I've been unable to access my vault on my phone Tecno pouvoir 4pro. Was using a finger print to gain access, now it requires a password which I've tried creating but it's not working out and it doesn't provide option for a finger print access again. I have important files saved there. I can't afford to lose them 😭. Please help me

I am not going to rate this app until we have a "restore" feature in the folder where deleted photos are! Plus, just label that folder "Recycle Bin" and save us all the stress! Like every other correct app, give me the option to restore deleted photos if ever I want to. Waiting for that major feature in your next update. This app is a built in app, for crying out loud, come onnnn, we're in 2022, this should have been done lone ago!

The overall experience is good but it still lacks alot of refinement. First of all the pinch to zoom of photos is very poor. It doesn't allow for close digital zoom atleast 10 times. The pic film is useless cos it's not well executed, the pic story function doesn't even work. No dark theme mode and there is a slide delay when u tap on a picture thumbnail before the picture opens up which is very annoying. So i believe u guys can actually do better.

Complex option of simple feature to rotate a photo directly from gallery.Also not much photo edit options,collage options from gallery.Once you rotate a image and save them it creates another image rather than prompting to overrite current image.Also the sorting of images as per date is incorrect/improper. Overview of all the images are unavailable on single screen and you have to scroll horizontally to see all the folders at a glance.Needs much much improvement.

😊It's been great😧 but suddenly it just stop working, like if I go to the app, it automatically turns off like it goes off, it goes out and say apps not working I haven't viewed my gallery since a day before yesterday, please it could be an update, can you please help me update the app for better use and experience, thank you

Please. PLEASEEE have an option to hold & drag albums to sort them out without having to "STICK TO TOP" one by one, It is annoying!! Also the option to hold & drag pictures within the albums aswell as having a sort by date option. It is frustrating how much it lacks personalization.. Other than that the algorithms and key features are good which is why Im giving it a 3 star rating.

As others say, needs a Recycle Bin feature and more general customization like how each of the albums would appear to your liking, e.g. show or not show the month/year a group of pictures were taken, how you want the pictures presented once you enter an album. Personally thought it was odd it doesn't have these kinds of features. Would like to see the app improved and added these features, especially as it seems to be the default Gallery app for the Infinix Hot 9 Play.

The app is good for basically viewing photos. I rated 3 stars cause it falls short when it comes to sorting files. • It keeps rearranging files when you move them to another folder or album. • It only sorts files by months; other gallery apps are able to sort files even by days. • Doesn't have an inbuilt video capability. When I click video from the app, it automatically opens my native video app. I hop the next update improves the app in this areas. Thanks!

App doesn't support moving (add) pictures from one folder to another. In fact, the pictures you try to move will disappear. Lost most ofy pictures because of this. App also doesn't move videos to a new folder (say 'Movies' for instance). The original copy will remain in the initial folder (say 'downloads' for instance) - in which if you try to delete that copy- it will disappear with the copied version.

Great app. Easy to use. No ads and I really love the tool section. But there are 2 things that need improvement. First, the swipe left and right thing. When you're watching a video, you can't swipe to see the next video. Secondly, in the video section in the hide part, I would love if you could put separate videos in different folders. That would be really useful in finding the videos I need that are private. Other than this, everything is really good. I would definitely recommend this.

Ok the app is great and all, but when I take out a screenshot of something that's landscape, it shows portrait, and I can't get it right, even when I rotate my screen☹️. And when I open it in Al Gallery, portrait wise, it shows me landscape, and vice versa. I'm actually not sure if it's the app or my phone that's the problem. This is a new phone anyway🤔

It's missing a lot of features that even the oldest galleries have that this one not would be sorting, I mean the last update of is like 4 years ago, it's dead or rather neglected to be honest, the free part is great but it doesn't hold the title "Gallery" as it's missing a very lot of features that other galleries have even the old ones have them and now new ones are suppressing some of the features of the old by putting a price tag. This could get better if they only udated to now.

By far one of the worst galleries I've ever used. It started really good at first, didn't really get all the features but it was ok, but after a few months, it just...bugged! Nothing's working, I can't copy, move or edit anything! The album's won't even open on the right one! And this new album 4kt/s appeared disabling almost everything I usually do in the gallery. I was forced to download a new one, fix this!!

this app was okay then, but recently I've been experiencing bugs! everytime i download a photo from facebook, it would be downloaded successfully but when i open it in this gallery it would say "cannot generate the thumbnail", im really pissed, and also I can't locate the photos directly bc i have to go to the albums first in order to. plsss fix this, I've downloaded a lot of gallery apps since the bugs in this app occured. and they all suck. that's why i really need u to fix this. thank u.

This app is actually amazing, but still not up to the mark (it can still be great for many people out there). Tools bar is actually the best feature in this app. UI is simple & minimalistic, probably something which everyone would love. Still, I'd expect some customization features like altering grid size. Preview is only monthly view, an option to add day view would be brilliant as well.

It was working fine until recently when it started to crash. If I click on an album or image it just shows blank. Please it's crashing and it's affecting all my files and media. Plus it no longer has the tools menu anymore, it only has photos and album menu. I can't make collages, video editing and other image editing. Even the compression option is also gone.

No trash folder. I accidentally deleted 2 pictures when I was mass deleting some blurry and repeat pictures of my pets. I thought I'd be able to recover them and delete the rest but they're gone. I tested it with another gallery app and sure enough, if you delete from this one, it will delete it permanently from your phone. Otherwise, very good gallery replacement. If this isn't an issue for you, it's a great replacement. If not, find an app that has the trash bin option.
