لا انصح بهذا البنك بسبب انهم يقولون لك كلام ويسوون شيء ثاني فانتبه تطلب مبلغ وتعبي الاوراق تنتظر لمده اسبوعين وبالنهايه يجيك مبلغ مختلف عن اللي طلبته يقولون لك فيها امتيازات بالبطاقه وتتفاجئ ان ما فيها ولا امتياز واتحداك اذا غلطتهم انتبهوا يا جماعه

App not responding or too slow. SADAD can not be found once I access the account, payment due date and minimum amount to be paid not indicated. App below the expectation.

Big failure app, not responding, asking to reset password many times, then locking the account without reason, their phone number is another big failure, no one answer, line keep on cutting 😡

I'm a client of FAB over the past 25 years, at the moment I'm abroad , since the 3rd of Jan 2024 I can't log in my bank account, it keeps on giving a note that (your request is not accepted due to maintenance) upto now I'm receiving tge same answer. I tried calling the bank but the computer answering g machine keeps asking questions & never understands what I want , time passes till my credit is finished. I wrote several emails without any benefit. Please what is happening .
