Zero help available. Driver was polite and all went well, however - cannot get a bill - doesn't get it to email, nor is possible to get from application. When decided to contact helpdesk - there is NONE. Only Q&A which doesn't work and you have no way how to solve your problem. At FB you get email, and in that email they reply they disconnected online / email help. Cannot recommend to use services with zero possibility to deal with any problems. You can end up without money, injured etc. help 0

I only use this app to buy food but I have no credit cards and don't plan on getting one anytime soon so around 80% of the promos on GoFood is practically useless. You can't filter the promos based on payment methods either so browsing restaurants is a waste of time. The prices are alright, but looking for a worthwhile deal is tiring.

This app is not fit for purpose simply because the underlying product is broken. Unless you're a rich expat travelling within the city, drivers will cancel to try to raise fares - you're lucky if they cancel immediately, sometimes they make you wait. Whatever it is, the point is there are no cars - I've only gotten a car once in the past 6 months. One could say it's faster to take a bus home than to Gojek.

I really think this apps already lost it's "human touch" day by day. Starting to use this apps again instead of its competitor and I can't help to hate it. How come you provide CS chat but it's not helping at all? Just turn off the feature then. What's the diffence between CS and FAQ if the CS is just a bot an there's no human touch at all. Verry disappointing.

1. I feel that the app gives drivers too much freedom to cancel on passengers. I would be waiting 10 minutes for my driver just for him to cancel on me before waiting for even more time to get another driver. Just as passengers aren't allowed to cancel last minute, I feel like something should be done to discourage drivers from doing so as wel. 2. The app timings can be quite inaccurate at times. The app would indicate 6 minutes for driver to arrive but in reality you would have to wait longer

Most of the driver make you wait until you cancel or you pay extra money ( sometimes double price ) Most of food order are delayed. When Items are missing from your order, you can make a ticket but it will not be answered for 5 days. After that they will offer a 15k idr refund (even if missing items were 150k) It was not that bad 1 year ago.

A platform for unprofessional drivers who cancel indiscriminately, sometimes after waiting for as long as ten minutes! This platform charges us if we cancel after a ride is confirmed. Shouldn't the cancellation fee be mutual? Irresponsible cancellation leads to higher fees for users. Decided to give it a chance after reducing my usage significantly for a year. Was immediately reminded why I had to do so previously, with drivers cancelling rides after forcing riders to wait for several minutes.

App not stable and have no backup on transaction history, this kind of app really need backup of transaction history and place history so that when it need to be updated all the history remaind there.. it will help the user to check their spending as well as the places they have visited

I'm using featured payment called gopay later, and I already used it daily. I paid on time before the deadline. But my account got blocked. I ask the help center but they doesn't give a proper answer. They just said that I didn't full fill the requirements. Which part is not full filled? I already use gopay later for 3 years and this never happen before. And they just keep repeating block my account. Very nice 😊

I mean it's decent, but costumer service is the worse experience I ever had. It's so slow to get response for issued ticket. the layout is a little bit all over the place and some stuff is a little bit redundant for this app

I was charged twice cancellation fees. Beware, if you cancelled a ride immediately because you had made a vehicle booking mistake, or if the app isn't loading and you had panicked to click cancel. Do not use the CALL VIA INTERNET function to the driver as it does not have record proof on your side. So despite msging the driver and failed attempt to reach driver,They do not entertain refund even on a compassionate ground.

Instead of changing the UI frequently which is imo doesnt add up your app value at all, pls remove the animation when placing an order to a map like it used to be. And, u should learn to add a cool feature like your competitor, where we can invite our friends to order together through the same link, they can add the food by themselves on their phone, and when the it's done we can split the bill through an app.

The car/bike would often go in the wrong direction - if they exist at all: I walked up to where a booked car was supposedly stuck in traffic; it did not exist (it was probably a driver on their phone with no car). This APP seems like a disorganised free-for-all in which you are left standing in the street whilst repeatedly trying to rebook a taxi because previously accepted fares simply fail to turn up. Personally. I'd rather pay a bit extra for reliability.

The app already asked me for the fingeprint once during a transaction, yet since then it kept asking me to put the Pin instead of using fingeprint. Now the only way i could activate it again is by going to "settings" which could not be found and i had to go to help center then click the "settings" link. Please add the "Settings" feature on the right UI.

Displaying a suggested ride on the main app screen without the ability to remove this feature is super annoying. As a new user, I thought it was the journey I'd just taken, realised it wasn't, and backed off immediately, not even realising the journey had been accepted. (From a usability perspective, I don't remember confirming the journey, and I don't remember confirming the cancellation either.) I was still charged the $4 fee. I'll be going with a competitor.

I've used GoFood and had a very bad experience. I placed my order and after 20 minutes the chosen driver messaged me and asked me to cancel my order (?!) because he could not go and it was not possible to cancel only the driver and find another one. I tried to chat with the ridiculous "customer service" made of useless automatic answers and endless waiting time, but at the end I canceled my order. One hour waisted. Dinner ruined! I find this system NOT efficient. Needs to be changed.

Its sad that you delete the gomart because its really helpfull with cheap price delivery fee while goshop costs so much plus we have to make sure to know the actual price before buy something through the goshop. The new feature which can 'pay later' is good, would be better if that 'pay later' stuff added to another feature like goride too(: i honestly dont have issue with the app, it works good on my phone

There is a big lag between the vehicles actual position and the rendered position at times during which the rendered position has to catch up with where the vehicle actually is so even if you are waiting outside you may miss the driver. There is no means of entering multiple destinations. Pickup often takes longer than Grab, Comfort or Silvercab. Prices seem to jump around, so be sure to compare prices before you order.

Pros: Frequently cheaper than Grab. Cons: 1. Often has incorrect locations on maps (but they do fix it if you report it, which is good) 2. The times reported in the app seem to be consistently wrong. I.e., cars I book are almost always farther away than the time range it shows before booking (my last 3 bookings all said 3-7 minutes, but the booked cars were 9, 11, and 12 minutes away). Furthermore, the estimates of how long the car will take to arrive are also usually underestimating it.

The app would be great if I could actually use my credit card. The system keep telling me that my 3D Secure needs to be activated, but it is already active. I have even spoken with my bank multiple times and there is no problem with my cards. It is also wanting an Indonesian phone number to be able to access certain features, this would be so much better I'd you could just add extra country codes.
