Love It! There isn't a better app than this. 03-31-2021 - I wrote that back before whatever it is that Shareit has evolved into. Because of the ads it has become difficult to get file transfers started. I understand you have to monetize it some kind of way. But, please don't sacrifice the user friendliness for the money. I can't even transfer the apk between devices anymore.

It was an easy to use multi-platform file sharing app. Now it's an advertising application with file sharing functionality. You almost can't click anything without an ad popping up, even after transferring images, when you swipe to see them, an ad will show.

Ads. Ads, ads, ads, ads, ads. 3 full screen, intrusive ads to navigate to a different subfolder, or just config something, then 3 more to navigate back. This, on top of the cluttered mess containing tons of baked in ads all over the GUI, makes this a completely useless mess. It's as far from intuitive as possible, & pushes all kinds of ads, to the point of being offensive. Installed for less than 5 minutes, before deleting & never touching another app by this dev again. Horrible.

App has been ruined by adds that target me even when offline or on another app. The adds sometimes even block me from using the app because when I close when another pops up. To make things worse the quality of the ads is really bad and sometimes inappropriate. Edit: The app has also become a little confusing, which isn't much of a problem for me but might prove difficult for others.

This wass upposed to be a simple file transfer app. But in current state it is more like a news station with unnecessary features. There must be an option to disable background usage completely with proper notification comtrols. And make the file transfer between Android and Windows PC easier. I wish you could make something such as ShareIt lite, I know running ads is necessary for revenue. But full on useless notifications and background data usage is too much to handle.

The worst app there can be, it changed all my files to TMP when I transferred them to my PC. Just because of this app, I have lost 13 GB of my precious phone data because the app tricked me into believing that it was sending my files. Instead, it was useless garbage TMP files that are not opening with any software I use. No pictures, videos, and memories are lost. If there could be a lower rating than 1, I would have given it to them.

I think it was this app the AV complained was infected (it was in my Play Store library). I figured better not take the risk, and uninstalled. This was two years ago, so I'm not sure if that is still happening. This is a strange app, as it now apparently also serves as an online music player, video player, all those unrelated functions. Maybe to entice more people to use the app?? My recent review somehow got removed, but I did not delete it. Better not happen again.

I absolutely LOVE this app. There's no better app to send files, be it music, photo's, documents, and best of all...I can choose from the currently installed apps on one device and have an APK (an installable copy) of them, and transfer them to my other device, which makes it so easy to then have apps that I've gotten from different sources, even cracked ones. AWESOME..!!!!!

This app was cool before as it does what it's supposed to do when sharing files between devices. What's not cool was the recent surge of background ads even when not in use. They even show foreign ads that I can't read. Very annoying. If I'm in need of file transfer again I'll just look elsewhere. This one is a hard pass until they stop with all the shenanigans.

Shareit used to be great! Now they added these annoying videos that come up straight in your face even if you don't want to see them. And even after deactivating the notifications. I don't know who asked for the videos or the music.. This is an app to share your media or files, not to watch videos or hear music. They can add these options but not forcing them on the user.

I was impressed. I had to move tons of photos from my old phone to my new phone. They were important to me (proposal, family trips, and family pictures). I was worried they would come out super compressed or mising and everything transfer fast. It's a little more confusing than drop box at first, but I'd choose their over dropbox due to storage limits.

So much bloatware. Way too much bloatware. I downloaded the app for one reason, sharing images. I don't care about downloading now games. I don't care about what's trending. I hate popups. I get it, monetization is important. However, extreme bloatware is NOT the answer. I'll be removing this app. Didn't even try it yet. Completely turned off by the insane mess. I'll pass.

This app is awesome for transferring files, but for some reason my new Samsung phone is having some issues connecting with the computer app. It recognizes the connection, but for some reason won't connect. With my old phone, restarting the app solved the issue. I think it's issue with my computer, not SHAREit, security blocking my phone. Need to tinker with my computer's (multiple) security to find out which one is preventing the connection.

This app saved me from losing all of my pictures from my S7 when I switched to an iPhone. I tried so many apps before this that claimed to do the same thing, but none of them worked. Share it worked right away and I only had issues with a few pictures, but overall it transfered over 2,000 pictures in a really quick time and I only lost a few pictures.

It is a great app to share files between different brands of android devices. It is faster than the proprietary Samsung file share. However, I wish it had less advertising. I do not mind some advertising because the creators need a source of income for living but, different than other apps, this app is bloated with ads. More ads than functionality. Yet, it is still worth 5 stars.

It operates terribly. I rather send my files via other applications. The new updated have made it worst. I have failed to send my files via Share it many times. Your app does not deserve to use any space on my mobile. It has too many unnecessary and irritating features, and it is a total pain in the neck to use it. It was once the best app for transferring files but now its just a waste of time . If you care enough then please fix it.

This used to be a good app for sharing files and media between devices. Now, it's flooded with a constant stream of unwanted apps, spam, unwanted videos, notifications and is almost unnavigable because of how aggressive the ads are. And finally, I have decided to uninstall it after years of using it because now, it also downloads apps without asking for my permission. It has become an intrusive app so much that the best course of action for me was to just find a more useable alternative.

This app is downright trash. So many ads especially if your in the middle of doing something you have to stop and watch an ad from tic toc and gotta press the X multiple times to back out of the app then it takes you to the play store even though you pressed the X multiple times to get tic toc. Why!? What's worse is you can have multiple Gigabytes transferred and the fricken thing says lost connection then all that time you spent transferring is now all gone, gotta start all over. Don't download

Fastest data transfer app I've used so far, quicker than using Bluetooth or the standard apps that come with android devices or Apple devices. Not to mention the fact that you can transfer music, pictures, movies, and data files (notes/PDF) between android and Apple devices with this app!! You can't even pair androids and Apple devices with Bluetooth to save your life 😂 but with this app it's possible to do what's usually impossible and could actually be able to transfer between Apple-andriods!

Although the new AI photo thing is fun it seems to have slowed the app down. It gets stuck a lot and I've had to force stop it several times. Also, I miss the battery optimization and speed boost functions. The dark theme is gone as well. I'd like to see those things added back. I've also noticed for a long time now that the music player puts the wrong thumbnail picture on some of my music files. That's not a huge problem but it's a bug that still bugs me.
