After I logged in to forticloud. I couldn't view my support tickets and it shows error invalid account credentials? Not worth my time.

can you confirm that Fortiexplorer supported on mobile platforms. Support indicated that it was not supported. I have been using it for about 3 years and it stopped working for a few days. Magically started working again.
