For the past few years I've been listening music in this app but recently I decided to change to other apps because of the ads and pro subscription. but the thing about paying for music is little ironic but rather than that what's ironic is that even if you're okay with ads , even if you wait 30 seconds to complete an ad and listen songs , you can't enjoy it because now it won't even play the next song. I rather stop listen to music than pay for it. This is goodbye 👋🏻

Awesome app!4 stars! Loved the daily mix update! I-pop[Indian pop/English ones] is available here and with a lot of variety even better than amazon/Spotify! Only problem I face here is not all the artists are here for example mostly international genres like exo or Japanese pop songs or Spanish songs I'm a person who loves to listen to music of all genres but it's limited here. Hope you can resolve this issue! Overall, best app even the free version. Awesome alternative for Spotify.

I like the app & I have subscribed for premium service. The application stopped working on my LG G7 which I primarily used to listen to music. However it is working on my Motorola G71. On opening the application gives message "cannot connect". I tried reinstalling but it simply doesn't work. Hope, support team may help me resolve the issue. Thank you.

The app is great, but after the recent update the music doesn't play properly. Many songs are getting skipped saying, "We had a problem playing that song" and "Connection Issues". Even downloaded songs are getting skipped in offline mode. I have uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled it and downloaded all the songs but the problem seems to be getting worse. Kindly help.

This app was best , but now they ask for subscription just to skip songs , this is irritating. We all give huge amount of money every month for jio recharges , but now they also want money to skip songs in this app . I just hate it now. I am switching to another music platforms from today. This is the worst monopoly I have ever heard of from any company.

Crashes all the time - both in Motorola and OnePlus phones. Horrid to navigate, especially when I just want to listen to songs and unwind. It crashes my device and I have to restart my device for the app to work only for less than 30 minutes before it crashes my device again. This has been going on for 2 months now. Please fix this issue.

Songs unavailable/No licenses. I have been a Pro user for many years now. Almost half of the songs in my well thought out niche playlists were suddenly removed from the app without notice. I cannot even know the titles of the songs that I had such carefully curated. Email responses received are vague and unsatisfactory. I was avoiding switching to Spotify because of my playlists. Now I have no choice but to pray that I remember my 250+ lost songs and find them on Spotify/Youtube Music.

I want one feature like (random +played, generes and singers) songs based on my intrest and playings, you should create this with algorithm for many of us who dont want to go with anything specific like album, specific singer, as of now we have to listen like this like only specific album or singer i have to search and play. But i want this random algorithm player with single tap and boom.

I just switched to this from spotify, please don't dissappoint. I'm already liking the sound quality and experience, and also songs are available which were not on spotify I think. The advertisement experience is pretty bad now. And even though there's a lot of Indian songs present here, there's also a large number of songs English unavailable on this app. I'm still keeping the rating at 3 stars, as it needs further improvements with its search options as well and try to add more english songs

This is a great app to listening music but now we can't listen music without any disturbance bcz after each song there will be an advertisement which makes the music experience worst . Also they have shown pro student free subscription so I have also applied for that uploaded my college I'd card but never get a reply of that .

The recent update of putting Autoplay under paid is a foolish decision. Number of users are bound to decrease significantly. Like me many who listened to this app would now switch because of this feature unless we just want to listen to only one song. If you want to copy Spotify at least do it smartly and you could have also gone with Smart play in Shuffle and put Queue under paid.

Dear team, There is a big issue in app. I found it and tell you that below, Step 1 : I'm registered a account via mobile number with OTP. So i don't have an individual password in app. Step 2 : if i want to add email in profile means how to add? Because they asked me password after clicking the save button. It's bigg issue to the consumer / user.

Nice app. I switched from Wynk to Jio months ago and it's a good experience. 1. The player is amazing and it's easy to use 2. Song clarity is superb with the Pro version 3. Music video is available for some songs which I really like. 4. Everything is organised. I'm still not happy with the Jio tunes. The songs which I like are not available. A lot of trash Hindi songs and meaningless DJ songs are the only options. Change this for 5 stars.

Came here after awful experience in Spotify. Can find almost every songs. Song recommendations and playlists are top notched. Song sound quality is one thing that I can bet a lot better than Spotify. I guess the developers can make the UI a less cluttered. Hope this app won't make music streaming awful and break user's heart like Spotify.... Moreover the premium subscription here is the 2nd among cheapest(behind Wynk) among all music streaming services in India i.e., ₹89

At first it was really nice but after some it started to ask subscription for everything. The songs won't autoplay and now the "For you " playlist option also needs subscription. Some songs are not available and many more. And the most annoying part are the adds it ruins the mood everytime. Its really frustrating....

It looks you never change! You have not changed the below functionality! At least show the playlist name on top, while playing the songs from that list!!!!! You developers have gone insane!🤔 What the hell is happening with the queue functionality?!! Songs played are disappearing from the queue!!! I understand that you have copied everything from Spotify!!!! But, you didn't copied the song caching functionality!!!!!! Spotify doesn't reload the song data when you move the slider!!

It is a great app. Sound quality is good and I also like features in it. BUT is hard to find some album songs even if they are famous. And now I am facing another issue, every other time I skip the song it reverse skips it by two songs. Rather than moving forward it goes back and now it's way too frustrating. I tried writing to developer for bug fixes but couldn't find any option. So now I am going to search for a better app today. I hope they will fix this bug though.

It's gradually turning into an equally horrible (if not worse) successor of Spotify. Cluttered with political ads, full screen popups, side ads, limited skips, etc. The UI is not at all pleasing, nor as exciting or refined as Spotify or Apple Music (also, no songs by smaller, independent artists.) It's tricky to find a lot of songs with just the search button. There are rarely any recommendations (mostly songs you already listen to/ social media viral songs.)

JioSaavn is much better than other free music apps in terms of music collection but it is still a below average app. There are many problems out of which major ones are 1. There's no method to know the length of track until you play it. 2. Music timeline should be visible all the time wherever you go in the app, but sadly it's visible only on selecting the particular song being played. 3. Bluetooth connectivity breaks every screen lock opened, charging started or stopped. Thank you 😊.

Changing from 1 star to 2 stars! The app has improved a lot from where it was. Bluetooth connectivity has gotten better, and other connectivity got better too. But, playlist management, navigation is still weird. When you select something from recommended playlists, app doesn't always show the complete list of songs. When you try to download a playlist, not all songs download and the sync doesn't help either. App doesn't distinguish between downloads and cache which is really annoying.
