Annoyed, forces you to go through a 6 step account registration, including payment card setup, just to say there's no kitchens in your area. Value prop up front before forcing a commitment. At least provide 3rd party login to make it a 1 click step

Love at first meal. Emmanuel's jerk chicken and salade niçoise were amazing. The experience on the app was very intuitive and the delivery fast and smooth. I'll be using this app more than UberEATS!

I used Cookin recently to order from a home chef. The overall experience was amazing. This app is like a hidden gem. I love the concept. There arent many such apps in Toronto at the moment. I highly recommend this app and the service.

Exceptional sandwiches from Schiaccia Cinque and bowls from Beirut Junction! Lots of variety and love the personal touch from handwritten notes. Really appreciate the continuous improvements to the app too.

Great idea for an app, which is why I give 2 stars. It started with a few chefs in my area then went up to seven. Now there are none. A coworker has numerous chefs near her, but I can't search for those. Needs a search and a secure pickup option.

At least give us the option to view the service before asking for all the personal information! I don't want to create an account before deciding if your service suits me or not. Anyway, I have multiple addresses and I'm getting "Kitchen is closed" on each one. Not gonna bother with this.

Horrible experience with my order. After a long wait of 90mins and the driver almost about to deliver, app only showed delivered but never arrived. No ticketing support or refund. Will never use it again. There's no support from team at all.

Amazing experience for my first time ordering from this app. I 100% support home cooked meals. I love how I ended up getting a free snack gift and a personalized greeting card. This app lets you find local home cooks around or near the area you live in. One of the best ideas that supports local home-cooks. Highly recommend this app

Great concept, but execution is just okay. I didn't like having to provide my credit card info just to check out the available options. My biggest complaint is that I can't search by dietary type! There are tags, but I can't click on the tags to view all with that tag. I only want to see vegan food, but there's no way to refine the listings; I just have to scroll and scroll and look for the "vegan" tag, which means this app isn't useful for me. Thankfully is easy to delete your account!

Wow Wow!! The food was nothing short of extraordinary. The lobster enchilado and pork chunks were the stars of the show - perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Every bite was filled with a burst of flavours. But the fun didn't stop there. The dessert that we had called “The Cuban buñuelos” was just as delicious! - One of my favourite desserts up to date. It's an interesting concept and the food is hit or miss (although usually delivered cool to warm). The biggest issue is that they leave out any lower ratings from the cook pages. This is quite dishonest and makes it difficult to gauge actual ratings.

The intro discount of $25 off almost didn't apply into my total until I switched between the tipping options a few times and the calculations finally included the listed discount it said it was giving. - 1st attempt said subtotal = 39.98 + 5.20 tax + 6.77 (15%) tip - 25.00 discount = $51.95 . Changed tip amount to 20%, then 10%, and then 15%, to finally see the total be correctly recalculated to = $26.95 .

Great concept. App can use a better 'edit' button to edit/delete items once in the cart. It took me a long time to figure out how to remove an item. Also need to do a better job on identifying what items are sold out or still available for selection. Also, app needs to offer "pickup" option to avoid delivery fees. App doesn't work well with iPhone, items in cart kept disappearing.

Support non-existent. Submitted an issue with the driver and never heard back. Concept wise neat idea, execution wise no good. Very basic app that makes it tediously to find anything. If it wasn't for the AMEX promo, I would never put up with this nonsense.

One korean restaurant, Hansik, is really amazing. The others are a pretty big rip off. I tried a few other places too, the food almost always comes late and cold, and the prices are not good. Giving this a 3 just because of Hansik. The food quality was great and the prices were very reasonable. I recommend trying it if you download the app. Also, for some reason they rebranded everything even though the old branding was better. I feel like management is spending money in the wrong place...
