This app has the worst UI i have ever seen in a UPI app. There is no way to see the list of transaction I made and there is no place to see all my rewards and cashbacks. If there's a place I can't find so point me out in the correct direction. Also they promise cashback on payments but they never provide that cashback. Worst upi app ever

Worst customer service ever. I am trying to Remove my bank account, but was not able to do , coz it was showing some glitch of recurring payment linked to that account, which was really not there. Contacted customer service serveral times, they were just wasting time and didn't provide any solution. Now they are not taking calls or even replying to chats. Edit: they have not resolved anything,saying their back end is facing issues. How can a huge company give these excuses for more 4 months

Good afternoon paytm team, It's a very useful app but I request you to add a icon to cancel recharge because many of us sometimes make recharge on wrong number, by mistake. So if it possible to cancel recharge within half hour, when we made it, or in less time then it would be very helpful to us. Thank you paytm team to make it a great application.

Previously It is the best app that I can able to do online credit card bills on time, but after the issue was happened.Pretty not working properly even we cannot able to do transactions through UPI. It's taking longer than the expected time... they are keeping money with them for 3 days and refunding this is not good for the end users.

This app used to be good, but after closing of Payment bank and all recent happenings since 4-5 months my payments get failed 40% of times. Money gets debited but other person don't get the money. Nowadays Paytm is good for small transactions only. Moreover I am not satisfied with the cashback I receive after transactions. Better rewards are available in other platforms. So it's time to say goodbye to this app which I have used for 3-4 years. High time I shift to other UPI App.

My favourite one. I've been using the Paytm app for my financial activities because I think that navigating and making payments are made easier by its clear and simple UI. I used Phonepe until 2021, when I decided to move to Paytm because of its quicker services, which included effective customer care and transaction processing. My go-to UPI app these days for sending and receiving money is Paytm because it provides dependable, quick, and secure transactions.

Worst app in terms of customer service. You just talk to bot assistants who don't even solve your problem and just close the ticket. So annoying! Like I need a HUMAN EXECUTIVE to talk to solve my problem. I bought a giftcard through Paytm which Google says it doesn't match their records. So basically y'all have done a fraud with me.

Paytm is very bad. I suggest an individual should not use it, because when you are at any problem they dont help you. Even you are no satisfied with their help. They are very helpless. I would recommend everyone not to use it. If someone does it, its a right time to stop. They are completely helpless. Bad response and service they provide. I would suggest you to use different or alternate app

Earlier I used to be a happy customer. But now the app seems to me as a complete fraud. I made a Credit card payment of Rs 10000 which is not yet credited after almost one month. In the name of assistance they say, me have made the payment and contact to your bank. No guarantee, if you pay through this app and all your amount can be forged. No assistance only false assurance. Very unsatisfied...

Cashback offers here literally fake. Even after successful eligible transactions I never got any reward or cashback for offers visible on the app. Offer doesn't track transaction even after doing it from that offer section. I tried to contact customer service but they are not responding. If you don't want to give any reward why just you show them on the app😒.

There is no option in the app to contact customer support. They don't give cashback even all the promo code are applied and all the T&Cs are followed. I had this issues everytime. When we contact through 24×7 Help and Support, it redirect the chat to automatic chatbot and it gives option to choose and you can't describe the issue and at last ends the chat. Uninstalling the creepy app.

Mind blowing!! I've tried a few UPI apps, but Paytm is my favorite because of its user-friendly interface and functionality. I'm grateful to the developers and UX designers for their fantastic job. Paytm streamlines my life with frictionless transactions and an easy-to-use UI, making it a must-have for convenient digital payments. An issue I encountered was caused by my device rather than the app. Since I began mobile banking in 2021, I've primarily used Paytm.

It is ridiculous how sometimes metro ticket option is swapped by some irrelevant option. Keep it where it is. Especially when people are in a rush and have to scroll to the ticket section and then not find it anywhere and have to go all the way to the search box to look for it. It would also be good to have a ticket widget. Otherwise we have to open the app a lot of times and follow a long process.

I have had a really pleasant experience using the Paytm app for making payments. I use it for utility bills such as power and mobile, which are effortlessly linked to my ICICI and SBI bank accounts. As long as I keep an adequate bank balance, the app ensures that transactions go smoothly. To ensure seamless operations, it is critical that I manage my account balance promptly. The programme is lightweight, has a great interface, and provides a superb user experience.

Over time the app has turned from bad to worst. The ONDC is a mess. The bill payment feature is filled with bugs. The bot support feature is major disaster. I would never risk my money on investment or trading via this app. They seriously need to stop stuffing everything into one bin and focus on improving the user experience of few core features. Every new feature is attractive on cards but a huge disappointment when put to use.

Excellent. I am using it since many years. There is one suggestion. When we clik on Pay, the choice" scan any QR code" comes at bottom centre of the screen. Advertisements are running on that portion of screen and the choice is not clearly visible. It is suggested that this choice may be placed at the top or at a distinctly visible part of the screen where it is not cluttered by advertisements.

Useless for me. None of my bank accounts can be linked. Only credit cards, no debit cards. So here I am, thinking I'm doing something wrong, but it's the app. I'm forced to uninstal it. No choice. I just installed PhonePe and was very smoothly able to connect what I needed. All sorted. No need for this app at all. Good riddance!
