I enjoy the mobile deposit feature, but beyond that, this app is about as useless as their online banking website. I can't see an available balance or pending items, my full account numbers or NNB's routing number, or ACHs like I can with my other financials' apps. I'm hopeful that future versions will have more features like these. :)

Edit on april 28, 2022... Once again i have to uninstall and reinstall and ill bet money before i even try again that it wont let me. I used it just fine yesterday! This will be the 7th time in less than 4 weeks that I have to call to figure out why I cannot ONCE AGAIN log into the app after being able to. This makes me want to switch banks.

New phone, no experience Just upgraded to Samsung s22 Ultra, and can't even use the app. My wife has the Samsung s21 ultra and it has worked from day 1. I can't even use the app. My old phone was a Samsung s21 FE that came out in January of 22' and the app worked great. Why is the s22 ultra the only phone where I can't use the app. Please help

Super easy to use this app! I've found it to be user friendly and I'm not overly tech savvy. I particularly like being able to do several banking tasks at any time, any day. I've been able to utilize the pop money feature frequently as well.

The application works quite well. UI is intuitive, have never problems monitoring accounts nor using other features. Only thing I could suggest is a logo redesign to make it a little prettier, but that's neither here nor there.

Does everything I need it to! Check my account balances, complete transfers, pay bills, and deposit checks. Nice clean user interface as well. Current security features like biometric reading is appreciated as well.

this app could use allot if work. for instance making it look like it had some time spent into it instead of it looking like a html website. add some graphics and dy amics to this. Otherwise a solid app. oh and better connection for when you sre on data.

This was a good app in 2005. Lacks modern features, unstable, not user friendly. Hard to trust when the app crashes or the check deposit feature has "an unexpected error" usually every other time. Not recommended but you really have no choice if you are a bank customer...

For some reason a week ago the app stops working after you try and login gets to terms and conditions and goes off. I have a pixel 2 and do not have issues with any other banking apps. Called the bank and they said it's my phone. Went through Google help online still does not work. Needs to be updated or something.

The app interface where you can reset your password (supposedly) is completely useless. Tells you it's unable to find your account. The fingerprint log-in method forces you to continuously put in your password which defeats the purpose of fingerprint. Why can't this app work like it is supposed to? I hate using it for these reasons and what's funny is this is the only banking app I use that is plagued with issues - all others are seamless.

It would be nice if people could schedule reoccurring transfers, instead of having to do it manually every time. It should also have the option to skip transfers i.e. skip the first/last transfer of the month when months have 3 pay dates. It's unfortunate we can't control our own money.

Used to work alright, has gotten buggier and less functional over the past year. They started showing ads within the app, which is bizarre and annoying. I can't imagine that making your app unpleasant for your banking customers is worth whatever fraction of a dollar you'd get from the ad providers UPDATE: Downgraded from two to one stars because fingerprint recognition now expires every 2-3 weeks, making it mostly worthless

App seems to be down and keep circling back to the login screen. Recognizes my sign in then red banner says for security reasons the sessions has ended, please sign in again.

Decent app. My only complaint is if you dismiss a notification it puts the notifications on snooze or sleep mode or something because I won't see another single notification until I actually open the app. Notifications are nice but when I just made a purchase, I don't need to see that transaction. I more so use the notifications to keep an eye out for unauthorized transactions.

Purchases not showing up. They originally showed pending and then disappearing for days on end? I made payments on September 29. It showed up on September 29 all of them. Now they are not showing at all. But the vendor confirmed payment received. We need to get this fixed...as it is showing funding I don't have then and that's a big issue. Please fix. Thank you

Only issue is it crashes/freezes a lot on the home screen, not even allowing instant balance (which is so great to have btw). Otherwise it's easy to use and basically eliminating the need for me to go to the bank. I can transfer money, check balances, cash checks, look at my recent transactions, and more. Would be perfect if it didn't crash.

If the app keeps crashing for you at the terms and conditions page, you need to login on a web browser and acknowledge them before the app will work. Really frustrating, to say the least, but the app works OK after that. Not a bad app overall. Mobile check deposit, transfers, fingerprint support, all the bases are covered. The app is pretty visually basic, but gets the job done.
