Cant pin a specific location. The "nearest" locations available also terrible. This troubles me by having to tell driver and driver become confuse on where to go specifically. The chat service is the worst. You're not even chatting to a human, but instead pick choices given n replied automatically. It doesn't help to solve specific problems.

Never add your debit card. When driver cancel the booking then you will get your money in like 30 days. 3-4 drivers cancelled the booking in one time and my $50+ just stuck in 5 mins. Always use cash as payment option. I'm in different country so to save cash I used the card and in few days $200+ stuck. Even some of the cash not even showing in refund list. If i don't get refund, i will never know. Coz many small amount transaction stuck. Bad service

The app itself is not bad, but if you use the services for business trips, things start to get difficult: 1) you can run it on one device only. If you try to use it on another device, you get logged out on the other automatically 2) accessing the invoices is not possible by app. It requires a computer and you have to dig in the website, until you find the very well hidden functionality in the help section to export your trips

stuck on location access is important page. after entering security code, location access is important page is popping up. and keep popping up after I entered my address. edit: even worse, standard delivery took longer than expected. so, no matter if you choose saver or standard, it took almost the same time #shameongrab

As I don't drive I used to take grab to my destination, it's so convenient, easy and affordable but that was before. Now they charge ridiculously high. I was going to the hospital which is abt 3km away and they charging RM 14 (min). Take note that the charge before was only RM 6-7, this so frustrating .I used to love this app but not anymore.Hopefully that the management will take action to this problem.

Threatening someone with "less nearest driver recommendation" isn't a good thing, especially when the voucher timer keeps changing and takes longer each time you open the app. Step up your game grab! And if you couldn't find any driver to deliver within 20 minutes, just cancel it. I waited for 3 hours and couldn't cancel it from the app! Hopefully, the team sees this!

Everything's fine about the app. However, there are a few things that I think should be added / updated. 1. Scheduled rides / advance booking. I live in Malaysia, and I can't schedule my trips early. Try to make the feature available for all countries. 2. An updated and more detailed map, as most destinations can not be found whenever I type in the address. Overall, the app's mostly great.

Horrible experience. I ordered dinner, waited for an hour, then it was cancelled by the store! That's not all, they even put your payment ON HOLD so you can't even order other food. I would be okay if my order is less than a thousand, but this is too much. They don't even have a 24/7 hotline. Such a bad ordering app. 1 out of 5 stars.

Always screwing up simple orders. Always. Very little variety in the menu, not full menu. Left out my sauces and food! Missing half of meal! Came in scrunched up!!! The app auto chose my location 1 km away from my actual location. Left out MANY MANY items in my order. Food always cold and soggy. Highly do not recommend. I'm always extremely displeased.

Okay, it's a great app, but STOP DELETING THINGS FROM MY CART. I didn't spend time adding dishes to my cart only to have everything deleted if I click on the restaurant when it is closed. I have to kill tha app and go back in. If I forget, then which restaurant was it that I wanted to order? No clue... This one issue is enough to bring the entire app to a 1 star rating.

delivery was good, i ordered via grab, was expecting 4 chicken pieces, but got 1 piece, i tried to contact support to fix it, but it directs me to the phone app, not computer, it looks simple, just one step to support, but as you try, it just takes you to other app locations, in circles, it always seems like 1 more click, but it just takes you somewhere else, it tells you where to go also but none of the options for support are available anywhere. very dissapointed, money lost :(

The app is great, it's the people that are the problem especially grab e hailing. Even with grab unlimited subscription I still don't get the best experience I'm expecting, this just goes to show that money can't really buy anything. Whenever I'm late to go somewhere and this is the only form of transportation that makes it "easy" and fast, it turns out to be the exact opposite. There's always that one driver who takes the order while delivering people only to cancel it after they're donedoingso

App map unable to detect my exact location when I desparately needed to book transport. It keeps colouring a wide area around a building which I walked away from. That building (Cantonment Police Complex) had no pickup or waiting point! It failed to detect an actual pickup point across the road where I was standing. How to book transport like this?

Dissapointing, frustrating experience.I have installed and reinstalled the app 3 times but whenever I try to open the app it just crashes and shows me a white screen. Even if I close it and open it again it's the same thing. I've had this app for some time now but for these several weeks, it suddenly has been crashing again and again. I thought it would be fixed with time but it didn't, so I tried reinstalling. It didn't work, just continued crashing. Nothing works. Developers, PLEASE FIX THIS.

Great apps, but there are way too many features crammed into a single app, making it confusing at times. Being a superapp doesn't mean offering all sorts of unnecessary services, and the excessive ads are incredibly annoying. Regarding GrabCar, it's just getting worse; drivers seem to be either inexperienced or grumpy, possibly because they're only receiving 70-80% of what we're paying. As for GrabFood, many merchants are overpricing their menus, likely due to Grab taking a 30% cut.

Grab sucks in Malaysia. When the weather is gloomy, various places close down and switch to pickup only. In other countries, such as Thailand and Vietnam, I've never experienced this. The application itself sometimes gives the error of "transaction cannot be processed," and the Grab support does nothing to help except give you a long list of things to try. Even after doing all the things listed, it still did not function. I was one starving caterpillar with nothing to eat, which upset me more.😭

If you're looking for a ride, don't bother, it'll continuously search, and the drivers will cancel without any repercussions after you spent a lot of time waiting, however, if you cancel, app will extend wait time as penalty. It's better to use this for food delivery only. My experience was based while I was in Thailand. Drivers will try and call you to renegotiate cost of trip when the trip is through a difficult path. For tourists, drivers won't notify you that site is closed at drop off time.

This app is ok, however; be aware that it will rarely give the driver an accurate location to pick you up at. You may have to walk a block or two to find your taxi. Usually this is not an issue, but the driver may cancel if you're not there on time. Also, it is hard sometimes to understand where the pick up point is. It should be where you are standing, but often is not the case. I also cannot update my account with an email because grab says my email is already in use.

Two times over the past two days, after selecting a pick up point the drivers changed the pickup point at the last minute and said that I should go to a new pickup point in 2 minutes! That meant crossing a very busy intersection and walking one or two blocks. So I told him to cancel the ride. But I got charged for the ride plus $4 "penalty". It's extremely unethical to change the pickup point after having agreed to it when you committed to the ride, and still worse is getting charged for it!

Convenient until it isn't. Great app for ordering food and groceries but the transportation aspect is iffy. First the times aren't at all accurate. Second issue is setting a destination. Not sure it's an issue with the app but the map system is awful. If I try to go UPTC i'll get corrected to Uptown mall. If I want to be dropped off outside of the city I have to triple check the address otherwise my drop off point will be in the highway even if it's the exact address on google/apple/bing maps!
