Didn't transfer my texts. Quit transferring my media files halfway through. Haven't found a way to return to finish transfer. It sucks. I'll probably have to factory reset new phone and start over to fix it. Not sure that'll work.

Not understanding, that it could not work or was not compatible with my new or different gadgets. Impossible to understand how to connect. Cool 😎 advertisement, but too many pockets of missed instructions. VERY useful, if it were not difficult.

I did not download this on my phone and do not need it on my phone. This is an app that can be used by people if they get ahold of your phone or if it is lost to restore deleted data. No thank you.

Good back up app.... But not everything with cable..... Also make this app for normal data transfer using cable with any phone ..... It would be very nice plzzz

Definitely never downloaded nor did I want this app. No matter what I do I can't get some of these apps off my phone. Seems like it doesn't matter how many new phones I buy eventually they all seem to end up with all these apps I've never downloaded and can't get them uninstalled no matter what I do. Not just this app but many more. This easter egg app thing is on my phone now too and by this time I'm so frustrated with my phone not working. If anyone has any advice please help me.

If your old phone is barely functioning to the point of being barely able to make a phone call and you want to transfer all your stuff from it to a new phone then a cable is the only way to go. However, as recent experience has taught me, the possibility the data being transferred is corrupted is quite likely. Nevertheless, it does it's job well under normal circumstances.

im getting mixed signals on this.personal results are pretty much guiding me to search for someone missing.i need a real person to talk to. feels like , i need to kick someones door in and rescue someone. shouldnt be to much of a problem. im not use to getting in trouble.not lately anyways. lmk. u got minutes to responding as this may be an emergency

Great for getting back the things back 8nto your phone if needed, but I like to restart my phone from the beginning of restart to the phone factory reset my phone So!, it's not much needed it but it must be good for other people but for myself a person like myself do like to factory reset my phone it's no good for me!. But for other it maybe good for them!.

You can do factory reset. That would take care of corrupted files than you would see the screen to copy data from phone to phone by a data cable. Or you can do a data restore from power button and volume up at same time and hold it till you see the factory reset home screen.

Check the domain when it goes through this that's not how google does there's look it up yourself. Been dealing with this for years.and it's downloaded in the room of your device so if you factory reset it just redownloads again .have to manually go in the room bootloader and remove it. And it's a group of hackers , I know because I'm sleeping with one and am a prisoner of this kind of stuff.its a way to control you because you can't live without a phone now adays ,try I went a year without any

The last update for this app never appeared in with the rest of my apps when updates are available. I had to manually do the update by directly selecting it from my app list in my settings.

More Information on the Functions of this App are Needed. I think it migrated over from another phone that I Lost? I don't ever remember downloading it. When I look over the permission section of the app there's no clear information about how it functions?

Failed to transfer call history and SMS to new phone, even though it said it had. After several resets & retries, I gave up and downloaded another app that worked beautifully. Turns out this one only works if your old phone is Android 9 or newer, but there's no warning of that onscreen. Very frustrating as I could see the Android backup of my old phone in Drive but it was completely inaccessible.

Well first off "KNOW YOUR DEVICE" the piece of garbage phone I have didn't access Google correctly and when the phone got WIPED....Yep EVERYTHING GOT WIPED this phone did not send it correctly. The cloud knew it would store it if sent appropriately, the phone can't manage data transfer at the rate needed so the cloud couldn't retain it fully....down the toilet it went!!!!

Uninstalled didnt restore, review 7/21 tried to put data on Samsung tablet & you still fail! In a WiFi world you suggest a cable? Had better luck with a different app & it paired wirelessly! Looks like windows is getting a head of Google, maybe cuz their not just a advertising comp with a search engine on the side! 😂

Absolutely hate this. It's in my phone under system apps and I can't take it our or turn it off. I have no control over it and it tries to take over or takes over every device and downloads the previous corrupt apps. All these tools are okay but in the wrong hands they are malicious and yet Google play gives it the go ahead.
