Why is this not connected with the Citizens Bank app?? I opened an account but cannot access it! I've been a customer for 20+ years and its telling me my SSN doesn't exist and my log in is wrong.

Most basic thing a bank needs is to let you log into the app. This dog water bank can't even figure that out.

Worked great for about a month. Since then, EVERY SINGLE time I go login, it says "login unavailable, please try again later." It's been 4 weeks of me calling them to get access to my account. Their mobile app and website suck. Definitely switching my account...once I get back in

The app worked great when I first installed it. For the past 2 months, however, it won't let me log in. I also can't see the password and username I have put in as it cuts off the top half of each character. Updating it hasn't helped.

Would love to see a Total Balance of Accounts at the top of the app. Otherwise Citizens Access, and their mobile app, rocks!

Frequent login issues from the app. I think 4 times out of 10 times, I see an error banner that says, "Sorry, login is unavailable right now"

I have been unable to log in for 3 days it just says "login unavailable try again later" and they're working on fixing it but ive been trying to log in since Sunday 6/23 what is going on

If I could give 0 stars i would. Absolute and utter trash. I was just able to log in via the web browser, but for the 4th day running can't log in via the mobile app for whatever awful reason. Because why would anyone wanna be able to deposit a check. Do better and invest some if your profits back into your products. "We're working hard to fix it" - for 4 days? Lol.

Edit: After posting this, I was able to access the app for the first time. When it works, it is easy to use. Downloaded in early January, have not been able to login once since then. Sucks because I want to deposit checks directly to my citizens access account, but you can't without the app or mailing them in. Account works fine online, the app is completly useless as is though.

Love the ease of using the app, how easy it is to deposit and transfer money. The rate is great too! Not as happy about the need to uninstall and reinstall the app every few months. But the website always works, and a buggy app doesn't change the great rate or ease of saving with Citizens Access. Also wish this bank would be able to connect w budgeting apps.
