I tried several times to install on my PC. It installed okay, but it won't let me buy a subscription. I really wanted to try this out, but it has been a struggle. If they don't want my money I'll keep using Plex.

Picture quality is good. Excellent DVR and you can view your service from anywhere in the world. Love it.

Finally a perfect DVR Media Center app. Works great on my phone as well as Amazon Fire Stick. Couldn't be happier!

If you have a HDHomerun tuner, dont bother with thier own software. Just use this. Its perfect! And is still faster and slicker than using Plex or Emby.

Expensive subscription to use @£80 a year which is more than double price of the HDHR fees. Other than that it's a good app. Doesn't function properly on Pixel Slate

Do not use this app, I paid for it and it dosent work as told, what a waist of 21 dollars, if you need to record in furture times use Iptv Extream, much better, I just hope for the 21 dollars I waisted they would come up with a fixed updated version,

Perfection, if you have an HDhomerun tuner and you want the best experience, this is the software to get. I am running the Channels DVR server on a Nvidia Shield. This does have a reoccurring cost, but it is worth it for me.

Very nice. Tried both this and Plex DVR (on Roku and Android TV) and Channels DVR is much better. Plex always has a delay while it gets ready to do something and frequently shows a delay timer, but Channels DVR is instantaneous. The service costs more than Plex DVR but it's worth it to me.

Ran into an issue after installing. I could hear TV programs, but not see them. I emailed support after midnight and received a reply in about a half hour. Was not expecting that! A simple setting change fixed the issue.

Much less buggy than Plex, and more "wife" friendly. Subscription is annoying, but the program guides are not free anymore anywhere. Tried all the other options (Plex, jellyfin, etc.), but this is the only one that didn't have bothersome warts.

I almost never review apps but decided to give my thoughts on this one. First this app not the easiest to get working. But once you figure it out you will love it. I have iptv service and this app is the best iv used. First it will auto skip commercials on your recordings best thing ever. Second you can tuner share so more than one device can view channel or recording. Third dvr can record entire series. I love channels whole home dvr. Cord cutters you won't find a better dvr for iptv.

I am using this to replace the hdhr dvr app. In my opinion this is a much better product. The interface is much cleaner and the ability to watch out of house is what was really missing in hdhr. Customer service has been wonderful. Quick responses to my problems (my fault). Even emailed me to make sure problem was fixed. Monthly cost is more than hdhr but we'll worth it in my opinion.

Best app for watching TV and using DVR features. The app looks great visually and works great. Has all DVR features you would need. Also like the TVEverywhere feature that uses your cable, satellite, and streaming tv login to watch channels as well and it's grouped along your OTA or regular cable channels in the tv guide. However please note this feature is in beta and occasionally needs you to pay attention as TVE channels might not show up. Remote access and viewing is also available here.

Absolutely rotten experience. Attempting to use this with HDHomerun and Nvidia Shield TV. Frequently takes multiple attempts to get the app to start. Setup and navigation is frustrating. I really hate the fact that when you go to the guide, the current program stream stops. Youtube tv even keeps the stream going. Frustration so high that we revert to using the YouTube tv app instead. Really wanted this to be a cord cutting solution. It is not.

This is the best home DVR product I've used. It is what Plex should be and isn't. I have an HDHomerun with ATSC3. Channels records and plays back these channels without problems such as 'no audio.' Plex has gone in the wrong direction, offering a bunch of ad-laden streaming channels instead of upgrading the DVR portion and other useful functions. Channels does it all and has a great interface. I have it running on a Synology NAS with clients on an Apple TV 4K and an iPhone. I had it on an Nvidia Shield TV but they broke the thing with a buggy android update.

Works well. I like having my antenna TV and Philo TV in the same location. The App on Android TV needs the current time on the guide. I have to hunt down a clock (usually my phone) to get the current time. The software is a lot more smooth and faster than Tablo. Running on my Galaxy S20, I had to switch video to Hybrid mode. Some channels were audio only with no video. It also helped with it stretching the video when stretching was turned off. The price is a little high compared to Tablo and others. Paying yearly helps cut that down. Others remarked on their really fast support response time. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and still no response, but I found how to fix my issue.

I like having the Picture in Picture update for Android TV, although I would like to see an improvement in accessing it. Most apps have a UI button to provide the functionality. As many Android TV users do not use a keyboard, it might be beneficial to provide a button on screen to enable PiP (this could also help if/when supporting PiP on phones/tablets). For the remaining features, this app works as I expect, and hopefully I will have a chance to try the ATSC 3 functions at some point.

Most streaming in one place. It's what I've been looking for. Just needs some tweaks. Scaling of pictures are way off on my device no matter what i do. Guide resets to the top every time I go back to it from a stream. No individual profiles for different users within the app. If quickly switching between apps and then returning the guide fails to load causing you to force close and reopen the app load it.
