to include these important features, but for now☹👎.

Convenient. You can scan items and also quickly order things. Could be better. Missing the budget which is crucial for business ordering. It is displayed right on top on desktop or laptops but with the app unfortunately seems to not be listed anywhere. Could be missing it of course but I just utilized the app quickly to place an order super fast because we needed something that was not added to the ordering list the beginning of the month.

Your app is extremely inefficient. It is slow to respond and 80% of the time, you cannot navigate because the unresponsiveness when you click on an item. For a nationwide company, your tech is amateurish. I have seen free game apps work smoother and faster than your app. How do you expect to keep customers if your tools are not helpful. No mortar locations, and with an app that doesn't work, sounds to me that I need to find another supplier and quickly.

Easily one of the slowest and most poorly written apps on the platform. Clearly untested. I tried to narrow options for a laptop purchase. Each selection from the filters had it go off into never-never land, doing god-knows-what, only to return to grey out the screen and close the filters and eventually just hang. Not even good enough to be a highschool project.
