Excellent facility. However since my right hand is paralyzed it was very very difficult for me.to capture finger prints of my right hand. Thank God, I managed it.

Worst experience. Tried multiple times to create account could not. At the very last step it crashes and shows a message to retry. You retry but same result.

I don't know why meezan open this useless app which is not even opening and after several tries it finally open and then when you completed 80% of your account information the app stuck and not working and all of your time is loss.

At one step, I was thinking that application of Account will not be submitted online. Because, the form of Address have some bugs for select city. Well, I've tried this for twice and it's worked.

It can not be denied that this system is very useful, but ther is a very problem in taking picture, it took 45 minutes to manage it, I was about to leave creating account, at last it accepted my picture. You must solve its this problem, otherwise no one can access this account.

Unable to complete biometric verification... I don't want to visit the branch but now i have to visit the branch for biometric only otherwise everything is perfect and easy to do ... Great app

Totally Hectic and Useless. First of all the guidelines provided are useless. not for a proper user and no popups appear to guide for seamlessly KYC. secondly the app didn't confirm the account type at the end. Also the blind system typed my last name wrong itself and continued to stress on changing my real ID card name back to their incorrect one. worst of all they told me that account opening will be delayed because I corrected the name. Now who's on fault? Obviously these useless banks.

I was finally able to access the app on Sunday after trying 3 days..at first it was not moving forward with the otp request.. But today after getting otp the rest of the process went smooth except taking selfie took longer time. I got no chance again to log in or check my status because otp never received on official number..

Very Pathetic Experience I wanted to open a new account but I am not going to do it any more. I am a very well educated person but i can't even understand their app and website.The name of accounts are different on both and features offered are also not same.The smart account not appearing in this app.And it seems very gimicy that all accounts have hidden features which block customer freedom to use.No customer support,No whatsapp support in 2024,No customer care email on website.

There is a cutie service of emergency mode, when you call, sir, there is an option, please, please, the call of old up is being connected, but a servant is humiliated and put on hold, then later, at the end, he says that Mr. It has been five or six days that I have been going round and round to the bank, they say call the helpline, they will solve the problem, but only the small app problem is not being solved, they also ask for details. this is the worst app I didn't expect that a big organization app is working like this whenever I reach at 90% of account creation then city button is not working I have tried many times and sometimes stuck at 30% went into infinite reloading I am not making fun of this app but honestly it's a joke for me because I am computer system engineering student and I believe that I can make better application than this kindly resolve issues. thank you

It is not working, when I try to open an account. Whenever I reached at documents upload (CNIC) it is automatically exit from app. So there is no response from this app while opening an account online. Thanks

The app is not working fine firstly they didn't open after a one week the app is open finally when i am creating a account and when i click on the open a account the app show a white interface without any UI interface it's very annoying my first experience is not so good as i expect

The progress should be saved as you move further. If you open another app to check the documents you need to upload, the process starts all over again. It took me 5 tries to complete the application because it made me start all over again if I mimized the app even for 3 seconds. Moreover, there should be a list of all the documents that need to be on the hand before starting the application, so that the person doesn't have to go through the same process 5 or 6 times.

By taking advantage of the convenience of opening an account at home by Meezan Bank, the application for opening an account has been submitted, the process of submitting the application is very simple. My ID card (which was completely in Urdu) expired last year, got a new one which is in both English and Urdu, the problem is that the English spelling of my name is wrong. Due to which my account was not opened. I request to open my account
