I tried a couple of images from my personal image library. I'm a practising nurse. App got 80% correct. I believe such a technology will improve over time and make healthcare fairer. Will keep supporting but pls keep improving. You can't expect such AI technology for now to be 100% correct as now the tech is quite nice. But I'm hopeful for the future.

I dont usually rate apps but i find a tech like this can truly help the world. Novel use of phone technology to scan and diagnosis skin problems. Picked up my psoriatic eczema correctly. App is fast but a feedback i have is why no Mandarin language support? In addition, please make it available on web.

Could not finish the initial setup proccess.. It is required to answer some personal question, but when you add any info to any field and move to an other field the previous field data is cleared. I kept trying for an hour with no success. So I had to uninstall the application

Overall this app is great! The concept and idea of this app will really help a lot of people. I've been using it for a while now and it can detect any skin problem just by taking a picture and scanning it how amazing!! Goodjob for the developer of this app!!!

This app is no good! I installed it. It asked for permission to access my photos and documents. I took a picture of my problem, and received an analysis - after being asked several questions with choice of answer that I had to pick. The analysis was completely different from what my doctor had said. But the bigger problem is that my SD card is now wiped of all data and my phone will not read it!!! All my photo albums were present in my gallery BEFORE I installed this app. Now they are GONE!!!

Giving this app 4 stars because sometimes it's not that accurate, but I still highly recommend it! As long as you take the photos clear, you'll get such good and interesting results. I'm also happy that they didn't put ads and your experience is totally free!

When initiating the app, it would be awesome if there were more than 2 options for gender! Even better if you had a slider and a text box that suggests entries based on the first letter! :) I'm nonbinary & felt uncomfortable and excluded from using the app and participating in the research. It would be also really cool if it was possible to select more than one option for ethnicity! Mixed race was available, but in 2019, medical research should collect data that represents participants' reality

Some apps are just too wondeful! It has such an attractive and user friendly navigation you can stay in there all day! Thumbs up and keep making such softwares it makes life easier and healthier. I recommend it to you all so you can feel what am feeling. Thanks.

I feel the reviews on this so far have been a little bit too harsh. I tested it on two different skin conditions: #1 was diagnosed by a doctor 2 weeks ago; #2 appeared a few days ago, a suspected bug bìte, but I was not sure. The app correctly diagnosed #1, and confirmed my suspicion on #2. One very minor criticism: the English is sprinkled with errors (but still clear). The developers clearly aren't native speakers, so it can't be counted against them. Otherwise I say: Bravo-very good app!

So far pretty accurate results. I just wish they would have selfie mode to easily take a picture of your face! Otherwise it's been a much better experience and FREE, compared to other apps I've downloaded only to find out you have to pay to get an analysis.

This Medgic app is great; I've been using it and have never had any issues with it. It's fantastic since it can detect any skin problems simply by scanning or photographing your skin. It's a great tool to have, especially if you're constantly concerned about your skin.

Used to have this apple one of my old phones, setting up my new phone came across this app again couple of months ago try to install it and no go,. And as soon as I took the picture it would close the app on its own keep trying for a while to no avail.. so I again now the developers fix the bug but did they really I think they think it's a joke because the doctor now has kisses all over his face and it won't let you log in at all🤔.. and yes I did give all permissions

hi, It does not work in S21 even when i set the camera permissions. in addition the ui should be improved. i get notificstion that in the next run i will be requested to open the relevant permission but when i try to open the app it is closed automatically with no message. after i add the permission in the setting and then tried to open it, it was stuck on opening

Pretty good app.Think the AI has got the potential to do better, maybe after it has seen more skin conditions then it will probably improve.It got my symptoms wrong a couple times.But again trail and error. I think this app has the potential to be a great app.Givin that the AI only has time to get better.With new skin conditions,and symptoms from people all over to analyze.Im sure it will only better the AI in return giving the user a better diagnosis in the future.So yeah 4 stars great app.

At 1st rated 1 star because I got no results, just Pending. Then after emailing with developers, I did as they asked, uninstalled/reinstalled app, resent photo of spot on forearm. Got results. However, I indicated spot was on forearm, was asked about & received information about what to do with problem on my FACE. This app did not work for me & I will not spend any more time with it. I'm happy that it has worked for many others. I will contact my Dr on Monday. I cannot change my 1 star rating.

Kudos!! The app has a user friendly interface and it's simple to use. I truly love the concept of using my phone as my personal physicist. The AI accurately scans and detects basic skin conditions quickly and conveniently. I hope the next update will be more improved

Came across this app whike browsing in Play store and was curious about it, after installing and using it, I would say it is quite revolutionary type of app, it is able to scan and detect basic skin conditions and although I would need to type in some inputs about my condition before any diagnose result is out, it is still a very easy, fast and convenient way to see what is wrong with myself for a start, definitely going to keep this app and hope more functions will be there in future.

I found this app while browsing in the Play store and was intrigued by it. After using it, I can confidently say that it is revolutionary. It can accurately scan and detect basic skin conditions quickly and conveniently. All I have to do is input some details about my condition and I get a diagnosis. I'm definitely keeping this app and look forward to future updates.

It deleted all my albums on huawei p30 pro. When it apload photo it's clean pictures folder, where p30 store all albums. It's insane, I've checked it twice. Also I've read the reviews and found that somebody already claimed about that in January, but they don't care about it for half of year. This app definitely should be deleted from the market!

If you have a suspicious skin lesion, this gives rapid feedback. They may give more than one possibility with a scary option and say to follow up with Dr on everything (which is not so helpful), but when the only result from this app required urgent follow up, we did so and the biopsy was melanoma in situ. It would be nice to see some aspects further developed and also data on success in subpopulations (e g. w/ dark skin), but it already provides a real service. Thank you!!! Great app!
