I had to rewrite my review to do this app justice. I've used 4 different digital bank apps over 4 years. Nubank has been the best. UI: Fantastic and easy to navigate. Issue Loans: Quick & convenient. Takes seconds to get a loan, low interest rate and highly customisable. Conta PJ: This is where the app shines. Almost zero bureaucracy. Took me seconds to open. All the competitors required loads of documents and clunky questionnaires. Looking forward to using your investment features.

Best bank esp for gringos. As a foreigner living in Brazil, it has been impossible to get a bank account with the exception of Nubank. Incredibly easy to use and free transfers, saving me a lot of money because one of my requirements was to be able to transfer money to some people I work with. Compared to my USA bank accounts, the experience is much simpler and pleasant to use.

Horrible application. Frustrating. It gets frozen every time I click on anything. It signs me out frequently. I cannot order neither basic debit card nor even virtual card. I tried to contact customer service (as I cannot use in-app help chat, as the app gets frozen..). I got four very polite and completely useless e-mails from from different people(?). Is it AI you are using to respond to e-mails? As I cannot imagine that a real human being cannot read simple message without understanding.

I applied for this service about a week ago. They are supposed to send me an email in order to complete my application, and I haven't heard anything from them ever since. A friend of mine suggested that I should use this service. So far, I am very disappointed with this service.

I can't even open my account! The app has a automstic block if it detects a "wrong personal data", I checked my data several times with official documents and the app says that my info is wrong 😡

The application crashes frequently when opening, it shows the initial, purple screen for a few seconds, then exits without any message. It opens maybe 1 out of 10 attempts. I have tried all the hints given in the forums, but nothing works, and aparently many people have the same problem. If I manage to open the application, it seems well designed and intuitive, but since it doesn´t open when I need it to, it becomes completely impossible to use Nubank. My device is a Huawei P30, Android 10.

They lack the possibility to change the language. This is a bad UX for foreigners that use their app.

Can't load my account transactions for months now. Have already tried to re-install the app and restart the phone multiple times, aside following some suggestions from support. Nothing works... Not allowing screenshots is also a pain. Sometimes I get another phone just to take a pic I need. Not sure why they block this... Removal of daily yield based on balance was a huge hit on its benefits, but guess nothing great lasts forever...

Having to take a photo of a phone screen anytime you want to share any receipt or card transaction is completely idiotic, it feels like the app address safety in way that legitimate uses are blocked altogether.

Very bad customer support. Once you bought something with credit and then if you want to contest (to get refund) after cancellation of the product due to delivery issues or any reasonable reason its almost impossible to get you refund. They are not cusmtomer supportive in this regard compared to other banks. I had an experience with Nu bank and Shein and my money is gone even though I have not recieved the items I bought. The bank is not supportive and shein is not delivering my items.

It's been easy, practical and useful so far. I congratulate the App-designer(s) on the layout of the interface and the friendly environment between the tha bank and the clients. Since I am one of them, I express my full satisfaction for the facilities offered unto me. kudos!!!!

Im having problems with the app, it logged out on itself from my account... Though I was trying to introduce my password, it seems to be that I forgot the password... No problem, just will I reset it I thought. Problem is that it sends me to update the app, but I already have it updated and I can't recover my password, what can I do?

Great app I love that I can create and erase digital cards any time, it's taking a pretty long time to get a credit card though, haven't had too many issues getting refunds wen needed pretty good app all around

It's amazing. Been using it since April , 2023, and I've never had a Problem with it. At First, I thought it was going to take a long time for me to increase my credit line, but I started with Only , and Now . I don't know how much is that on US dollars, but taking that into Account, and all the great features that they offer, plus the quick and effective response by the customer service team... In fewer words: they actually care. Not only they say it, it Shows.

A lot of emails from the bank inviting me to use, it's disgusting. Then, I try to register but the app takes a lot time, it's slow and the profile wasn't created by the app. I've desinstalled it

They rejected my ID verification 4 times with no explanation other than "your pictures weren't clear enough." I did EVERYTHING I could to submit perfect pictures, including using a friend's brand-new iPhone camera. I followed up with the support chat each time and they gave me the same useless steps on how to take clearer pictures. The worst part? After the 4th time, they ghosted me! I followed up twice afterwards by email and no one ever responded. DO NOT recommend -- useless customer service.

Unbelievable, I just spent hours on the chat, talking to 3 different people, emails and print screens flying back and forth, reboot the phone, log in, log out, jumping thru all sorts of hoops for the last guy to tell me the answer to my issue is supposedly very simple. Hours! Terrible app, terrible customer service. NOT HAPPY and at this point considering just closing the account and deleting the app.
