Junk junk junk. Couldn't log in even with ID, stuck at skip connection that part. The app couldn't find any connection but you can't Skip it. Click skip will give you nothing and can't go back as well.

Poor documentation for install...don't want to install on my phone, I want to install on my laptop that I tried to download to but won't recognize it...

First install and login was seamless. A month later my profile evaporated, had to dig up my ID again to login. Some app screens don't fit on phone and fields are blocked by keyboard. FOLLOWUP: Developers reached out to gather information and get right on improving the app. I appreciate the quick response!

Wants a phone number to initiate login. Absolutely not necessary. I've had an account without a phone number for years. Added my phone number online. App still doesn't recognize phone number. Useless. You need to fix the server side integration between the web portal and the app.

I'll debate giving it two stars when you fix the ISNetworld website. I've tried to watch a training video on the mobile website, and nothing loads. I tried on a PC with Chrome, Microsoft edge, and firefox... Every time im2 minutes into a video, it closes the window and i get a fatal error message. So i tried at a friend's house on THEIR phone and PC. Same issue. This is literally preventing me from going to work.

This company has made my life significantly worse. Turns out their phone app is somehow worse than their website.The privacy invasion is bad enough, let alone the insufferable slow response time of the app. I absolutely hate this app. Why can't I just use the website? Why does this garbage have to be forced down our throats through an app. Also, why REQUIRE a passport quality photo? What I look like is irrelevant and absolutely none of your business. I could keep ranting, but I'll stop it there.

Won't load any of the training videos Edit: It eventually loaded but took 3 or so minutes to do so; however, I couldn't complete the final question on one of the quizzes but was able to do so using a desktop.

This app sucks, as stated in previous reviews the visibility you need a magnifying glass to see some of the test, it does not save your previous training as completed. After passing the training portions it still says in progress meaning the skills portion was not completed. Based on the same reviews as stated from 7 months ago I am not wasting my time calling an inefficient "help" number. Also from previous reviews you cannot take some of these training portions on a mobile phone.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. I did what the app reqested, phoned the 1-800 number to gt help. A recording told me to write an Email... redicuclous! From the boring monotone voice on the course, to the tiny illegible print on the phone the experience stinks. I tried to swich to my desk top but could not find away forward... thats when I tried the 1-800 phone line...NO HELP!! as others have reviewed, This website is preventing me from going to work!!

It is quick and easy. It was easy to set up. One thing i might recommend is that with my phone turned either way the edge of the powerpoint paragraphs was cut out. I'm not sure if the app is mis-adjusting, or another issue.

Terrible, everytime i finish a test, it doesnt count. I have spent so many times retaking a test hoping it would work and it doesnt. I've also trued contacting support to help get this issued solved. I never got an answer after 36 hours.

App is ok as far as navigation goes, but having to verify my phone number and email every time I log in is ridiculous. I have biometric login, but every single time I reopen the app, I get the same message, "having trouble logging in?" Then I have to reverify my email and phone number to get logged in.

I don't know what to think of ISN, or Empower anymore. I have been been having nothing but problems with them, the browser, the app, all of it. I just keep experiencing bugs. A co worker wrote a review and was told to contact them for assistance. None of it was helpful. They all said the same thing: "Open it up on your chrome browser." "Use a computer." "Update the app." (It was already up to date. I have a test ONE test to complete, its 45mins long and it's due. Dissapointed.

This is not a great app - it feels like it was made just to check a box and say "we have an app." Courses are very hard to take since they weren't designed for mobile screens. The text is very difficult to read. Many courses can't be taken in the app. The documents section throws an error. And if you have to take a call or something during a course, the app white screens and you have to kill the app and reopen. I guess it's best working feature might be the mobile ID card?
