This application is simply amazing and great initiative. One point which I want to highlight and expect the team to look into it and work on the solution carefully. I published a ride in Delhi NCR twice and enabled the instant booking. A person booked all the seats and later switched off the phone. Second time I was abused by the person and told that I shouldn't be taking the passengers as it was a loss to the taxi drivers. It should be fixed by blacklisting or some other solution.

Great experience with my first ride. Maybe because he was from my hometown so he didn't cancelled ride. But the second ride from Delhi, it was shameful of driver to cancel ride without informing at the time of departure. Didn't pick up calls or messages. Very horrid experience. Bla Bla should do something with these last minutes cancellation that too for a long journey.

I had two rides with blabla and both were great. All reached destination in time. only problem I find is - some drivers do nor clearly mention if there are smokers in the vehicle. This option should be made mandatory aong with option for pets. thank you.

The little green/orange/red dude to indicate you how far you are from your ride, clearly demonstrates that it has not been tested by themselves. When you're loaded with luggages, 2~3 km can't be close. It just can't. You can't upload a picture on the chat to share where you are with the driver. You can't change the language, another weird thing...

This app has serious issued. It is very laggy and slow. But the one serious problem is that you cannot change the language of the app. Now the app itself is in a language I barely understand and the notification of the app are still in Polish which I don't understand at all.

Am a blabla user since 2015.. Have joined lot of rides between Chennai and bangalore via this app, and I have been offering my rides for share as well.. Keeping aside it's sole purpose of sharing the ride, it helps in connecting with lot of people, sharing experiences, interesting conversations etc. On flip side, would like to see improvements to app, as there is no visible upgrade for years! And the app is quite slow at times

My vehicle can give a mileage of up to 13 km per litre. There are also two toll roads between Mysore and the Bangalore Expressway, with toll costs of 170 and 160 rupees respectively, totaling 330 rupees. Including the cost of petrol, I should be charging 900 rupees per passenger for the trip. However, the app only allows me to set the fare to either 740 or 760 rupees. Also when i search for any trips with exact source and destination, it shows more price than the ones put up by drivers

There are lot of technical glitches and if someone gives wrong feedback about upcoming ride, we have to give clarification. It's OK and we are ready to give clarification as well but if because of technical glitches, it's giving frequent Java related errors, we are unable to give feedback. There is no option to upload image showing technical errors.

Almost too good to be true! Your experience can vary, people can also cancel on you. But you can pre-plan and have multiple options in mind if someone cancels. Mostly, people have good experiences. The vehicles are really good and premium feeling too. I never want this app to go away lol, it's legit perfect and more could be using it for outstation rides. Mumbai to Pune and back in a jiffy, never been more convenient!

Great way to travel around and at convenient prices. You get to meet many interesting people. My suggestions to improve the app: to have an interactive map, to check which stations or other streets are close to the departure/arrival/stop points and to allow the passenger to expand the search outside the red point, when looking for a lift along the route.

Excellent app, have no problem using it at all, but the problem is when I installed app on my new phone notifications are not working at all. I have tried to reinstall, turn on and off notification and many other options it did not resolved my problem. It is so annoying I need to check app from time to time, but when I am at work it is hard to check that frequently. If anyone have solution for this it will be helpfull.

Omio directed me to blabla when I wasn't in a central location for buses/trains. I was unsure as I haven't used a service like this before. I felt safe, got an excellent ride and am stoked with the service. My only issue is I thought I had to choose location, not language on set up, and despite following the directions to reset the app (and language) I am stuck with Italian 😂 I'm making do, just takes a little longer to do things than normal. Thanks blabla 😊

It used to be a useful app, however, since they've introduced the fees, it's became really annoying. People book with the driver in private, without paying the fees. Drivers leave the trip as "available" and when you text them they say it's full and they can't take you. Then cancel the trip, right? It's happened too many times lately and I've decide to stop using the app as it's a waste of time, basically, 90% of the trips that show are not available.🙄

Very disappointed with the app. Very bad to use. Cannot read messages if not through the mail. Got requests from passengers not on my route. I refused the "boost" but still received requests from cities I didn't want to enter. I had to refuse a lot and in the end drove through the whole country for 2 days, + 1500 Kms ALONE!!! It's also not possible to change the route or time during the trip. As a BlaBlaCar user since the beginning the app is getting the concept down and impossible to use 👎
