The app is relatively easy to use. They could tweak a couple of things. Make it easier to simply move an appointment to another day slot or time by touching and dragging the appointment to another spot. Otherwise, it works great. Quick and easy and gives notifications when people book and is easy to respond to clients also.

I really wanted to love this app. Unfortunately, problems started cropping up early. First it often wouldn't find existing customers when entering new appointments. Then I couldn't use most of the reports because we don't use fixed prices for services. When Goldie cancelled my premium subscription (with no warning!) even though I paid for it, it was the last straw. We couldn't even reschedule existing appointments, rendering the app basically unusable. Bye, Goldie.

App is amazing and works well. Would like to see an option to add the address to a clients info when adding the client. Would also love if it worked on the laptop as well as our phone. With client's in 6 states, it is difficult to separate clients by states without a lot of extra leg work on our part to create spreadsheets for to build routes.

I don't like that I have to manually send reminders and I have to pay to do that. That's a downgrade from my last salon scheduler because it automatically sent reminders for $19 plus there are additional staff members. I tried contacting support numerous times. I chose to upgrade last night to try out premium for $4.99 a month and the Ultimate was for $9.99 a month for 12 months and now it's showing $29.99 in less than 6 hours. I want to try the Ultimate deal from last night.

Finally a scheduling app that does what I need! It coordinates with my Google calendar, sends appointment approvals and reminders, and allows me to see all of the appointments I've had with a student easily (as a Driver's Ed instructor I have to ensure we've done the correct number of hours). And, there support team is very responsive! I discovered that cancelling an appointment in the app didn't remove it my Google calendar. I emailed them and within 24 hrs it was fixed.

I thought this app was great, until I had to reset my phone. I had the free version because it's just me. It would not "transfer " to my reset phone. So I went ahead and purchased the 4.99 a month option and when I got it on my phone none of my contacts were there none of my schedules were there it was all gone. I tried to contact the one guy in technical support multiple times and received no response. Back to square one! Update: Ridiculous reply from the developer!

I just started using this app to organize my Pest Control business. It's been very helpful so far, although I think there are certain features that should be added to make it even better and fit businesses like mine better. I'd like to see an option to attach a billing address in addition to the service address, and a way to conveniently click on the service address to be opened by my GPS navigation app. Another nice feature would be the ability to attach pictures in the notes section. Please!

This is a wonderful app that I'm very happy to have access to for completely free. The interface is easy and very quick for scheduling and updating notes. Yay! I only have two complaints. The main one is that I don't get a reminder notification for appointments and don't see a way to implement it. I need reminders too! I work from my home and forget things. The second is there's no way to see your total revenue for a month. Since we enter amounts it's a natural next step and would be so helpful!

Great user friendly app so far but when the switch to Goldie happened my reports did not transfer so I had to manually add the past payments but now it shows all the payment on same day. When I first started, I had the premium at $4.99 then it jump to $9.99 of which it was ok. I was told with this new app that will not change. I also have a new windows laptop and I haven't been able to use this app on it. I would love to be able to add pics and more pet info

Best thing I have found to use for booking my hair appointments that does exactly what I need it to and is user friendly. **UPDATE** 7-6-19- Still the best app I have found for my business. I do hair and this app is still the easiest to use. The support team is also the best. Anytime I have had an issue or question then get right back to me. Very Professional.

The appointment schedule is great, a lot of nice features. But I just sent reminders out to all my clients and they are contacting me telling me to stop - they've gotten 7 texts from me so far for the one appointment. I only ok'd one text. The app isn't supposed to send a text without my intervention. I don't even have record of the text going out, it only shows the one in my text dialogue.

I love this App. Its by far the best appointment app on the market. It makes booking very easy, keeps track of my clients. Allows reminders. I can book months out. I really love the recurring feature for standing appts. I once lost my entire schedule and was flipping out cause i knew it was a busy day. I called customer service and they were so great fix me up in a jiffy, saved my life. I wont live without this app. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much and keep up the great work.

I am loving this APP for my business. Just upgraded to the premium. I wish you would add the ability for it to connect and sync with my PC. Update. Very disappointed to see your raising your price by double for the premium and there are absolutely no significant changes to justify that. I will be changing to a different app. Still no PC abilities and would be great if there was a way to add profits and losses/expenses to reports. Then it would be worth the extra money.

As a Speech-language pathologist doing home health, this app has helped me tremendously. I like being able to see my Google calendar appointments on my work schedule so that I don't double book myself. I like the color coding of appointments and the flexibility of the setup. I LOVE being able to send appointment reminders with 1 touch, or automatically if I want. It definitely keeps the no-show rate down.

As a driving instructor, I've been trying to find something convenient, and easy to use to schedule my students. I've done it by using a paper calendar, and I still do, just in case my phone needs replaced, but/and this app has made it a lot easier to send out the text messages, and reminders with ease. If I get to where I will need to get the unlimited appointments, then I think I'll be more than willing to pay for that service, as long as the price doesn't jump up ridiculously like some companies do.

So far so good. I rated it low because of the pricing structure. I would like to be able to use on both my tablet and phone (I schedule mainly on my tablet/computer then switch to my phone when on the go). The only option for more than one device starts at the $9.99/month plan ($99.99 a year if paid up front). My opinion is you should price by users, not devices. Overall very nice software, easy to use.

Update: Recently had a phone die so I had to download the app and start from scratch. First thing I noticed was I lost access to a bunch of stuff and had to pay a subscription to get functionality back. Immediately deleted. Been using it for a few days now and I'm impressed. I'm a personal trainer running my own studio and martial arts gym and this works well. Wish they added a session tracker for each client. Currently using another app for that. It does what it says and it does it well!

Updated. I've had this a few years now. I did like the automatic reminders instead of the tap to send. It does remind you to send them but if you are not near your phone it may get forgotten. I've gotten used to it and I think you can get them automatically sent if you upgrade. Other than that I love the app. It's easy and reasonably priced. Easy better than just using your Google calender. It stores all your client info and past appointments

I really like how easy the app is to use. it makes scheduling my clients a breeze. the only thing that changed that I'm not a complete fan of (and kept me from giving 5 stars) is the individual appt screen. it used to produce a list of appts. now they are bubbles that take too much space. I book patients out a year at a time so it makes it hard to send them a screenshot of their appts. I used to send one, now I send about 4.

I've been using the free version for almost two years. It has been a game changer for my small business! It cut back on no-shows with the reminder option and helped me stay organized. It's unfortunate that I need to upgrade and pay for it now being such a small business running out of my house but I take way more than just 20 apts a month I do appreciate the discount with having to upgrade but will likely need to seek a different platform after my discount year is up.
