What is Surf to Earn?
Using Accessibility Services, Surf to Earn gathers information about online searches, site visits, app usage, shopping activity, and ad views. These everyday online activities help marketers understand the way you experience brands online, so they can enhance the way you experience their brand in your life. It’s information you already share with search engines, online retailers, and social media platforms - the difference is Survey Junkie rewards you for it.

To become a member, you must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States, Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
🙋 How does it work?
Get started and earn 100 points before you complete your first official survey!
1. Download our app and create an account (+25 points)
Signing up is simple. Just provide some basic information such as your name, email, zip code, and date of birth.
2. Confirm your email address (+25 points)
After signing up, check your inbox and confirm your email address.
3. Complete your profile (+50 points)
When you log in, you’ll see a profile questionnaire. Fill this out to increase our app’s survey-matching accuracy.
4. Check daily survey matches
Surveys appear on your feed and in your preferred notifications. Each survey includes a point value and estimated completion time.
5. Take surveys
Successful survey completes are rewarded with associated points and you’ll even earn a few points for unsuccessful attempts.
6. Cashout begins at 500 points
Once you reach 500 points or $5, you can redeem for cash through PayPal or gift cards from Amazon, Walmart, Visa, Target, Starbucks, Sephora, and Apple Store. The more surveys you complete, the more you earn.

Sometimes, major challenges getting surveys, but when it works it works. To their credit, they actually pay out as advertised. Just for me, I may have to go through 8 or 9 out of 10 surveys to get one that works and does not terminate prematurely. Zamplia is the worst of all. Promises highest pay only to terminate upon first click. A regular occurrence. Hope you fix this soonest. Otherwise, a great system. Any possibility to have qualifying data pre-populated so we do not have to reenter it every single time? Most surveys penalize for speeding through content, but filling out these same bits of data every time, when profile is already completed, gets to be rather tedious. In terms of time, it may take 8+ hrs to hit 500 point mark to cash out. This shouldn't be. Just my thoughts.'...

Worst experience so far. When I first signed up I already submitted verification (ID & etc) and I was able to withdraw. Few months later they're asking me for a phone number verification and I submitted the form to get a call back. I got no call. When I emailed support, they really didn't help at all. App has potential but the service sucks.

Update: Still the same problems as before with a few new ones. Most of the time when i try to do a survey it says I already did it. When I am actually able to do ine, the points aren't recorded. Customer service is useless. I get form emails or nothing. I downloaded the app to see if I could bypass the glitch that is making the daily survey come up as closed when the email was just sent. I got nothing but the run around from customer service. Glitch still in place.

Waste of time and very frustrating.. 1st 7 or 8 surveys, it was good to go. After that it says, "Ops, looks like something went wrong or we're sorry, looks like you've done this one before... The last three times it's sent me an email saying there were new surveys, I spent 5+ mins, letting it Scan and tell me, I've already done them. Wasting more of my time.... A few more of these and I'm just going to Uninstal it..

To start, I've been a member over 2 years and contacted customer service about the following: The guaranteed point surveys that are emailed to you and then directs you to the app does not credit you with any points. Since the first of this year I've lost over 100 points on this type of offer. Customer service stated they are aware of the situation but gave no timeframe for a fix. They also offered no compensation for the completion of these surveys I wasn't credited for.

I like survey junkie. they are a good survey company and completely legit but I've been having problems with the surveys. quite a few of them let me almost completely finish and then it freezes or cuts me off and quits. I've reported the problem many times and they did nothing. they got back but did nothing. the problem keeps happening so I guess I will just keep using it until I'm so frustrated that I give up. maybe I'll go back to opinion outpost.

I reuploaded the app to see if it'll help out but it still having issues doing the 3rd party surveys and continues to load slow and no response clicks Update(1/22/24): I just have decided to uninstall the app and recommend everyone not to upload it. This app has not improved since I last updated it, still messes up, still acts slow, and really isn't coorapative. I would rater use the website itself than go through the app again the 3rd time. Don't add it on your phone.

As my total points accrued has increased, I have noticed the app performance steadily decrease. Just interesting to watch this happening over time, more than a few times. The higher my points, the worse the surveys are until the app stops loading surveys or responding at all. Not to mention the number of times I have completed rather long surveys, thanked for completing the survey successfully, just to be told whoops the survey has filled up.

The app used to be real good. Plenty of surveys with a wide variety of time options so if you only have a couple minutes to spare, you could get some done quickly, or if you have more time, you can spend it doing longer ones. Since the update, I'm just getting bad links. Not sure what happened. Help! UPDATE: NOW IT SEARCHES FOR SURVEYS AND FREEZES. EVERY TIME! I GIVE UP. I'LL FIND A DIFFERENT APP FOR SURVEYS SINCE THIS SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM THAT CAN'T BE FIXED

I've earned over $100 on this app over the last year. Overall the only reason I'm still here is because they have surveys for 200+ points occasionally. That's about the only positive. Their customer service is abysmal. It's not set up to actually track issues with a Survey. If I report an issue right after I finish it's not linked. They end up as If it's a new person handling the report every time I email them back. If you get points that's great. Don't expect anything from their CS side.

Updated Review: After giving the app a second try and linking a PayPal account to it, I found the experience to be slightly better than what I had originally thought. This app does pay out like advertised. (Props for the honesty, not much of that these days) The speed of which, depends on how you want your money. I find using PayPal is the quickest way to get paid.

They need to clean up and stay on top of when surveys require no more participants. Don't know who's job it is once they're full but as you start taking a survey it'll state that it's full. Can be a waste of time and very time consuming. I was in the middle of doing one on the app but wouldn't let me continue as I was stuck on a page that wasn't accessible to continue on using the app. Takes forever to earn any real money especially if you don't qualify for the big point ones.

I don't know if the inability to change your bank account information, or even confirm which bank a customer wishes the funds they've built up to be transferred to, is standard. But I'm highly disappointed with survey Junkies current system. If I'm able to change which account when paying bills and whatnot, I feel like that should be an option on survey Junkie. Not being able to, or not even being able to confirm which account creates confusion and distrust. I will definitely not be using again

Could be a good way of making some side change here and there but impossible to do when getting booted out of surveys after spending 15 minutes on one only to receive 3 points instead of the 75 or whatever it had listed. Happened just about every time i tried to complete a survey. And the few i was able to complete never awarded the points for them. I completed 3 fully and received no points for any of them

It's been a helpful means to earn some needed cash, while undoubtedly quite a hassle to get to each $5 checkpoint. Particularly when having to input the same data repetitively, only to be kicked out of the survey. There are definite improvements to be made. I'm general, though, doable. I appreciate it for what it's worth.

Don't waste your time. Loved it before but as of lately it's been ridiculous. I've completed multiple surveys just to be disqualified at the last minute or they freeze on the last question and leave me without points. It really shouldn't be this difficult just to qualify for a survey. This is a quick and easy way to lose loyal members. DO BETTER!!!

Theyre legit. I've redeemed just over $60 already in my first 3 weeks and not putting alot of effort into it. It's worth doing for extra money and they are fast responding and processing everything. Great customer service. I wish I were paid a little more per survey but honestly with such little effort I have made great money and have been increasing the time I put in to increase my points and rewards. Can't wait to update in a few months!

The app is easy to use. The customer service is quick to respond to inquiries. There are also a lot of promotions to earn more points. However, the surveys fill up fast and options are minimal. A pro is that if a survey fills up they will still give you a few points. Points are easy to redeem for gift cards, PayPal or direct deposit.

Scam! I spent 20 mins completing a survey worth 180 points. Got to the end, submitted my answers and the thing crashed so I didn't get my 180 points. I immediately reached out to support and took screenshots of the error screen only for them to say they'd give me 50 points for my trouble. This is not the first time I've had this issue with Survey Junkie. The surveys are always crashing. Support gives you pity points and says "oh well".

This is for the web. I really liked the design,& how you could see multiple surveys available at once, & even though you get disqualified for most of the surveys you attempt, it was a decent way to make some money. Now after update a few days ago, it's worse. The design is worse, & now mostly there are no surveys available that match my profile it says when I login. Please bring back the old ways. I still get emails saying here are suveys, but when I click on it, it gives an error message.
