App works pretty good. Easy to use. Use it mostly for delivery. Seems to be tied to door dash which is fine. However, there is no option add a driver tip. Hopefully the door dash drivers get paid at least minimum wage vice the typical pizza delivery wage. Anyhow, suggest adding some feature at checkout to tip the delivery driver.

Never been able to make it work. Tried, uninstalled, re installed. Two or three times. When I finally get me order ready there is no way to go forward with the order. Tried it over a period of months. NADA. I end up not ordering from BB at all. Seems like this should be solved.

So if I don't order through the app then I don't get rewards? Well rather I have to send my reciept to get rewards? How is this better than my rewards card, which seems to be worthless at this point? Not helpful for this customer of almost 10 years. If this doesn't change I will be not be frequenting your establishment any longer. Was it too hard to develop an app you can scan at the register? Well I've seen your POS terminals so I guess that answers that. SMH. Pennywise and dollar foolish!

Your app sucks, it won't let me redeem my points for free chips an salsa or queso , is always saying. That the product was not present. And when I try to tell , the people at the store. At the new store in Owings Mills. They want me to go to the line, after I had already ordered on line. , what kind of tricks you are are all doing.

Update to my review: currently the app is unusable. I can't get past the order confirmation screen. I believe it's an issue not necessarily with the app but with my account because uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix the error. It says "Order already placed - clear cart and restart order"

The app charged me twice after leaving a tip. If I could leave zero stars I would. One charge included all the meals I ordered with the tip, and the other charge was for those same meals from the same order without a tip. I tried to call my local Bubbakoos to get my money back and he told me to call my bank and complain. So now I have an open case about this issue with my bank. I better get my money back after all this trouble. I wouldn't recommend using this app.

Old App was far superior, I now have to bring app up select the correct coupon or redeem a new reward than give the register person the code and than pay with my card. Before everything was one QR code and done no hassle. Old app redeemed and paid for everything with one click. The new app is clunky unintuitive and seems more like a downgrade than before. Why would you go from 1 scan and done to so many hoops to go and purchase food.

BE CAREFUL! I used this app a few times and didn't know why my total was so high. Turns out the app defaults the tip to $10, no matter what you buy. I went to buy Tots and had a massive total on my credit card because of it. I went in to the store to complain and they couldn't refund me because either was a tip and not a regular charge. I deleted the app after clearing my balance.

Confusing UI and buggy. Unless you have your location turned on, the app freezes on order. The Bubbakoo team needs to redo the design. I understand Green, Black, and White are the themes, but the error prompt to select a choice requires a good eye to see a whited out error selection. Scheduling pickup times is not perfect. They had the wrong timezone for my pickup time and I had to call the actual restaurant to move the pickup time later.

Poor cohesive experience between email marketing & app teams. Used the app solely to take advantage of a first-time user discount via email. Throughout the process there was no instruction to apply nor was it applied automatically. Upon check out I was only offered a free side of chips & queso which I didn't want, but decided to add it to at least get something out of the deal. I tried to select that to activate it & it wouldn't allow it due to an error. First & last time using the app.
