Could be better it could be more like LifeLock where you get live alerts did Papa on your phone and say yes or no if this was done by you and you simply click yes or no that would be awesome right now the alert you get are just sent to your email when you know that alone would be a great

I don't get what this company does I pay a monthly fee but everything I try to check on the app wants me to upgrade and pay more. So basically I can check or do nothing and I pay a monthly fee for nothing .

In order for me upload pics from my android phone to OneDrive, I have to sign into IG and turn off wifi protection manually, open OneDrive to start upload, and then turn wifi protection back on EVERY TIME. I take a lot of pics 😔

The only service that caught it! Someone opened a bank account in my name. I was immediately alerted by identity guard that a bank had veried my identity (using credit report info, presumably). I contacted the bank and sure enough, someone had opened an account using my SSN and name. I am subscribed to LifeLock, identity force, Experian identity works, and identity guard. Only identity guard notified me.

App won't work I downloaded it and it's asking for a password before I even set it up can't get on app I am sorry I just downloaded the app again it will not work asking for a password that I haven't even set up yet gave my email address and was going to supposedly resent my password but I never even got the email either

The app is horrible and so is their service. Considering they deal with such critical, private information, it takes 3 to 4 days for their tech department to return a call! Oh and after 90 days from paying a year in advance, not even a prorated refund if you want to cancel.

App didn't update Automatically, this is a new version to the Old Identity Guard App that is still available in the playstore. This App should have updated automatically, like most other apps do, but it didn't. Identity Guard didn't even bother to notify its customers that a new version of their App was available. The new version allows you to see your credit score which is an improvement, since this wasn't available with the old App. Why is the old App still available for Download?

Fairly worthless. App did not import passwords and accounts from online version so you would have to keep separate lists - what good is that? And now the app won't run; it opens but the main screen keeps reloading every 2 secs so you cannot navigate anywhere to read alerts, etc.

The application is surprisingly very functional and it's not glitchy at all. It seems to work very well. Customer service is phenomenal I messed up and entered the wrong digit on my license when I wanted to have my license monitored and I called and got a hold of somebody in less than 5 minutes and they fixed it for me immediately. Well actually they showed me how to do it on the application.. LOL 10 out of 10 If I have any bad experiences I will edit this comment but so far very happy..
