I think they'd be better off doing WebView then coding a whole new app. I don't know who their developers are, but those people are really lacking for both the website & the app. I'm a web developer and the things I see are so mediocre and very basic things just don't work. Also the refreshing to load more is getting old when I scroll down on tenants/etc. A simple Google search would give you the coding to load more without refreshing 🤦♂️ same with remember me not working. Simple Google search

Not a very good experience so far. The website seems to work fine with one exception, I can't seem to delete my test property. The app is another story. It was working fine one day but then yesterday and today I'm getting a "developer error" when I try to sign into the app. Doesn't do much good when I can't even sign into the app. Will update this once I hear back from support. Also, why is the support email different on the website then what is being given to people here in the reviews 🙄?

We've been using Innago for almost two years now and absolutely love it. We recently looked into other rental software and realized that nothing else out there even compares with the simplicity, value and attractive user interface of Innago. They are super responsive in terms of development and I love that the app and platform are being actively developed. We recently started using the integrated lease signing as well which has saved a ton of time versus using a third party eSignature program.

Excellent, useful, and intuitive. This software has been REALLY good. I use the web browser version on my desktop quite a bit more than the app, but the platform in general has really met my expectations and needs. And each time I find myself looking for a particular feature that would be useful, I've discovered it.

wont let me add my first tenant keeps saying i logged into another browser while putting in name , tenant is waiting to signlease so i may have to use another app verry frustrated

Can't open the app to pay rent - I need to reset my password. THREE TIMES now it says it has sent me a password reset email, but I have received nothing, not in my inbox or in junk mail. There's no access to tech support if I can't log in, so I have no way to pay rent.

The only thing I done inside innago wad enter my debt. card information and I received a charge for that alone without prior consent.

I was very hopeful for this app but I'm starting to understand why it's free.... you get what you pay for. the Mobile version doesn't have full functionality and the applications freeze up/ the site stops working at times making us look less than professional. :/ hope they work out these kinks soon

Just downloaded this app and trying it out before suggesting my tenants use it. So far I have run into minor issues like not being able to delete a property and not being able to edit a late fee on the app. I have not tried the desktop version yet but I'll post an update when I do. I'm concerned about some of the reviews saying that tenants can't pay their rent because the app keeps crashing. Hopefully some of the updates have fixed the payment issue and their able to fix some of the other issue

Since the update this app doesn't even fit on my phone correctly. When you are looking at maintenance requests half of the data is not even on the screen, causing you to have to scroll over while you are holding the phone in portrait orientation. Whoever wrote the code for this app should have set up a better adaptive display so it could be used on all devices. Update: Changing from 1 back to 5 stars. App is back to normal. Must have been a momentary glitch.

Innago has been a complete game changer for managing our multi-fam properties. It is shocking that everything they offer is free but the most incredible part is the customer service. I speak to a real person within minutes who fixes any of my mistakes or walks me through how to use a new feature. I have tried other software solutions but this is the winner with easy on boarding, ease of use and great support!

Works great and is very convenient. It's also excellent that they report on-time payments to credit bureaus. Would be five stars if it didn't take so long to process a payment though. Once or twice I have had a payment failure due to not realizing that it hadn't been completed yet and accidentally using the money that I had set aside in my account for something else. It's no big deal to top off the account and redo the payment, but I had to resubmit payment late one time because of this.
