Very poorly maintained! After 8 texts of Google Store issues, nothing resolved with pending/continual scrolling evident.. .not to mention communication dropped!!!!

It's a nice app. I particularly like the feature that allows you to input a first name only to search for someone. This is handy when you meet someone bat church but you can only remember their first name.

Great app with a good bit of functionality. I wish editors could be able to edit records on the app instead of having to jump over to the computer.

I like this app but it's hard to find in my list of installed apps. The name shown in that list is "Directory". I end up searching for it in the Google Play Store every time.

The church I attend has used this app and directory since March 2016. It is easy to set up and use and it has been a true blessing to have this information handy. My only suggestion to make it better would be a prayer page and a page to list hobbies so church members could connect to others with the same interest.

This app is so complicated and totally unusable. It will not allow me to use/change my password, plus it says my email address is not valid. I have deleted and re-loaded several times, and I still get the same messages from it. I do NOT recommend this complicated app.

Nice idea, but still much lacking. My church just started using this. We were told to log in and upload our pictures, but there is no accessible upload function for mere members. The church secretary emailed us an upload link which I tried, but my photo hasn't appeared in the directory yet. It is critically flawed that we cannot edit our information, but must have an administrator do it for us. Please allow members to do our own uploads and edits. How do we login if our email address changes?

Site is unreliable. Can't use any more after working fine for months. I was in touch with Instant Church Directory. They told me that my email address was not in the system. I tried to change my password but was told that my email address had already been taken. The person I worked with doesn't know what is or isn't in their system.

This app doesn't work. Unable to create a login. I keep getting Error message saying email address cannot be found. I checked our ward list and my email address is there in black and white. There is a bug in your app causing this problem. No good. Bad. Uninstalled. Useless app. REJECTED!!!!

After loadng the app, I had trouble finding the app on my phone. I was searching for Instant Church Directory, Church Directory, etc. It took me awhile to find it. But I did :) It's just called -- Directory. I've just started using it. So far I really like it. I see opportunities for other uses. Hope the developer will consider some other opportunities as well.

I have emailed the support twice now over the last 2 months and still have not received a reply. I am unable to sign into the app even though my church administrator has checked and rechecked my data. I would like to be able to use this app, as it is what my church uses, but without any response from support, I am unable to use the app and therefore unable to leave a positive review as my personal experience has been negative.

As a staff member of my church we have discovered that this app has made contact between our members so much easier. The developers are continually improving the app to keep up with the times. Both young and old find it easy to use and having an up to date directory is a great benefit over the paper style directorys.

Pretty much a good clean interface for s church directory. That was the old assessment. Now the search function is worthless. If I want to search for members named John, I used to be able to do that. Now I can't. And that was the main reason for the app. Update: it appears the next update after this fixed the issue.

As admin, this site and app are very simple yet elegant. It is very affordable. The ease of adding, changing, updating and including information is absolutely wonderful. We just went live today and already have positive feedback. Thank you so much! This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for so that everyone can be up to date and have contacts at their fingertips!!

Would have been nice to allow members update certain features about themselves, like profile pictures and personal information (address, phone number etc). The church should be able to enable that if they want. We currently struggle to keep the directory updated because we don't have a dedicated person to do it. Even if we do, it is not easy to get everyone to submit updated information each time their information changes.

I have been the admin for our church ICD for 1.5 years. All the features work as described, on the website or the app. I would like to see a little more control over the layout of the printed Roster page, but that is minor compared to what I can do. My biggest challenge is convincing my fellow church members to even try it. Many still want a "handbook" printed version. They don't understand how tedious those are to keep up to date and how simple this is. Cheers!
