Worst experience I am facing, If I open the app it's closing automatically, I didn't find this bug previously, I am using realme 12 x 5G phone . I thought If there is any updates, but I went and check in play store there is no update. I have reinstalled it but I am facing the same issue again Please try to fix this bug or else shutdown your app and don't come with any other new payments.

Hello PhonePe app developer, I extremely say that this app is one of the best peyment app . But Don't you think that this app should also have the option to clone like WhatsApp Instagram because we have two SIM cards and they are also linked to different bank accounts so one can we have to send money from the same account from time , but what is the use when you have to log out again and again for payment. It is not my problem but any of person who uses PhonePe app. Sorry for mistakes above ☝🏻

All said and done it's a great app. No change no problem, no cash in hand, no problem, transfer money to a family member, no problem, give auto charges with fighting, no problem. Electricity bill and water bill last day, no problem, insurance of vehicle, medical shop uncle stopped Vicks strepsils because his standard diaglogue, no change 😁 etc etc . There have been ups and downs on the app, I mean I'm not perfect. So that's ok. 🙌

This is second time when money got deducted from my account but didn't get credited to the receivers account. It has been more than 24 hours since the transaction is done. I am not using this app anymore where there is no security of the transfer. Very very disappointed

It's good UPI application. But Coustomar service is too worst and it's taking to much of time to resolve the pending transactions. And kindly avoid rental payment option it's taking near 2to3 day for payment. And don't do the rental payment through Phone pay and use different why because of phone pay it's taking too much time and incase can we rise a ticket it useless thing. One of the best payment apps - Booking a Tatkal ticket through Irctc app is a nightmare. Unless you are fastest you don't get a confirmed ticket. Phone PE offers ones of the best payment gateways with least errors, payment failures of all other options/ apps out there. The RuPay credit card especially icici cc often has issues where it stays in the processing state and eventually gets declined. This causes problems when trying to place orders on Swiggy or Zomato, as we can't afford to wait 30 minutes for it to process. It should either be accepted or declined immediately instead of hanging in the processing state.

I've been using the PhonePe app for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. Despite all these positives, there's one significant drawback that I've encountered: the lack of a feature to delete transaction history. As someone who values privacy and prefers to keep the financial activities discreet, this is a considerable inconvenience. Over time, this history becomes cluttered with numerous transactions, making it cumbersome to sift through for specific details.

Good afternoon phonepe team, It's a very useful app but I request you to add a icon to cancel recharge because many of us sometimes make recharge on wrong number, by mistake. So if it possible to cancel recharge within half hour, when we made it, or in less time then it would be very helpful to us. Thank you phonepe team to make it a great application.

Clean UI. But functional bugs exist. Add feedback feature please, or place it where everyone can see. I made a payment midnight which went into "processing". I paid again next morning which succeeded. But after 2 days, while I can see both payment in history, I could see only one payment when I went into the contact. This is a serious bug but I couldn't find any callcenter option to enquire or report, only bot chat. Would've been good if there was atleast feedback option openly visible.

sometimes online payments can become a bad experience, paid electricity bill(hescom-Karnataka) through phonepe, on app its showing payment successful, amount was deducted from account but electricity company did not receive payment. checked with the bank but no proper response , it's more than 6 working Days and I have not received any refund or payment confirmation. it will be better if all the online payment related issues are resolved within 3 working days.

It's a best app for Payments and transactions. For some bank transfer it doesn't need to enter IFSC code, it's a good facility. But the referral gift rupees transfer would be done when they want, it's not done when I complete my refferal and transfer rupees 1 to a friend. Because I have completed 4 refferal and transfer but I got it only one time. 👍😔

I am not getting money credit notifications for a very long time. I tried updating both the app and my phone. I checked all the notification settings. They are all turned on. There is no battery saver active on the phone as well. Yet I do not receive the money credit notification from the app. Although I receive a notification for the money debited from Phone Pe app. Please help.

The overall experience with PhonePe is good for me..I'm using it from the beginning.. kindly change the UI a little bit more and remove ads or reduce it.. and why the qr scanner is in the top right corner..it should be in the middle for handy reach out.. make the app more fluid ..in the bottom of the app make qr scanner and balance check section and and show your qr not the insurance, credit etc..Hope the developers will listen to this suggestions.. Thank You .. 😊

I've been forced to put the app in deep sleep in order to avoid their barrage of push notifications which have been affecting my phone's battery off late. Besides the issue above, I would say that the app overall is poorly designed. It is quite a task to navigate through various touchpoints to find what you're looking for. Instead of displaying useless information like sponsored games on the main page, they should perhaps try incorporating a search bar to help users find what they require.

The home page of this app is overly cluttered and finding the desired option takes longer than usual. For instance, the "Scan QR" option—which is crucial for a UPI app—is a tiny icon on top and hard to spot. Moreover, the Transaction History page should indicate the debit and credit transactions with different colours for a better UX (Preferably, red or black for debits, and green for credits). Also, it would have been great if it stored transaction history of older than 1 year.

Best And Superfast App...But, not working properly from the last month. I can scan any barcode and make the payment through it. But, when opt for mobile transfer to any person, my keyboard does not pop up. Not at all. Please help, as I tried everything. I cleared its data, cache, and even unistalled & reinstalled the app. But, all in vain. I have not been able to understand the problem even after looking for it on google & Youtube.
