This is the most frustrating banking app I've ever used! It closes on its own, it not supported on all smartphone versions, even if you put the correct information it will say "incorrect/one more try left" etc. Again, you open the app fill in login details and then it says "you're not using the latest version of the app update" so it could've just notified me before I put in all that information & wasted my time!! it's just full of bugs and wastes time!

Everytime you open the app there would be a technical error. And this happens 90 percent of the time. What is the use of all these features when there is always a server error or technical error. Big talks from SBI but they never fix these issues even though this app has been there for a while. If you cannot maintain the app do not force customers to use it.

Suddenly stopped connection with my home wifi network , although the strength of network is very good and stable. Every trial showing " there seems to be a network issue please check connectivity of your device (2)." Surprised to see that, the app is connecting to other wifi network (mobile hotspot). Need a solution please.

Possibly the worst banking app in the entire universe. It does not let me enter my account even after giving correct username and password. It says it has sent OTP to my registered phone number, but even after 2 days no OTP received. When I tried to log in again, it tells me to close my previous login, which I never did! Not sure how this app was allowed to be online. It's far better for me to go to the branch and deal everything offline, rather than struggling on the app for 2 days.

Hope the team is trying to fix issues apart from giving it a new look. It has new issues every time, many a times unable to open the app. It flickers between white screen and login page. And if able to login,sometimes says please close this existing session and login afresh. Pay some attention to app functionality, only does a selected few words properly. Thank you

The app has many features, generally it works as expected but there are a lot of random bugs inside the UI, which causes unexpected crashes and freezing, sometimes forcefully logging me out. The UI is a bit confusing and cluttered, it has mordern designs in some places, and html website like design on rest of the places. The most annoying is it goes into maintainance without prior notification to the user. Please update and streamline your app interface.

After updating the application I have been unable to log in to my account last 15 days. I don't know why application is always showing message "There seems to be a network issue. Please check connectivity of your device (2).". I have already checked all points and also uninstalled the app 3 and 5 times but the issue will not resolved. Could you please help us?

You can't rely on this app. It fails most transactions and put you in embarassing situation. Not user-friendly and unpredictable app. Update: Nothing happened regarding the update promised. First of all it is not possible to pay using UPI. Scan and pay fails 4 or 5 times with stange messages. This app is purposefully designed to fail. Like their automatic bill pay. May be sectetly helping other payment systems. I think it's better to move on to other banks which offers professional services.

At times when you most need the app, it is there to crash, and not connect to the internet (even when you are on high speed wifi). Even the link for placing a complaint for the issues does not work. Using the SBI website is much better than this. Not recommended for regular usage at all...

I have been getting below error from a week ago. "There seems to be a network issue. Please check connectivity of your device (2)." Please look into this. No issue with the network, tried with wifi and mobile network. I have been using same mobile since long back. There were major updates to the mobile operating system too.

This is not user friendly banking app. In the name of security they have unnecessary complications which makes usage a nightmare. Like forced password change, this will come up exactly when you want to do something important via the app. Super irritating. Wish they could learn something from apps from other banks like ICICI. Atleast it's easy access the account there.

After updating the app, the app failed to open, always it shows yono logo animation and close automatically. My phone has Android 9.0 version. Uninstalled and reinstalled then also same results. By the way this is very slow to open previous too and the navigation between the pages are too much lengthy (back button doesn't work).

The worst mobile banking app ever! It takes forever to load and constantly throws unexpected exceptions. It's useless in serious situations. The customer care staff is extremely rude and always redirects me to the local branch, where the staff is just as rude. The app keeps crashing, and now I can't even open it to make a crucial transaction for buying a smartphone, despite having a network speed of 345 Mbps. This is unacceptable and infuriating!

I am not understanding why this app made such a change where the customer need to connect to their registered mobile data to login.I use WIFI most of the day. But to do just a single operation from the app, I have to use my registered mobile data, and completes it. Otherwise will get an error saying "There seems to be a network issue.Please check connectivity of your device." This is really giving us a terrible experience and stopping me to use this app anymore.

This is very disappointing. This App gives you useless pop-ups like password change, internet banking password change etc. When you try to change it, it doesn't accepts your request. Everytime same reason " We are unable to process your request right now" And I am saying this out of frustration cz anytime you try, the same pop up comes. Using HDFC banking App from past 8yrs. I haven't changed the password since then. It never asks too. Yono App is simply complicated. Disgusting App.

I've been using this app from the beginning, but I am extremely frustrated with the constant requirement to change my password every time I log in. It's inconvenient and time-consuming. A secure app should not force users to go through this hassle regularly. I've tried reaching out to support, but the issue persists. Until this problem is resolved, I cannot recommend thus app and would like to give ZERO Star if possible

The app is become like useless. Im trying to check the balance in my account, and it shows white blank page. Nothing shows up under MY BALANCE. Im contacting the bank to check the balance everytime. Im not able to make any transactions because of it. I dont know what is happening to the yonosbi app. Something or the other issues pops us always. Sometime login issue, now this. This has been terrible. The tech team have to look into it and fix this bugs. This is the worst.

At present from the last few days I am not able to open this app via my broadband wifi network. It is continiously showing as, "There seems to be a network issue. Please check connectivity of your device (2)." But earlier I was able to access this app with my broadband wifi network easily, not able to understand what is the issue now after the last update.

Such a worst and useless app ever seen. The login issue of this app never gets solved even after having so many updates from the last year. I am not able to open it when I am in need to check my balance and transaction. The login issue always redirects me to uninstall this application. The password always gets expired after 2 months and whenever I create new password it says wrong old password and i am still stuck in the login issue from the past 2 days. Absolutely ridiculous!

The app is not user friendly. Most of the time it doesn't connect at all. Some error or other. Even if the app is not updated, atleat it should open, giving chance to the user to update it at their convenience rather than forcing them to update immediately. It hampers the work we do. poor service...need a more user friendly & efficient app.
