I had a tough time with SIM, it seems if SIM is old, without notification it stopped working, I had to call mutiple times to desk and they asked me to go nearby Airtel store, had to visit 2 Airtel stores and they said No postpaid SIMs are available, then they arranged as if they were doing favor to me. Then it took 4-6 hours for activation. For 2 days i was without my primary number which is unacceptable. We link all our finance with Our numbers, even identity with number. This has to improve...

So I was moving to a different city and decided to stop using broadband. Later my company told me that I can work from home and I needed broadband again. Airtel wants me to pay installation charges again even though all the wiring is still there. Had been using Airtel broadband for almost 10 years and this is how they treat.

No doubt this application has many features. But their is one problem that this application is so heavy. Whenever I open this application it just take a so much of high of speed internet. Then after opening whenever I open my plan to check how much data I have remaining in my account it just gives me error 80 times out of 100. This application is not works smoothly and faster. As airtel told us in the update description of this app.

Very disappointing experience I have made the payment but it's not reflecting in the in the app. It's more than 6 hrs. I have called the customer care as well but they have no clue when it will get updated. I would say a very buggy app and poor service support.

CHEATING AND FRAUD APP!!!! I use this application for my car Fast-tag and even if my car is at my house money from my wallet got deduct. This happened with me several times and if I want to make any quarry I can't because the transaction ID becomes invalid all of sudden. Worst app for recharge, fasttag and in every possible manner.

it's a worst app. trying to purchase hotstar subscription but the option is not activated. trying to connect customer care on 121 but they said that this is the issue of Airtel thanks app and they can't help in this. if they don't provide any service through Airtel thanks app then what is the use of it except bill payment for which we can use any UPI application. and if Airtel customer care can't resolve the issue of Airtel Thanka App then who will.

Recharge and balance check are easy. But the outgoung &incoming validity dates were not displayed. If validity expired it is not showing anywhere. Just displaying balance and unable to check validity. Aug 09,2021-The updated app is user friendly and more flexible. Easy to check everything related to a mobile number at one place. Apr-18-2024: Now the app is more friendly and stable. Helping to maintain as many Sims details as I can.

i think it's a time to move an another network. i'm okay with your all plans. but you guys close an lot of songs in caller tune. you force to choose an wynk premium. compare to the other network prepaid plans, and most importantly caller tune option. Better then yours. i'm an airtel customer since 2009. but it's a time to quit. Thank You.

Useless network provider ever, I thought to change my Wi-Fi from Alliance to Airtel, But whenever I try to click on the plans the app opens and asks for phone number and installation address first. After that I found that Airtel is giving only 40 Mbps of speed with recharge of ₹699 + GST, I'm getting 80 Mbps of speed with Alliance with only ₹590 with no extra charges and also I'm using 6-8 Mobile Devices, One tablet and One Television without any problem.

This app's up-down scroll have a problem in scrolling. It scroll like someone is running with a stick behind and when I try to recharge one phone due to unstability usually click happens on the the other no. Registered. I have attached my 7 accounts but can't use this app properly. So just because this app messes everything I usually switch to other apps like paytm or gpay for bill payments and recharges. Your team need to really work on this. This is I am facing in the Vivo v11 pro phone.

If there's a chance of giving zero star or even less, I would have chosen that. This is just the second day after getting installed my wifi connection. And it's more than 24 hours since there's no internet signal. I talked to the executive who was behind me for getting the connection and he's useless. After paying the amount of 3300/- he's gone forever and not responding to the issue. Talked to the customer care and the engineer number provided by them is totally useless. #QUIT #AIRTEL

Worst Experience. I am using Airtel dongle. I paid the Airtel bill (which is what the only thing working in that Airtel app)When I went to Airtel thanks app to raise compliant, it's connected to chat bot...my issue was not mentioned. So choose others, still if I describe the issue the chat bot is unable to understand and repeated the same question. Finally, unable to resolve my query..this app is just a eye wash...it does not do anything. Why a simple email is not given....just do simple answers

Very bad really what mess has this application created, is this an experience, earlier this application used to be very smooth, in this application neither the messages get updated that how many messages I have used and how many are left, if I check the blocked call history then it hangs so much that I get very annoyed. You are giving updates after updates, but you will not fix this problem. I am having a very bad experience.

Such a stupid app, this app lacks all the basic services it can provide. It is missing to report a generic issue. All the links route to same page of chatbot which it utterly useless. The chatbot, I never thought the creators cannot even think of simple problems a person could have. First they make you chose 'others' and then they again give you another set of options to chose from. Eventually you'll not be able to create an issue.

Airtel app has improved a lot over the years and functions respectfully well for various purposes. However, they don't give the Airtel Xtreme OTT free anymore, whereas in the past years it was free. Also, invoice for recharge Smart pack or unlimited pack should be sent automatically to the customer always by email because it is very difficult to search for your invoice for prepaid recharge done by you.

Pathetic service by airtel!! Don't know what's wrong with your app and service. It's not allowing me to recharge. It's not loading the buy data interface at all!! Doesn't show any data packs for recharge!! How am I supposed to buy data now?! Not only in airtel app but also in gpay it's not showing any data packs for recharge!! Totally pathetic service by airtel!! Fix this soon dammit!!!!!!

Their is a page for help tried messaging regarding the slow speed and it said me to make a call the expert said to do network reset that too by sending an sms to follow the steps. As the issue continued contacted other 5experts who just tried to do the same later disconnect the call or keep the call on hold and disconnect them. Everyone mentons that I'll get a callback which I'm still waiting for from past 2-3 weeks Really bad cx experience with Airtel. Regretting after porting in to Airtel.

App is a bit slow, and there's some errors here and there like a date mismatch in recharge once(it had additional benefits, but it showed the additional benefits at one place, and not at another, within the same page) but again, there's many useful aspects such as call alerts (ik, some competitiors have it better, but hey, it still counts) and they do have some nice offers every now and then for the app users. So there's that. Overall I would say it's good, but there's some room for improvement.

The application is very slow. When I need to check my remaining data, it takes an excessive amount of time to display the actual data. Sometimes, I have to close the app and reopen it after 5-10 minutes, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, I am unable to use the unlimited free 5G service at my home, even though I have another Airtel SIM at my home that works perfectly fine. However, mine does not.
