After finally getting the points for a mere $10 card, my order was "approved", then changed to pending, then CANCELLED, with no explanation. My first email was met with a form response saying sorry your order is "pended", response to 2nd email they said YES my order was valid, however they don't see the "cancelled" problem fixed before next year, still no reason. So after 12 weeks trying to get all the points needed for $10, I now have neither. Sounds like a really great app, FOR THE COMPANY.

If zero stars was an option I would go with that but I'm giving one star instead. It would be a great app if it didn't lock my phone up every time. Literally an app that you don't have to do anything with just let it run in the background. I have 3 weeks before I can claim my payout and unless something changes where it stops locking up my phone and disconnecting from the VPN I will be removing the app from my phone. Very frustrating

BEWARE! The first time I cashed in credits for a gift card my account was frozen. On my 3rd attempt contacting support, I was told I did not "fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify" and that their "decision to cancel [my] order and lock [my] account has been made." No explanation, just a slap in the face for my data. I've never felt so disrespected by a so-called "support" team. They'll cancel your orders with no justification. If it seems too good to be true, it is!

This is probably my most consistent reward app. I'm not sure what has happened in the last month or two, but keeping this active makes my phone lag horribly. It also causes time outs on my connections, either on WiFi or cellular. I'll be disappointed if this isn't fixed, but I don't have a phone just to not be able to use it.

I'm seeing all the recent reviews and something must be going on because I had the same issue. Been using this app for years with no problem. Then when I'm ready to cash out for a $10 giftcard I received a message that my account had been flagged. Emailed twice, no response. Email a third time and they closed my account! No response to the email following that. Really frustrating.

When used on Galaxy 9, it prevents all data services from working. Phone services will only start working again when permission is revoked. This was really frustrating when I set up my new phone until I revoked permission. I contacted support and received their version of "Oh well" with no further response about credits not accruing over 3 weeks. Suddenly the needed credit appeared, I chose my GC and it was immediately delivered via email.

So for the past couple years or more I have used this app and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It runs in the background and doesn't seem to use too much battery. However if the "security" stuff throws up a red flag for any reason (even if you faithfully having it running all the time), then be prepared for all your points to be sacrificed. Personally i believe its because i just placed an order for a $10 card, but User be Warned.

Update: Received an email from support stating that my account was incorrectly flagged by security program. Everything has been restored now. After using this app for well over a year my account was suddenly closed with zero warning or explanation. The support team said there were "discrepancies with my account, registration, participation, and other factors" but didn't elaborate. I had ordered a gift card last month but they cancelled that order.

They reached out and helped fix the issue: I successfully used this app for years and then the update. Have not been able to open the app since I updated a week ago. Tried turning my phone off and on. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried everything I could think of. Won't let me scroll to agree and can't get passed that screen. Which really sucks since I have enough points for $20 Amazon and can't even get in to take it.

wow what is wrong with this app!? I had a Galaxy S6 maybe a year ago. I recently updated to S9 and decided to redownload the app. it's installed everything is set up correctly but for some reason as soon as the app is running my internet will not work meaning I am connected through Wi-Fi which is very fast but my pages will not load. This is very aggravating I can't even log in to my mobile expression account online while the app is on I have to shut it off. I'm very close to deleting this!

I installed this app, and received a note after a couple of months but somehow it had uninstalled itself. I have been trying to reach anyone at all at Mobile expressions without success, and all of my accrued points have vanished. It's very frustrating. Having finally been able to send an email that didn't bounce back and to use the app without it telling me it wasn't working, I will wait and see if action is taken. If they restore my points as well as whatever was missed while the system decided to uninstall me, I'll stick it out and change my rating, but if I receive no response at all, then there you have it.

Easy to use and earn rewards on till it stopped opening on phone. Past couple years, I've kept account active by logging in online, so haven't lost points, but can't get app to open, so haven't earned points, either. Have reinstalled at least 20 times, and every single time I try to open it, it instantly says it stopped working. I don't even get into the app before the message comes up. Emailed the developers several times, but they haven't answered or fixed the issue. I'm disappointed.

Bad app. I had this app for a full year and for the most part it's simple. Download, let it run in the background to get points. Here's the catch though. You have to login every week to collect your points or else you don't get to keep them. On top of that this app messes with your WiFi making it run slower. Because of these reasons when I got a new phone I decided not to redownload. I had points left that I tried to redeem but was denied because I didn't. My account was locked. Terrible company

This app really requires one to not mind their location and web activity being monitored. once you get past that it's great! you do nothing but check in once a week for the 5 credits and let those accumulate. it takes a few months to acquire enough credits to get a $10 gift card but for having to do basically nothing but open the app once a week I find this worth it. I have been accumulating $10 Amazon gift cards and after a few months I go and spend them. Easy and awesome!

It always has a notification in the device status on the notification bar and I'm not sure if it used a ton of data but it really did pay out! I used my first 50 credits to get an electronic Amazon gift card and it worked perfectly. Now I'm building credits again, we'll see if they build as high as fast; so far it's not seeming like it. But it's definitely worth at least the first 50 credits.

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is that it worked for almost 2 years. Now when I try to get into the app, it asks me to click "Agree" for terms, but the button is not clickable. I seem to be locked out for some reason. Update 4/30/2023 - The support team reached out and mentioned there was a text display issue when your device's text size is larger than the default. Scaling the text back down to the default size fixed the issue. Updating back to 4 stars.

Update: 2nd look issue was readdressed and resolved. I appreciate the effort and time taken. I've had this app on devices for years, never before have I had my account locked though. Apparently after a few months of slowly earning credits to redeem for more than usual, they decide I haven't met all the requirements and therefore lock the account. Decision has been made. Did my phone have connection issues- yes, I wasn't credited. Did I unfairly earn credit- I don't think so.

I'll be uninstalling. For 2 years this app was fine. I was able to get my points and redeem for gift cards. Recently, I was attempting to redeem my points and they just locked my account. I emailed them for a response but all I got was that I had not been reaching the participation requirements so they locked my account and I can't access it. I've been using this VPN for 2 YEARS. Never taking it off unless necessary. On the plus side, I'm finally free from constantly checking for my points!

I haven't been a member for very long yet, but it's GREAT!! The software runs in the background & it never gets in my way of doing anything I do on my mobile phone. There are no annoying ads to deal with or anything, whatsoever! Even more importantly, the software doesn't drain my battery, nor does it make my phone lag or run slower or anything different than before I installed the software! I personally forget it's even installed, at all! Plus, I've only had the software on my device for 5 days & I've already earned 10 credits towards a gift card of my choice!! You only need 30 credits to trade in for a $5 gift card to any of a number of different places, like Amazon, Bass Pro Shops, Starbucks, Macy's, etc, but you may also decide to hold onto the credits for a larger gift card!! GREAT APP IF YOU LIKE FREE GIFT CARDS & WHO DOESN'T?!! 😄

Update: after being locked out of my account and trying for a year to get it restored I left a one-star review here complaining about the situation. I have since received an email inviting me to rejoin. I did, I received my past balance of credits, I have been able to get a $20 gift card and just earned credits for another one. Thank you for restoring my account. I have had zero problems with MobileXpression and have changed my rating to 5 stars. Thank you!!
