I avoid this app at all costs when managing my social media. It freezes all the time, times out, is not user friendly to add or edit posts. My worst time is when someone sends a message.... Since it is a business account I can't have messenger, all the messages are routed through the business suite. I get a notification of a message, but when I go to the business suite there is no message to be found. It takes several hours after the message for it to actually pop up on the suite.

Edit: I don't get how this app can go from good and working well to this. - I've been deleting a conversation in the inbox over and over, and it continues to return. - When I go through all of the messages in the inbox, I get a notification a few minutes later that I have new messages. They're the same messages that I already checked. - Replies in the inbox take forever to show up when you go to the app. It appears to be on a delayed timer to appear. I can go on... but I won't.

This app constantly changes and it very difficult to use. Lacks key features: no event management ability, can't view tags or check-ins, and half the notifications I get have to be opened in browser not within the app. Plus, push notifications are very inconsistent despite have everything turned on - the whole reason I have this app on my phone is so I can answer comments and messages quickly which I can't do without consistent notifications.

This app is trash. It's always got issues but now I can't access my messages. I can literally do everything else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still won't work. I have reported this multiple times now and still no response. As a tattoo shop accessing these messages are very important and if I can do it through the messages app then what's the point of this app?

Why is post scheduling unavailable? You say schedule a post to save time and then you do it and it only gives you the option to post now. Can't even save a draft! Stop breaking things! Now in Business Suite, you can't see full posts, only insights view. Can't see comments or text. Just image. Can't pick categories for or edit events or add another page as cohost. Can only choose individuals. :/ Instagram won't crosspost. All so frustrating. Horrible horrible UI update for pages all around.

Pictures won't go to full screen in messaging. Overall I wish I had made my business Page Like a regular person page instead of using the business side of it. Too many little things and I can't even look at my whole page without going through loopholes cuz there's so many options for everything. I'd rather it be simple. Sometimes messaging just doesn't work at all. This used to be a great app but over the years it's just gotten worse.

The messaging feature is genuinely awful. Often messages are not received until hours after they are sent. Sometimes they don't show up at all. I have gotten notifications of messages many times but once I go into the app they are not there. It really makes a business owner seem unresponsive which is not good for business. Do better.

It works inconsistent. Sometimes your video will be upside down, sometimes it doesn't post to the right account and sometimes it works correctly. The worst part about it is there is always one fake notification that you cannot clear out from the messaging notifications. So you never know if a potential client is trying to contact you or if Meta is just trying to waste your time.

I can't plan a post ahead of time with this app because the page is blank and won't load. I can not create an ad with all my connected social media accounts, only my Facebook. When I create an ad, it says it is approved and running; but has no insights. The ad still has no insights when it is completed; nor does it charge my account, which means it never ran at all. This app is inconvenient, has too many glitches, and has too many overly complicated updates!

Meta Business Suit is a decent app. I feel as though it works well for it's purpose but could be much more optimized for ease of use. The menus are clean and simple enough but can be very confusing at times. Overall not a bad app and would recommend for those posting to Instagram and Facebook as it makes it easy to post on both at the same time, also allowing for scheduling.

A very helpful resource when managing two accounts - one on Instagram and one on Facebook that are linked, but it's lacking in some areas. For example, the inability to change or update an image from within the suite is incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, trying to see the exact number of likes on your business Facebook page stops being shown beyond 1.1K until the next 100 likes. Otherwise the app works nicely on the cellphone and laptop.

When opening a message to my business page by tapping the notification on my phone it's like the page looks to be formatted for a desktop or something. I can only see a side menu bar and no content. when I try to post to both IG and FB I have to spend so long cropping my photos in my photo app because if the photo sizes are even a single pixel off, it can't post to IG. I wish it would just force your photos to comply with the size requirements. Redundant notifications... I could go on and on.

This app was fantastic when it first came out. Now after the several updates and changes over the past few years it's been terrible! My new messages aren't showing up so I have to constantly delete the app data and sign back in to see them. We also used to have the option to move photos from a "mobile uploads" album into other albums and now you cant. You can't move any photos into other albums... For some reason they won't add it back even though it was incredibly useful for us businesses.

Update 1/20/2024. Still having issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled app on my LG Smart phone. One cannot see the content being typed when trying to add a text and/or photo post. Can't scroll either. I consider myself to be computer savvy. However, for as long as I've been using this app, it can still be rather complicated. Editing capabilities thru the smartphone are not available as on the computer... Annoying Also, not easy to navigate from the smartphone.

A few issues need to be fixed. First, it does not sync well with Instagram. There is NO option to mute notifications on group messages (not sure if this works for individual messages). Second, when I go to the Business Suite and click on the messages icon on the bottom of the screen, middle button, the suite immediately closes out. Please fix these issues. Thank you!

Can not create shop or catalog from the app and the mobile web version it's not cropped properly, even after selecting "desktop" on your browser when you get to "choose sales channels" the button to continue it's missing, or the part it's cropped out. This it's not the case if you use a laptop or PC browser. This needs to be fixed!!!! Or enabled on the app.

I got on here to leave a review, hoping that would help some of the issues, but i see a lot of bad reviews have already been left. I really do enjoy using this app. It makes MOST things quick and efficient for my business. I had to delete it, however, because it was taking weeks for my messages to show up, which was making it look like I ran a poor business. I've had this app for about 2 and a half year, waiting for updates and kinks to be worked out but they never seemed to.

This app is the only app available and leaves a LOT to be desired. 1. There are a ton of pop ups at the bottom of the page when viewing and responding to messages. 2. The "reminder" feature is extremely annoying and cannot be shut off. 3. I rely on pics and videos from my clients as a lot of our communication is virtual. The pics and videos cannot be enlarged or saved to be viewed on the phone. 4. The messages you have and have not responded to are too similar.

It was working fine at first but all of a sudden when you post through the app, you get a notification on your phone that it's uploading photos like it's still in the process even though the photos have already been posted for hours or even days. And when you try to swipe the notification away it doesn't go anywhere. If you try to cancel the notification it'll delete the posts! Takes away from the ease of being able to post on IG and Facebook at the same time.

It is very difficult to consistently manage business page using the app and nearly impossible to do things like boosting an ad. I always receive errors or an told XYZ is not authorized. I then easily do those things from a computer. I really want this app to work! Oh I gotta ad, the tutorial popups are highly irritating. If you want to make it less confusing, bring all of meta business management into one place. business manager, ads manager, etc etc confusing!
