Fantastic app - very impressed by what it can do. These guys have thought of pretty much everything. You'll need to invest some time (an hour or two) to properly understand how the software works, but the investment is well worth it. It's fantastic to have MANY more of my photos on my phone taking up less space than before and all organised nicely, in a way that doesn't require me to let a large tech company keep a copy. Genius!

Amazing app. Started out by simply testing it one afternoon. After I got it set up on all our devices, I never felt the need to go back to lightroom! Just figured out how to get it to sync over the net to our vault at home and WOW. I now can categorise photos whenever and wherever I get a spare moment. Even the wife uses it it to show off photos to her friends. A word of advice to the Mylio team, please do not change it too much from here. Try to ignore the bad comments.

My old method was to create separate folders for everything. It has been integrated to Mylio. I can access those photos anywhere, anytime, on any of my devices. This app has changed how I save, share and backup our photo/video memories. Instantly syncs our Android and Apple phone, tablets and computers, orgnazing them by date, place, people, and folder. So easy. Backup to the computer, external hard drive, cloud, whatever and anywhere you want. Tech support is amazing too! Wish I had it before.

I love the app, it's exactly what I want, importing pictures from various phones and computers and allowing me access to all my photos everywhere. The problem is the sheer number of bugs, most of which have been around for months and months with no fixes. The dev priority is all about new features with only 2 bug sprints a year apparently. Support are great and helpful responding quickly at least, just please FIX THE BUGS!!!

Disappointed. No Smart Tag function at all. Can't even see Metadata. Tags need to be entered by user. No sorting / searching function beyond calendar date. Glad I didn't get the paid version. Uninstalled.

it did nothing, literally nothing beyond just installing . i found none of the thousands of photos on my android device , and none of the online help worked and some of it did not match what was on my screen when i contacted tech support inwas invited to a zoom in which the person on the call was so condescending and insulting i hung up after about 2 minutes companies that treat customers with problems this wsy rarely last in the long run so its likely not worth investing your time learning it

Tried cancelling with suggested link. Does not work. Very difficult to cancel, bordering on scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Previous search and organization was not any better than Google photos. Now it crashes if you do anything after it opens. I was billed twice, app paid subscription via play, but PC says the account is not subscribed.

Why is it when I open up my other photo apps all my photos open up right away, but when I open your app, there are alot of gray/black areas where the photos should be. I think it's time I rethink about not using your app anymore. I mean, if it's not going to work like my other photo apps, what's the point? I expect ALL my photos to open right away.

Bug Samsung S24. Keeps Shuting down. Choose a folder with pictures and sync started but app closes. Fix this. Also, I had a folder that was organized by me previosly but the app doesn't keep my Folder Name and Sub Folder names. I, need to recreate folders within the app from scratch... Add an easier option to keep certian folder names and sub directiories with files within them. Dont just scan the files and throw everything together. Ask if Directory and Sub should be kept/copied in the app.

This app never worked, downloaded on 9/29/23. The app continously crashes and I cant use it on a laptop either. I contacted customer service multiple times. I did the suggested steps to try to resolve the issues, and it still didn't work. Contacted multiple times after that and they claim they only have 1 email from me, which is my initial complaint. Had a chat which took all morning and 2 "customer service reps". Asked for my account to be canceled (had to

I want to like Mylio so bad. The app is very buggy and will often lock up on Samsung S10. I bricked the app trying to resize the storage allotment. Uninstall and reinstall and I still haven't gotten to point where all pics are in sync with no "ghost images. The learning curve is steep to learn the neuances. Waiting for next update hoping bugs will be resolved.

LOVE IT. I can finally backup, tag and organize my entire photo and video library. Google Photos is great for back up, but it sucks as far as organization goes. Mylio is better x100 if you actually care about the metadata on your media. (I have everything backed up on an external drive and Google Photos, but Mylio is what I use to actually interact with my media)

soo much potential, but my purpose was organizing, backup secondary, viewing third. plus sub. 100k+ vault. organizing is almost non existent👎. auto tagging, face matching 👍, fixed "categories/flags/stars 👎 (which are just another "tag"), but no manual tagging. 👎(buried in the menu there's "make a note", but if you point to a OneDrive or Google drive , no sidecar bug.👎 fixed views with no way to default to just this week. so every time i open, it takes forever to do anything. 👎

Wow, evaluating this application and the desktop app, is OK with some minor issues but who thought using a WPA for Android was a good idea? What a horrible and unworkable design on a small form factor. This is a major pass for me now. On top of that, the app won't sync unless it's in the foreground and unlocked. Stay away from this service until they actually make an app that is usable on your phone.

Crashes everytime I launch. I spent days transferring everything to my computer and having mylio scan It all in and then trying to train the facial recognition. But now that I have my photos and videos in mylio, both my pixel 6 pro and my Samsung S7+ crash when I open mylio. I can't use it at all! At this point I really want it to work, and I'm paying for it too! I might ask for a refund, but I'm doing everything I can to try to make it work first... Idea and system seems good, just not stable.

The biggest problem is the subscription part. I have no money anymore to continue the subscription and lost everything. Also, just like with Microsoft Word, excel, and other software, most of the features I don't use. It is also too complicated. 3 different ways to do facial recognition. Weird. I just want to organize my photos and that is it. Too complicated.

Mylio is AMAZING, the Android version, needs love. I can't recommend the Mylio service highly enough. Finally there is a company taking the issue of cross-platform photo collection and management. These guys are onto something big and have an amazing product. Works great on Windows, Mac and iOS, but the Android app needs some serious work. As other reviewers mentioned, the display size looks microscopic on lower resolution devices, rendering it almost useless. But it will get better !!

They outright lie in the description. There IS NO artificial intelligence for organizing your photos. It's all about editing photos. There is even a duplicate photo search. In fact, there is no organizing functionality at all. Windows native file manager has more organizing functionality than this software. It's really just a VERY expensive photo editor. It certainly isn't worth paying for. No refunds, of course. BUYER BEWARE!

Frustrating to say the least. I uploaded Ober 600 photos from multiple devices and was unable to export them because they couldn't be located. I also had to choose between the original or a newly downloaded version. It all seems great, but it was confusing and frustrating because I wasn't able to gather everything as I had hoped.
