The only thing worse than this app is quantum fiber's website. I don't understand how an ISP can have such awful website/app service. It has somehow managed to just get worse.

Unusable, the app literally doesn't do anything. Takes you to sign in you enter your credentials, and doesn't go anywhere from there.

Takes forever to get my account details. Once in, all I can do is see what service I have and my profile info. The support page's options just sends you to their webpage with info but not support for your actual hardware or network you have... pretty useless if you ask me or any network engineer.

They are terrible! There customer service is awful. No local vested interest in getting your internet up and running. Takes forever to speak to someone and then they are somewhere international and really do not care. I went back to cable because quantum bought out my local phone company.

This Quantum Fiber App is misleading and not reliable. Instead of this app, Use the quantum HomePass app. It's much more reliable for testing the fiber modem's direct connection and all of the pods signal strengths.

Garbage app. Every screen tap opens up yet another webpage. Quick links is just a list of 'customer' reviews. Troubleshooting how to restart modem through app tells you to go to a dashboard which I've yet to find. Worst app I've ever used

Once you pay money up front they can't even keep to their scheduled time to install. If you actually have a set schedule I would recommend a different company. This one doesn't care once they get the initial payment. If someone cancels and you can't have tech come early they WILL NOT make your appt time. 2 -5 was our time. It's 6:55 now. Got msg 4:30 that they would be late. Nothing since. Was on hold 20 min so I just hung up. Bad customer service and we haven't even gotten connected yet...

This app is terrible. All the reports are wrong, saying that the network isn't available, no devices are connected, can't set up pods with the app. You need a separate app to do that.

App never gets passed the "Getting your account details" tab. Tried clear cache, clear data, reinstall, nothing. Left it open for 20 mins, still on the same screen. I have a stable connection. Literally useless.

Time on notifications is not the right time zone. Fails to log in frequently requiring restarting the app. Account gets logged out too quickly. Notifications are slow to refresh. Notifications are duplicated several times. Notifications often json error messages instead of the notification.

Cannot login to app using known working credentials that work on the website. This is absolutely infuriating, I am trying to troubleshoot your terrible system that has massive latency spikes all the way up to 1000ms and it's causing so many issues for me. I'm trying to modify QoS settings, but your stupid ONT says to access this setting on the app, and then I get the app and I literally can't even log into it at all using known good credentials to change this settings. BS.

I live in an apartment complex and it came with a century link modem built into the apartment. And about a couple months ago century link got bought out by quantum. Or something like that. So I have quantum now. And it says my modem is not compatible with the quantum app. So it's pretty much completely useless to me. Oh and now I don't have an app for my internet anymore. Not sure if that's something you guys can fix on your end, seeing that I can't change my modem. But that would be great.

There is an error every time I try to connect. From reading reviews, it seems like the app was launched before its core functionality was developed. I expect to at least be able to monitor network status and connected devices and was hoping to also have network tools for limiting kids wifi time and enhanced security. I am a UX designer (software designer) so I'm really surprised at the business decision to launch this unfinished.

Just become a subscriber. App says " getting your account details" with the Q pulsing??? Does not show anything else!! Guess I'm not going to get a reply, not a good start. Ok I was wrong, you did refund, You're response " We've recently released a fix" y this still did not fix the issue. That's after clearing the cache, clearing storage, uninstalling, rebooting then reinstalling you're app !!! I'm really disappointed that a company that supplies access to the Internet can't get an app to work!

It started out great and now I lose service at least every other week. Some of my devices keep getting disconnected for no reason. The service slows down, once I restart everything up it works for a little while and then goes back to the same. When I go to the app it says I have full connection for upload and download but it is not true. I had CenturyLink before and service dropped maybe 4 times in a year, I have had Quantum for 2 months now and lose service every other week.

This is ridiculous, I have had Fiber for a little over a year. App worked for the first 2 weeks and hasn't worked since just a screen that says "getting" your account details. Should've know since they're part of Century Link. 😒🙄 Same bs service just under a different name. Also says we're paying for up to 940Mbps but my mesh is stating we are getting way less than this even in the kbps range. No ability to switch to a more optimal channel is also bs. Update: 11/30/23 update didn't fix issue.

This is as far the worst service I have experienced. Don't bother wasting your money with Quantum. You will maybe get 2 hours of WiFi if you're lucky. Seems like I only get the 2 hrs in the middle of the night. I have called multiple times, 3 technicians came to look at the modem that's all. It's ridiculous no one can figure out what's wrong. I get a different stories every time I call. They don't even deserve 1 star. Just the worst.

This app is completely USELESS! I can't use the app for anything besides making a payment and changing the account password. The app can't do any of the things that Quantum claims, real time updates, manage devices, customize the network, and the shared QR codes for ease of access over multiple devices. Absolutely shameful to lie to people to get them to download your AWFUL USELESS app.

This might be one of the worst apps I've experienced. If you navigate away from the app you have to log in again. And logging in takes over a minute. I also can't successfully change the WiFi name. I thought you couldn't get worse than a certain X-named Wi-Fi service but here we are.

Update: New version and still stuck waiting for account details. The suggestion to just keep trying to connect until it finally works was a good one. Lost count around 30 but it was several beyond that before it got past the fetching account screen. Update: Once in it wasn't hard to see the problem, the app is trying to connect to the modem/NID router and since I have neither it was timing out most tries. Use the website! Developer never responded to my contact attempts. Still not working.
