It used to be such a great app, but with every update, it's just becoming horrible. It keeps on changing the setting and my tracks on its own, removing all of them. I cannot keep tract of my fasting or salah anymore. Its so frustrating. After the Qalbox update, the app has too many things now, and it is so unorganised and messey that its confusing. And everytime u open the app it takes y to Qalbox directly even when you don't want to use it. 🙄At this point i just feel like deleting the app.

This used to be a good app. Now it is terrible insofar as payment requirement. I had a premium subscription membership, and now the app aggressively asks me to sign up again and pay again. The ads are way too many. And every single button you press, will bring up an ad which you are forced to watch for 1 minute to go away. So if you want to check the qibla or even prayer times you will be faced with an annoying long ad. It's more efficient to get qibla, prayer times etc from Google search.

Premium member since 2016. I love the app and always use for quran recitation. However I am giving 3 stars because I keep losing my progress and data after every few days and data doesnt get restored. I thought it was my phone but having similar issue on the new phone too. Its frustrating to have all the bookmarks, highlights and other progress deleted again and again. The only data left is khatam record. Already complained to customer service in the past. Please resolve this issue. Thanks

With every update I lose my progress. With every update, I can't restore my previous premium account or my progress.... Every. Single. Time. Also, the ads are annoying when you open the app and bombarda you with the "watch this islamic movie" or whatever it gives you. But my main complaint is the damn progress and how I lose it every single time....every time!!!!

I've been using the free version of the muslim pro for 6-7 years now and overall I really like the app. It has many different & convenient features, the tracking feature for ex is one of my fav. BUT BUT BUT, idk why BUT this app has TOO MANY ADS & some of it is just nasty.. my eyes astaghfirullah. I personally don't mind ads, but this is JUST --" Everytime i try to change from one interface to another, AD, opens the app, AD, update location, AD .. TOO MUCH! JUST TOO MUCH. Pls pls pls, FIX IT!!

Ads make using this untenable. I have used this for many years without issues. Recently the ads are becoming so frequent and problematic using this for its intended purpose (or checking times for Salah) takes many minutes of watching ads. Uninstalling and switching to an alternative (good experience so far with the app 'Pillars').

Whatever you do, don't get premium. The app doesn't work well, every couple of days the app will reset itself and all your tracking and progress will be gone, which defeats the whole purpose of the app. When the app resets and deletes all tracking and progress, it also resets your notification settings, which means adhan notifications which you have set to silent will now play loudly. This is essentially an overpriced prayer time app, because that is the only feature that actually works.

I like Muslim Pro very much and use it frequently. My only complaint might be that I had to subscribe for the ad free option twice because the first one got lost somewhere, and the RESTORE option wasn't working. However, I don't mind paying twice because the annual fee is very reasonable, while it is also satisfying to contribute to a site that promotes Islam and makes practising it easier.

Muslim Pro is an amazing app that has many important and helpful features for Muslims. The quran, duas and so many other things were right at the tips of my fingers thanks to this app. The only problem I have with the app is that I always lose my progress and it gets really frustrating, also the amount of ads are annoying but overall it is a great app

I love this app, but there are a few issues that keep recurring. At first, it was okay, but now it's not at all. I have the annual premium membership. All my tracking would automatically vanish, making me start over, which was ok as long as the app worked, even though it would be great if it didn't. Also ads would show sometimes. Now, all of a sudden, that app has completely stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, would work for a bit, and then again would shut down. HELP 🙏

Qiblah direction is wrong, at least from the Midwest USA, should be SE not NE. They also started putting ads over Qur'an and pushing their Qalbox streaming service, even if you paid for premium for no ads. Plus they switched from the one-time payment for premium to a subscription model. It does have a good amount of usefulness and functionality but it also has its problems.

I've been encountering persistent issues with my bookmarks disappearing Despite reaching out to support for assistance, they've repeatedly asked for a video of the problem occurring. Additionally, I continue to experience intrusive advertisements, even though I've upgraded to a premium account. It's frustrating not knowing why these issues persist, especially since they've been ongoing for quite some time and the support team seems unable to resolve them. I had to resort to using a different app

I had purchased the full version in 2016. I had no issues until purchasing and installing on my newest cellular device. I seem to get annoying advertisments when before that wasn't the case. I was under the impression those that purchased the full version would be grandfatherd as we were the premium users. Please advise. Thank you. Was 5 stars only 2 if this persist.

Advertising anytime you press on a part of the app. Its less of a tool now and more for entertainment. Lost what used to make it good. Ad support for a application platform could be excused if it wasnt so in your face and incessantly annoying. Like I said an advertisement pops up anytime you press a button or "tool" function of the app. You want advice? Dial it back. You don't need that many ads

"I have been using this app since 2017 and I am extremely dissatisfied with its performance. The recent issues I have been facing are unacceptable. As a premium user, I expect the app to maintain my settings and progress accurately. However, the app often changes my settings on its own, logs me out, and erases all my tracking and progress. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I demand a solution to these issues immediately. If this continues, I will have no choice but to discontinue

I previously reported an issue that has since been resolved, for which I am grateful. I am now experiencing a new problem with the translation and recitation functions. While the recitation function is working properly, the translation function is fast-forwarding at an excessively high speed, completing the translation in less than a second, rendering it incomprehensible. I have attempted all of the recommended troubleshooting steps without success.

been using Muslim Pro for years, even bought the lifetime subscription, but now with Qalbox, I'm pressured to upgrade my subscription. Every time I open the app, I must wait for ads to play, and then it prompts me to upgrade for no ads. It's ridiculous, I'll find another app that doesn't take advantage of people. 😒 If I knew this would be the outcome, I wouldn't have bought the lifetime subscription which is supposed to have no ads!!! It has too many unorganized things and doesn't work!!!
