The best 3D and VR player on the Play Store by a large margin. I've downloaded around 10-15 VR apps that came top on search and tried everything. Not saying everything else is bad, but this is the absolute best. You can customise almost anything here. From screen size to controls locations, to their orientation to subtitles to everything. And the most important part is that you can even switch audio in multi-lingual videos. Plus this is completely free, no ads. Atleast add a support option. 6/5!

This is honestly a great app, the interface is nice and simple, the 3d works very good and the quality is just super for a free application with no ads! There are a few bugs unfortunately that I have encountered, i cant skip or playnack the video/movie otherwise the audio just skips to a completely other time in the video which is a bit unfortunate, and maybe add in an extra few description sets for all the buttons. Otherwise this is still a very good app! Thanks!

Tired of looking for a 3D viewing app? Look no further. This app is all you need. Best part is the controls (play, pauze, fast forward etc.) that you can use just by looking at a hotspot on the screen. It takes a few minutes to figure the controls out but it's easy after that. Just make sure that you read the help. It's free without any ads so just try it.

A truly wonderful and amazing video player for VR, thank you for creating and sharing this for free with us! It works smoothly and does what it should, the controls are intuitive and easy to work with. My only complaint if any would be the interface: I'd love to see it updated with nicer icons, have the controller color customizable, and ideally be a little less complex as there are quite a lot of options in the settings menu. I hope this is still being updated and we may see new versions soon!

[Update] I have downloaded some movies straight from Netflix to view in the app but I cannot seem to find them. I watched a film and did not realise it had this padlock thing to lock the screen in place. The drifting of the screen was so annoying. I kept centering the screen every 3 seconds or so. But when I came here to write a bad review, thankfully I decided to read the comments. I CAN LOCK MY SCREEN! It's a miracle, this app is amazing.

This is a great VR app! Very simple, works well as intended, NO ADS! BRO! I'm just gonna help out point some minor flaws to make the app better: it might just be me, but I can't change the environment. Even if I select the other options like VR theatre for Cardboard, it's still the void one. Downloading a photographic environment doesn't work too. But it's just a small issue though, the fundamental functions are there and it works great! Good job!

Seems to worked to play fullsbs 3d movies right away. Is there a way to move the red "options" bubble? I like to zoom in a little and it covers part of the video... Maybe make it even lower? All in all though, worked better than everything else that I tried so far. * Update... Found it in the settings.

I LOVE this app it allows me to watch any video i have on my phone in vr with vr controls all I have to do to pause or rewind the video is look at the control and hold still for a couple of seconds. But I am sad and surprised the creator has not made a app that allows you to navagate your phone and other apps in vr format. You would swipe screens by looking and holding left or right select apps/folders by looking and holding you would scroll by looking up or down (lol obviously).

Good app. Clean interface. Works with bluetooth controllers (most viewers don't or do it poorly). Unfortunately some of the settings (i.e. screen distance and height) still do nothing so you often get a distorted rendering of depth. Still the best of the many viewers I have tried and still ad free.

I really like this app because of the easiness of the motion controls, but I have a remote control (Android senses it like a keyboard/mouse) that I sometimes like to use to quickly tap the screen to reenter instead of using the motion control to do it, or to use the cursor to start the video after I already have my headset on, but whenever I use the remote, I get this weird green rectangle in the top left of the screen.

Updated to Android 10 and seems to not be compatible. The app seems to not be able to find my videos anymore, nor can I connect to it via, going to the video, and manually choose it to view in the app. The option just doesnt show up. You also don't see any videos in the app under my videos. Will change to 5 stars when fixed. The app is honestly my favorite among the rest vr simulator.

I was looking for a simple app that will just allow me to watch videos and block out the background. Been this app and a basic "cardboard" device from Amazon it works great. The app is simple and does what i need. The instructions are good. My biggest concern is that in the settings it says that selecting no background will intentionally introduce a bug. I bought what i did because i wanted no background just the video. The only other concern is there was a periodic flashing light on the right

This is the first and only VR Theater app that lets me watch movies from my SD card without altering screen resolution in weird ways. No more having to turn my head or look up or down to see portions of movies displayed too big onto Google Cardboard devices. The screen (non-360 movies) is right in front of face just like a real movie theater. Easy peasy. Oh. And pixel resolution is accurate too. Other apps couldn't t accurately deliver same image clarity as this app. I even got a couple webm meditation videos to play. Awesome!

Works but could be better Pros: It let's you open streams if you open them via another app which supports standard video streams. Cons: The settings from previously played videos aren't saved nor detected. Only 180 and 360 videos are displayed correctly as there are no modes for 200 or anything in between. Searches through library every single time. No option to get out of a video and go home. No vr viewable settings page. No elapsed video time nor slider for fast forwarding.

Impressive app and the most interesting app description I've ever seen (such a cool author!). The app still works flawlessly on my older phone (LG G5 on Nougat) but after switching to LG V35 on Android Pie it only works for local videos as it has lost the ability to stream from LAN (samba) shares! Now every attempt to stream a video from a network share gets the app stuck at "Checking the file format..." for several seconds and eventually fails with "This file cannot be read by the embedded audio/video decoder of the device", which is incorrect because it works perfectly if I copy that same file to the local storage on the phone. I tried resetting the Android default apps, reinstalled the app etc. but it still fails the same. Also, I tried different file managers -- and they all can stream that video from the network share if I select another video player (e.g. MX Player), it's only this app which cannot do it (even though it worked fine before on nougat and the older phone). If this little network streaming bug is fixed I'll gladly update the rating to 5 stars, because otherwise the app and the author deserve all the praise!

This app is incredible, it does 99% of what I want it to do and it does it all very well, very feature rich. To get that last 1% covered: is there a way to go to the previous/next files in a folder without using the Focus UI, such as with a connected bluetooth keyboard/controller (even just knowing what keys/keycodes to send would be great as I can just remap them with Keymapper or something)? Thanks!

About the best VR viewer available on the Play Store. The ability to change the 3D display and aspect ratio, along with the zoom & pan, is incredible feature that for some reason no other VR viewers have. The UI for gaze controls is great. Small nitpicks that keep this from being perfect - head position shouldn't reset when playing next video in folder, and the file browser needs an overhaul- takes forever to scan a folder for new videos , and folder view with thumbnails would be nice.

This is a well developed app. A wide array of settings to please any nerd but still able to be used by the simplest of users. Picture enviromments have great resolution, little to no clipping. Where other video players fall short of codec support yours meets the demand. Seamless play, great hands free control. You have a talent for detail, I tested this app in and out and have found nothing I don't like and everything that i wanted. Only suggestion, some immersive living-room-esque environments. Great Work! Edit: Still a fantastic app, any chance we could see some two person theater action? Maybe dropbox hosted videos so your guest can load the video?

This app is exactly what I've been looking for. Not only it supports controller-less operation, with a well thought out interface, it also allows for inverse landscape orientation. The latter is a must for my headset, which only supports my phone in one orientation (which for some weird reason seems inverted to most other apps I've tried.) The ability to change screen size and aspect ratio on the fly is very welcome, too. Kudos to the author, please keep up the great work!

In case anyone else runs into the same issue I did with the error message blocking the play button at the bottom of the screen after it won't play a video, in case you don't know you can swipe the message to the side to dismiss it. The message is pretty annoying shows up when it can't play a ton of videos and I wish it could be disabled entirely. It took me like 5 minutes to figure out you could swipe it away. Otherwise I really like this, it's exactly what I wanted. Thank you.
