this app so laggy, i can't even vote my idols beacause of this. please upick if you can't take this laggy thing out, ngl this is the worst app i have ever used.

I have emailed the customer hotline too many times now. I can't sign in, can't sign up, I can't collect daily attendance and I can't watch ads. And this is not only happening to me but to many others that are also using this app. Please take this matter seriously. I can't email UPICK every single time there's an issue.

I hate it. I am a person who does not use money for these things but I came in daily and saw many ads. I once had over 100,000 saved from just watching ads and wow out of nowhere they disappeared. I couldn't get them again and didn't use them, wasted time. I kept going and thought it was just a mistake or I had forgotten who I voted for, it just happened again, logging in daily and seeing a lot is tiring. I already had more than 150,000 saved without putting any money in and boom, they disappear

This app looked so promising in the beginning, but now it has omitted all options of point gathering: no news liking event, no reward through quizes, attendence reward has decreased too badly, & I even can't watch ads, it doesn't load at all. Fix these issues, otherwise, there's nothing interesting to be active for, in your app.

This app and the fancast app have same features and uses but the difference in smoothness are like day and night. Why cant you guys make this app more smoother.

This app is so freaking laggy I can't even vote the idol that I'm rooting for because this app won't let me touch any button I can still swipe up and down but can't tap?? WTH is wrong with this app??

It was so laggy; I don't know why. It's so annoying, please. It is my first time to rate 1 star and make a complaint here in the Gplay Store. Please fix the lag. Every time I will vote, it will stop and cannot be use.

I don't like it. I can't even vote my idol because the app is super lag, it's annoying. I will hate this app forever if my idol will not win, fix your app UPICK, you're handling a voting app but we can't even vote properly!

i do like the whole thing about upick but pleaseee, please fix your app. it keeps freezing/lagging esp if im voting. i already tried it with 3 different devices and still the same. i can't vote

It works most of the time, but sometimes it can be a little buggy. The majority of the time I won't be able to click on icons or voting events and I will have to restart the app to get the app working. Also I never get the rewards after completing the missions. Everything else is works fine though I think. There isn't ads unless you want to watch them for rewards and the voting system is okay.
