I liked the layout of the app. Everything seemed fine until I dealt with Customer Service when I attempted to send crypto. I tried to send all of one coin and I received an error message. Their CS is supposed to answer in one hour, and they did pretty well at the timing. However, they only gave me arcane things to try, that didn't have anything to do with my issue. No follow-up, no talking through the issue, no real help. Six different reps! They must get rewarded for most emails, not solutions.

It does all the basics and then some. Staking available, with its own ecosystem coin I had an exchange fail between the wallet and the exchange partner. The cool new automated window to resolve it wasn't working, so I contacted customer support. Not only did they get it resolved quickly, but they even followed up when the transactions had completed to make sure everything was resolved for me. I've been in crypto since 2017, I was impressed! Keep it up Atomic Wallet team!

Very clunky. This wallet has so much potential. Sadly it fails to deliver a high end experience that most other wallets get right. The UI is, at first glance, simple and inviting. However, after several days it leaves you wanting more to please the eye. The software is extremely buggy forcing you to constantly refresh to see your actual balances and staked data. The lock up time is not fun either. It's like watching your money sit in jail. Will most likely end up never really using this wallet.

Beware! The fees are insanely high! Edit: thanks for the response. But your response is misleading at best and a lie at worst. Anyone who tries to convert a coin to another one can see that you take a fee but then the problem is the exchange rate! Just try to change a coin to another one and back to the original one and other than the fees, you'll be lucky if you get at most about half of your original coins back. I learned that the hard way by just trusting that "fee" you are taking about!

Not a bad wallet but it has a few issues. It's much more combursome to manage than Exodus as the staking and wallet are in two separate parts. There is no way to remove or sort stakable items or see a value of any of them. With exodus you see your amount, what's staked and the value all in one spot no going back and forth. I honestly had no issues going back and forth but the bugs and false amounts of crypto made me nervous. Prices are also on a 20 or 30 minute delay when compared to most.

Terrible wallet. My ADA balance along with dozens others went to zero in the blink of an eye today. No help from the atomic team. They say it's some sort of visual glitch, like the app is having sync issues with the block chain. Still not sure what is happening. No time frame on when or if itwill be fixed. It's been over 7 hours and still no sign of my coins. Stay far away from this platform

Been using Atomic wallet for a little over 6 months now. Great wallet app for a multitude of options. The rates for staking are the best I've seen for a non-custodial wallet app. The only gripe I have with it is the UI is kinda slow and buggy: staked coins will often show a. Zero balance, but this Is easily fixed by switching to another app and switching back, or just waiting. The UI also seems like it could use a good visual overhaul as well. Other than that, I love it!

It's a great and secure wallet, but one complaint I have is that it takes a while for the prices of the cryptocurrencies to update. Like you will log into the wallet and it will show you the old prices not the current ones until much later. Also the wallet has a very old look and feel to it. So if the speed of how quickly the prices updated and the design of the wallet were to look more modern, I think this would be the perfect wallet.

This app is not good at keeping track of your transactions and balance, but that depends on the coin. You can double-check the blockchain if you know how. I've never been cheated by this app, it's just badly synced. Support is slow, but it exists, and at least they're not bots. Error messages aren't always clear. On the other hand, you can set your gas fees and there are a lot of staking options. Fees could be better explained as well as descriptions for each coin.

EDIT: Bit of a learning curve as evidenced by my previous review. I use this app daily on my phone and laptop and have become much more accustomed to how it functions. The conversion rates are still confusing to me since it's not a straight swap. But overall I'm happy with Atomic Wallet!!! Thanks for responding Dev. ORIGINAL: Not bad, could be better! Love the simple interface and ease of use. Like others posting reviews I find the fees confusing. For example, a straight purchase of USDC / $200 nets me ~$169.78 worth of USDC. The app discloses a 5% service fee or $10 min. I'm not great at math, but this is confusing. My suggestion is to add simple line items below the surcharge disclaimer. I don't doubt the fees are legitimate, but basic fee transparency is essential for any kind of exchange.

The app is fairly slow for starters. It displays the wrong price and takes a solid couple of seconds to show the right value, if it does. The refresh button does help it to update either. Oh, and now they want to start charging to use their app! I use to store some GPU mined tokens... Is not worth having to pay for. I plan to transfer to another platform soon.

Originally this app was working just fine. I made two transactions from two different wallets and it worked. However, most recently I've managed to make a transfer but it's not showing in my account wallet balence. This can lead to concerns about the safety of this wallet. I'm hoping it's a simple error and can be fixed. I've reached out for assistance and will update my review as soon/if the matter is fixed. (Edited) problem was solved! The timing may be delayed but funds are safe in the end.

I like the look and how it functions overall once I got use to it. Fees are a little high but I love the option to adjust the fee for a delay on execution. I hate the fee and minimum to do exchanges with yourself. Good customer service response times and info. Erked about having small amounts of money stuck in wallets because of their minimum requirements even when I want to close a wallet, should be told that upfront. Hopefully major improvements so I will use again or at least I can get my $.

DO NOT USE THIS WALLET. Your funds will disappear. You may be able to find them on the blockchain, but you won't be able to access them through this wallet. Also do not use the DEX! It will send your coin off, and send you the same coin back with the money for the swap taken out of it. Atomic is full of bugs, and you'll be stuck waiting on their "support." Save yourself the headache and anxiety. I never do Google Play reviews, but it was necessary for this one because of how bad it is.

A promising app, but the wallet (both desktop and mobile) still seem to be working through a few bugs which range from annoying to momentarily heart-stopping. One I've seen is a display bug where a coins balance is suddenly zero! You can always check your address on the blockchain to doublecheck, but it's quite scary to see that and wonder, "Oh my god what happened?!" Strangely enough, the balance was going back and forth on both mobile and desktop.

The app is good except the swap feature does not work. I tried swapping xlm to usdt and all it did was sit there for hours saying that it was sending xlm. And nothing ever happened. I had to send the tokens to another wallet 2 exchange them. This happened on other coins as well popular coins that should have liquidity. Also I do not see how to update Atomic wallet and there used to be a way to update.

Unfortunately this wallet makes it very easy to trap/orphan your funds because there is often no way to pay transfer fees with the coin you're transferring. I wish this feature existed, and I also wish there was a dust conversion feature! So many abandoned funds. Lastly, be aware that as this is a self-custody wallet, XRP requires a minimum of 10 to be in the wallet forever after your first purchase.
