This app is poorly optimized and has an unintuitive layout that doesn't allow easy access to features. As a bonus, the support staff is rude and unhelpful. The most they can be expected to do besides give snide remarks is copy and paste directions that can be found elsewhere. I would think they were just bots, except help bots are polite. Overall a disappointing experience.

Remove the 7 trackers. Developer says "no data collected" but there are 7 data collecting trackers. Damn this app is BAD! it's just a bad web interface. So far behind. Activate a new account and the apps still doesn't recognize service is already setup. Bunch of useless stuff in app is cluttering. The whole app is extremely bad. Us mobile should start over from scratch!!!!! I've had service 2 weeks and app still says it's activating.

I pay almost half what I did with Verizon and get 90% of the experience. I recently purchased a new phone and had issues receiving texts. Just minutes with support through the app and they had me up and running again. I just can't express how awesome the app and the service has been the last 5 or 6 months I've had it!

If I could give zero stars I would. Talk and text are good, but the data is HORRIBLE. I constantly have issues with connecting to calls over mobile data (Messenger, Google Voice) to where it's frustrating. Customer service is EXACTLY what you think it is. I've been with them for 3 months and every month I've had issues. Please avoid this company until they work their kinks out. I learned my lesson.

They used to have a very nice and user friendly app, even though with a few glitches. Now the app is almost unusable, at least on my P7Pro. Edit: Since you responded, I reinstalled the app, and it's still unusable. It constantly flickers, and some of the data/ lines show up as white bars.

Latest big update makes things more cluttered & tries harder to trick you into auto-billing. There is no option to simply pay your bill. You have to click on "setup autopay" which is checked "off"... until you go to the final screen, where they programmed it to "on". Checking boxes after displaying them unchecked/off is shady and deceptive. I'm looking at other providers who can provide a cost-effective phone service without constantly trying to trick me.

I absolutely loooove US Mobile as a service. The app is a little lacking though. Pressing the back button does not exit the app like all other apps; it just refreshes the home screen. There doesn't appear to be anywhere to manage data usage, such as the 10GB limit for tethering. For the app itself, it appears to be the exact thing as the web shortcut in app form, but with that pesky back button issue. US Mobile as a provider is fantastic and I'm glad to be a part of it! The app needs work.

Overall: Support is always helpful, Verizon-level service is great, the app/site functionality sucks. Super clean UI. Quick initial setup, and support is always great. BUT, things are a bit weird--they have you try a series of activation numbers until one works; seems fishy. App often shows wrong data left, logs me out every day, and is slow to refresh. Hotspot took over 24 hours to turn on and required me to chat with them. Trying to add my second line to a pool was a long, drawn-out process that should have been automatic, but wasn't.

An extremely affordable phone carrier. Set up your own combinations of text, talk and/or data. Together or separate. Or choose one of several bundles. Your choice always. No contracts and have the ability to share or set up a second or even more lines you can control. Great for monitoring your minor kids first line and usage without the expense. And the ability to change numbers if spam ever becomes an issue. It's worth the try especially since the trial is free with no obligations!

Great carrier. I love their plans. Call and data quality is great. My only 2 problems with the app are that 1: changing the payment card doesn't work for me so I have to use a browser or talk to support, and 2: the tech support window never works for me in the app, so I usually have to use a browser for that as well. Customer service is amazing

i'm so very, very glad i found USM. all i needed was the ability to call if needed and a little bit of data on the verizon network for when my main provider doesn't have coverage, and USM has worked wonderfully for that purpose. they have a great price on their baby plan, service that works, and fantastic customer service (experienced when i screwed up, my fault). they even have the ability for wi-fi calling and turning your voice mail completely off! i'm thoroughly impressed.

MUST (for # transfer): 1-turn off phone# lock from current carrier (not all carriers do this, but I know VZ does). 2-wifi ON. /nTransfer was simple (from VZ); took less than 20 minutes start to finish. I thought I was in for it when my transfer got held up. Turns out phone# was locked by original carrier, but the error message you receive on this app is 'you've entered the wrong info'. I unlocked my # and voila! Transferred no problem. No bad experience yet on moto edge. Everything works great!

Update 1/12/24: app works okay but it doesn't make any sense to me. I get the information I need but there's a lot of mixed up stuff that has to do with the way US Mobile has done. Things in the past. Keeps asking me to upgrade to the new network but I can't do it. No reflection on the app. It's just past transactions aren't reflected in new app correctly. Pixel 8, Android 14

Have been using US Mobile for the entire family for a while now. Extremely happy with the overall service in terms of plans, coverage, customer service and international options. Very good value for money compared to the expensive plans from the majors. Look forward to all the new features which USM is planning and hopefully can help test them ahead of time.

I have been very happy with my coverage with US Mobile for the past few years. It works as well as my previous main carriers for a fraction of the cost! Recently I was having some issues with both log-in (getting the frustrating cycle of going no where trying to sign in) and not getting VM notifications after I switched phones. Aisha was patient and worked with me step by step to address both of these issues. While I would love to say that there was no issues in the first place I am happy now.

The US Mobile phone service is great. I've been using them for quite a while and moved the whole family over. When I have had issues, the customer service was friendly and easy to reach. I'm never going back to the big name carriers with their high prices that keep going up. The app does a good job of matching the features and functions of their website. You can check your plan info, check data usage, chat with customer support, make changes to plans, billing, etc.

Some of the flows for doing things could use better next/back functionality because you don't get enough info to compare early on. When you click back sometimes you get put multiple steps back when you only need to go one. Some of the labels for data are inaccurate. For example, it might say 820 MB of 1 MB left when it should be of 1 GB not 1 MB.

The US Mobile phone service is great. I've been using them for years. When I do have problems I've found the customer service very friendly and easy to reach. I've never even thought of going back to the big name carriers with high prices and hard to reach customer support. The Android app is only so-so, most of the time I try to use it I give up and switch to my web browser, most recently because a UI element wasn't rendered correctly in the app.

Overall, the app does a good job of matching all the features and functions of their website. You can check your plan info, check data usage, chat with customer support, make changes to plans, billing, etc. The only change I would make is the option to remove the "recommendations" section, which has shortcuts to things I hardly ever use. If we could dismiss these recommendations or default to show more plan/data usage details, I think that would be more helpful and offer a cleaner interface.

Update: Their updated plans suck. There's way less choice in terms of different amounts of data. Customer service is actually pretty good although it was a complete pain to port my phone numbers over because of missing information. The phone service is decent and the data is horrible. I can barely watch 480p on YouTube. They are one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) out there. Also, now they charge extra for hotspot when it used to be included.
