Since my phone software has been updated, b612 doesn't work! It's not compatible with UI6. I cleaned cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. It just doesn't work. I found out that I'm not the only one who faced this problem. Many other users who recently updated their phone experiencing the same issue. I hope that the supporting team solves this on the next update.

Filters are not working, all are paid. All features are locked. We don't want to use this app, make poor quality pic. I use another's apps which much better filters, don't compromise with quality of picture.

I like this app a lot and even paid to use some of its features like the AI editing software. However I am still subscribed and now when I use the AI software it wants me to set up a subscription plan. Why? I'm already subscribed, I should simply be able to use the feature.

At first I was very happy about this app.It's great but after I had updated it once.almost EVERYTHING became VIP.I hate that sm.I just wish the app developers change this ASAP cuz I loved this app a lot!! I was like-Omg this app is perfect! Good filtersYou can make up hair colour dslr effects etc & all of it is free!😁😁.But now.I just hate this sm yaar! I have been scammed bcuz of this stupid update!I thought I would get some new filters hair colour make up items or effects smth but NO!

****A REQUEST TO THE DEVELOPERS*** Though this app has wonderful features, my photos get pixalated. Kindly fix this. I love this app undoubtedly but now I am in trouble. It literally crushes my picture quality. If it is 3.1 MB, after editing, it turns into 1.8 MB and gets pixelated and blurred. Kindly solve my problem..🙏🙏

I've been using this app for 3 years already, and what initially drew me to it, despite the abundance of good editing apps, was its plethora of free filters. However, after updating the app in March, I noticed that all the filters have disappeared, leaving me with only 7 options, which happen to be the worst ones. I've always loved this app, especially its camera quality, but now that it has limited my satisfaction with the filters, I have no choice but to uninstall it.

Ever since my phone software was updated, B612 refused to cooperate! It's just not compatible with U16. l've tried everything-cleaning the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling-but nothing works. And I'm not alone in this struggle; many others who've updated their phones are facing the same issue. Here's hoping the support team fixes this in the next update.

Good quality photos...But one thing your team can get better or work on it if you guys could be able to have a such filter of fake hairstyle , and your makeup filters are fantasticing but if your team could make it more real rest everything is excellent about this app , and my experience have been amazing..

I remember 5 years ago when I used to love this app and all the free filters and cool features it had. FREE. It had so many options for editing. Now most of the features and filters are locked behind a paywall. You all are so greedy it's gotten ridiculous.

This is an awesome photo app! There are so many options available that I don't even know what all the app offers yet. However, I'm still learning and trying new things everyday! The reason for the four stars instead of five is because when you edit a picture with more than one face, most of the time, the app only allows for editing one face. Mostly, I do recommend downloading this app, especially if you need to smooth wrinkles and add lip color. Those are the important reasons I like this app.💋

The app works great, it's essentially photoshop for your face, it looks so realistic, but since the most recent update when I'm editing, as I go on through the face editing, the eyes get more blurry. Please fix this, I love playing around with the face filters and editing but it really ruins the quality when the eyes get too blurry.

I really like the new "portrait" background blur effect the app has. The quality of the pictures isn't as good as my normal camera app though. I wish there was a quick way I could send photos from Google Photos to the B612 app for editing as that would be a lot more efficient for me. I also wish there was an easier way to "undo" slight edits similar to Snapseed.

I love this app! It has great fun filters and effects plus tons of stickers, and a great selection of filters and photo editing tools. It's also 99% free and doesn't pester you to pay for it. I would give five stars except for the fact that once you save a picture, the app closes. I'd like to be able to save and keep working on a photo. Also I'd like to be able to go back in and keep editing things like text, stickers, etc once I've confirmed the edits, but I'm not sure if that's possible.

It's a very fun app. The effects are aesthetic and sometimes silly. The new Studio section is a pretty cool idea; I only wish there was an option to save the studio presets so one can find them easier instead of scrolling through the list again. Also the ability to zoom while swiping up and down on the record button would be a great feature to have. It's quite a hassle to use your other hand to pinch to zoom while the other is on the record button.

Overall a good app! I use it to edit a lot of my photographs. Main issue? If you purchase the VIP sub, when you click the VIP editing options it prompts you to purchase it again. Then tells you to hit the super tiny, not noticeable "restore" button at the bottom of the screen. Why would I restore something that I'm paying monthly for and should automatically be available to use? Odd. Makes me feel like it tricks you into thinking you aren't paying anymore when you are.

Love this app.. But.. The 20 second time duration for videos is aggravating. Because as soon as you get into what you're recording, the video turns off. and there's no way to adjust the time duration to make it longer.. Otherwise it's a cool app. it's one of the few apps that allows you to select mirror imaging.. Instead of flopping the view of the photo that you take.. & it allows you to adjust a lot of other things too. I just wish it would allow longer videos. 20 seconds is not enough

PLEASE READ THIS!!!! I think that it is a great app, but PLEASE make it so when you tap "add music" you can use music that you have on your phone! It would give people way more choices and variety to app. Over all it is a really good app that allows you to make very cute videos. For example maybe collab with Pandora, Apple music, and other music apps. I just feel like this would make it even better! Thats why I decided I would give it a three star instead of four.

it used to be all good and smooth but now it often hangs/crashes. A lot of the stickers is not functioning now.. only the new stickers that works. After all, i still love this apps so much so hope you'll fix this problems . thank you . Please fix the problem of the video mode, where your mouth doesn't match with what you're saying. new update : the filters is unuseable. please fix this as soon as possible.

I signed up for the free trail and after 5 min. im frustrated. Half the editing features I tried to use wouldnt open. Example In the Holiday tool"Tap Here to Begin" show on the screen as the different filters scroll in the background Tapping Here has no effect. When I got the the (AI) tool. Its asking for more money before the ink was dry from the $30 I just paid! Not what I wanted to see when Im taking the app for its 1st test drive. Unistalling canceling subscription

This is one of the best camera app ever in my opinion. It's my number one go to camera app! Has everything you could ever need! I love using the makeup filters and can even use the filters during a video 😊😊❤ love it. Now the only thing I don't like is the shortening of videos that they changed. Really didn't like that. Also sometimes the filters don't work and that's frustrating.
