I have used this app to make some really complex videos. Quick cuts, fine tuned edits. Hundreds of source videos and pictures. Zooming and color adjustments and special effects and green screen effects. People are always amazed when I tell them it was all done on my phone. I learned to edit on this app and I just love the interface. Definitely the best video editor on a phone, and I have tried many if not all of the others.

This app has been instrumental in almost all of my YouTube content. It's relatively simple to use, has tons of excellent features, and the audio editing options outperform any other app that I've come across. Unfortunately, those extra controls that give it the edge over the competition just aren't worth the price gap between those same competitors. I was perfectly willing to pay the annual $40 subscription cost, but to now be asked to pay triple that amount is a bridge too far for me.

I would love to have an easy access to all my downloaded resources when I am editing. Imagine to have a favorite list or a search bar to look for the most useful transitions, effects, music, etc when I am editing. It would be easier than just scrolling the screen to find "x" effect. The other thing is that it is much more difficult to add a video layer one by one than doing it all at once. We can not add video motion to layers, that's so sad! Hopefully, you keep updating this app. It's gold!

I've been using kinemaster for a few years now, has been my go-to video editing app, and it's very intuitive and it has a lot of good features, but the recent price hike on a subscription for premium was enough to make me end my subscription. It went up from about $4 a month to about $12 a month which is a tripling in price to access features that don't cost more for them to provide now than it did before. If you have the money it's a good app, but they're definitely charging too much now.

it's pretty good for editing ive used it for years I don't like that it has ads, & that it requires a lot of storage space to be needed to save the video once you're done. I also don't like that you have to stay on the black screen while it's saving your video bc if you go to another app it can delete the save progress & start over plz FIX the issue where it TAKES more of my storage space when it originally just needed ex: 4.5 GB, and instead it keeps raising it to 15 GB. that's a big issue!

I highly recommend Caput because it has more features such as: coloring options, text features, effects, and filters as well as animations it may not be the most beginner friendly, but you could still search up a tutorial for it has helped me and many others a lot. I had been using capcut on pc and mobil for 2 years. I really see the difference!! Go try out CapCut to see for yourself

I'm lowering my rating. I've been using this app for two years and it seems to be less and less functional. I can't even press a single button without the app lagging bad or crashing,and don't get me started on the exporting issues,it says there was an export issue and then says a bunch of random words,how about you tell me what the actual problem is. Fix your app!

I really like this app, it is awesome with so many endless features like mixer where you can change the pitch of the audio and I wish many video editing apps had this feature, but there is one feature where I wish that KineMaster has and it is the fade in/out feature like VN. Other than that, great app, I'd give it about 4/5 stars, it is that great, keep up the great work!

Nice app but I had to give it 3 stars, 1 Audio Panner: Audio Panner is an audio that makes your audio file, or your video with sounds have the ability to make the audio go from left, or right, like for an example, your making a video, and making the audio go loud to low won't do, audio Panner would make things better if you could add that, 2 Laggy: Since I try to make a video, the app and the video itself keeps lagging, after a while it just freezes for no reason, and then crashes the app!!!!

It glitches a lot. I can't reply to people who comment on my templates because of how long it takes to load. The number of times I've had to restart my phone to even check my templates is extreme. The crazy amount of things you can do on kinemaster is amazing, but quality over quantity comes to play there. I use effects a lot of course, and then when I want to save it as a video, it says "get kinemaster premium" because it doesn't show if the effect you're about to use is premium or not.

Kinemaster is not working at all!! I'm getting really frustrated.... Whenever I try to edit something it'll work for awhile and then the screen will go black and I can't see what I'm editing! I've had to exit out of the app multiple times to get it to work, until the screen pops up again. This is getting to be a real bad problem for me, I can't even finish the video that I'm editing. Please fix this!! Immediately.

Majority of the things here is pretty good but one thing needs to change. Dont get me wrong, the ads are fine and i know you guys need to pay bills but recently the fact that we have unskippable ads that i have to wait 30+ seconds for is kinda overkill. And it messes up my projects causing the whole app to freeze and become unresponsive. Before it was just normal ads which is fine but this 30 second thing is just overdoing it. Revert back to the 5 second ads or this will be changed to a 2 star.

Fixed my issue in 24 hours which is more than I've been getting from other apps that let their app go to pieces and never fix them. I was pretty pissed when contacting them, too... but they fixed it. The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars yet is still because there is no way to customize the effects order to your liking. At least put the most used on top. Something. It shaves hours off editing. But they did fix my issue in 24 hours which is good for me.

I've been using kinemaster for at least 4 years, but recently for some reason it has been repeatedly crashing everytime I work on a project. I'm barely even able to adjust two slides without the app crashing on me and sending me back to the menu. I've reset the app atleast fifteen times, so im not sure what to do. This app has good potential and is useful, but I wish it didn't crash so much, so please help on how to fix this. Edit: they've fixed it!!

I actually like the app. It's the one I'm used to. But recently the images in my gallery no longer are in the order I took them. When you do stuff similar to stop motion where you have a lot of picture that look the same and need to go in a specific order, it becomes quite the tedious challenge. I tried the little button where it sorts by date last modified but it's still not on the order when they were added.

Good app but it gets laggy/slower at about 10 minutes so I have to make a new project. I wish there was a way to save the Pan & Zoom for the next shot so I don't have to try and replicate it and then the shots are all over the place. Other then that, it's a good app I only get an ad when I open a project or download it so not a big deal + it's got really cool FREE effects.
