Travelling through Asia I got to use the regional eSIM in various countries. Turns out that I only got intermittent service in India, Japan, the Phillippines and Vietnam. Customer support (unavailable from 9am to 5pm Japanese time) made me jump through various generic hoops from "reboot your phone" to the more bizarre "make sure the APN name includes the name Yesim" without solving the problem. Happy now with a different company. EDIT: The cherry on top: they signed me up for their spam mails.

Colombia 🇨🇴 Unforgivable, shocking experience. Bought 3 plans for my family using 3 different phones for a 2 week trip to Colombia. We travelled to Medellin, Cali, Cartagena and in all locations including Bogota airport we had a close to zero signal on all devices consistently. Even after instructions from support. In fact we all still have close to 100% unused data, feels like a scam and waste of money. With 1 week left of travel purchased Holafly which worked flawlessly from go 🙏

Its disaster how you take money from people. Your internet dont last at all. 3GB spent in less then 1 day. Money rip off. Shame on you. And not to mention poor service you provide. Every time I use your service I deal with problems, such as no service.

Nice app interface and easy to use, but my internet in the Carribean didnt work at all. I reached out to support and nothing useful was said. Automatic responses mostly. I ended up not having service for 2 months and my packages just expired.

Worst esim I've tried. Paid 20+ euro for a week of unlimited traffic, got the speed with which I can't load 720p video on YouTube. Not recommended.

Amazing esim app with a great customer support. Easy to install and very good price - performance ratio. Would highly recommend this app!

I wanted to use two gift codes but once I redemeed 5E through a partnership, I wasn't allowed to redeem 3E more through the survey code. Totally useless, deleting it forever from my phone and from my mind

I used the service in South America and the Arab Emirates, worked perfectly. In Peru I had a small issue finding the correct provider to connect to, the customers service jumped in and helped me with the issue in a few minutes.

Bought virtual number for Telegram but can't use it because Telegram has blocked that number. Asking the support department to return my money (to balance), but they keep saying the same thing that the services can have their own rules. Just return my money to balance, please, because I can't use that number. Fast but poor support ( UPDATE: after this review, they have refunded the money 😃

For an eSim beginner like me, yesim is very user-friendly. Step-by-step instructions were given to install the app. I was able to have internet right away. Strong connection all the time. I never got disconnected. Technical support was available to answer my questions, by email. It was comforting to have the peace of mind using yesim, when out of the country.

I used the pay as you go option in the US. the connection was great! I forgot about the coins for a while and they were removed... Got on touch with the support and they were really helpful in no time. I'm really happy about the experience!

Yesim is fantastic for travelling to many countries. When you arrive in a new country with the international plan the sim automatically connects and you are online. Sometimes there is a problem which can be solved by contacting support. This is very easy too. I have connected in New countries maybe 50 times. 3 times there was a problem and Yesim sends a new QR code, no questions asked, and problem solved.

Started using a package of a week today, the connection keeps turning on and off. 1 second with internet 1 second without, it keeps doing this and I am not even able to open comments in facebook Update: After my comments it's working normally now I will wait till the end of the period to change the stars though.

£38 for 15 days unlimited data sounds good, only one drawback IT DOES NOT WORK. Followed all set up instructions but nothing, refuses to connect or allow data and at same time appears to have even stopped my actual O2 sim from working. Update: Customer services in contact minutes after reporting above, work around given and data now working. Only 4stars though since should not need work around, App should work 1st time.

To travel to Turkey, I bought an unlimited one week package, I didn't have reception on some subway routes, but overall I'm very happy. I think it's worth the money I paid. The package time is calculated exactly from the time of purchase, I bought it at 10am on a Friday and was disabled at 10am Friday, the following week. Before the end of the package, of course, I received emails and messages to recharge it if needed.

In general, I'm very happy with Yesim. The app is excellent, the support is quick and efficient. In most places the connection was very good. In Sweden, however, in some places the connection was very poor, or no connection at all, because Telenor, the network operator Yesim is dealing with, had a very limited coverage in the area. Other than that everything was great. I only wish they would be dealing with more operators.
