Too frequent ads that cannot be deleted from the screen & run continually. Often have to reboot the phone as that is the only way to exit the Malwarebytes screen.

You get what you pay for. I used Express VPN for a year with no problems but switched to save money. This VPN has very slow connections and randomly some websites or apps won't load while this vpn is turned on but will work as soon as I turn it off. Will likely switch back to Express VPN once subscription runs out.

Used to work great. As of the past few days it's stuck in a loop trying to connect. When it does say that it's connected I have a null IP address. When I try to disconnect, it immediately tries to reconnect itself and then gets stuck in the loop again trying to reconnect.

It is a chore to connect. I usually have to force close the app to make it work, but recently it doesn't work no matter what, or connects for a second and then stops. So it no longer works at all. When it did work, speeds were good. Won't renew my subscription unfortunately.

I'm a long time premium subscriber to your security virus cleaner, Anti-Malware. It would of been nice to have the 2 apps work together. Now I have to have 2 subscriptions? Plus it looks like this app does some of the same things the other app does. For just a VPN it's very expensive. Sorry but it's so not worth that a year. Come on!

Fine on my phone and Ipad but have tried every way to put the VPN on my desktop computer, which is very important for me and it just won't load on it. I paid for 5 installs but am stuck at 2. Shame because otherwise it would be a five star.

Yup, running into problems having the pages load with the VPN on and as soon as I turn it off, no problems. There's no point to having a VPN if you can't browse online with it on. Either fix it or refund people's money. This is ridiculous. Edit: I haven't had these issues on my laptop, only on my Google Pixel phone.

A one-star rating is generous. I've been a customer for many years and they won't even bother to help. I've asked several times how to deactivate my old phone and activate a new one. This is beyond their comprehension. Instead, they want me to buy support for NEW devices. Plus, you can't talk to a human They hide behind very convoluted "do this" and give you over a dozen steps that have to be memorized in order to get ANYTHING done. Believe me, I've been trying to contact them for weeks.

The app doesn't work too well. Sure it's a fine VPN on PC, but the mobile app is incredibly barebones. They give you a handful of servers to choose from, but these servers only work when connected to WiFi. The VPN is practically useless on mobile data.

been great for protection but I don't know what it is it seems to also protect me not just from randoms but also myself. I find it very difficult to play a game, message anyone on my contacts and to do banking. Great security I can't even use my own stuff!! At least I know it works, to bad I can't always have it on because then I wouldn't even be able to write this review as well

Terrible... 2 years of constant issues disconnecting. No split tunneling or local network discovery to isolate certain apps or connect to local TV/printer/shared devices. Switched to NordVPN today and finally I have a proper functional VPN.

does do the job. does block and protect on the browser. some apps don't work. I need to turn it off to function at times. I hope the developers keep updating the app configurations for all apps to work in the future. I try my best keeping it on when possible.

since I installed it my internet has totally gone slow. I keep either turning off and then turning on so that it loads the pages. I have so far tried different servers but no luck. it's a shame I have paid for it already. still waiting for a reply from support. Malwarebytes support used to be good but recently they seem to take time responding to tickets.

It's great to see Malwarebytes Privacy now available on Android. The UI is easy to use and has a similar feel to the app for PC. If you already have a subscription to Malwarebytes Privacy and still have some devices left to use it's a simple process to set up. Currently if you want the Vpn always on, you'll want to tweak your Network & Internet settings in your phone (rather than from the app) once enabled. It's early days, but personally liking the app so far and to date had no issues.

I was disappointed to find that the Android version of this app doesn't support split tunnelling. I also have problems from time to time with the VPN essentially blocking internet access: although the icon at the top of the device screen shows that the VPN is connected, I have to open the app for it to actually connect through to the internet and allow traffic.

Works great, easy to use. Highly recommend. Update 11/22/2023 Still utilizing this quality program for VPN service. I like how easy it is to switch servers between countries and cities. The user interface is easy to understand and not clunky. Program resource usage is low and it has good stability. Rock solid IMHO.

For a paid service that comes with a subscription, the amount of time it's down or non-functional is simply unacceptable. If I ever have slowdown on my internet, I *Immediately* suspect it of being the cause - 9 times out of 10, it is. About half the time, I can change servers and the problem is fixed. The other half, it just doesn't work, and says "Null" for the IP address. This lasts for hours. Recently, sites have known my location despite the VPN. I don't know if this is the VPN or what.
